A Hellfish flys again! ( a Simpsons X DVV CK2 Quest)

I foresee we won't get rid of the Spy anytime soon. From the description we heard, the DC for removing is guaranteed to be in the several hundreds, at least.

The next turns are likely gonna be an endless slog of sabotage and failures on our part.

God-fucking-DAMN IT

We need omake bonuses. People start making Omakes RIGHT FUCKING NOW!!!

Get as many bonuses going as we can for these upcoming actions.

Fuck me sideways, right-side up, and just about every other way.

Ah balls! We gotta get the Bandit before Burns does. He gets some cash flow going and we have a huge problem on our hands. We'll have to get rid of the spy too.

Well Burns is or was a Prince, they are not as hard to get rid compared to Kings but they still have a certain level of endurance. Also it shows a bit how Mona is detached from her family that saying the Simpsons have step in the toes of a lot of people is huge understanding.

Anyways I think is better to start talks with the government, sure they trap the city in a giant dome and plan to destroy it but who in Springfield have not mess up big time?

Besides they planning to use Shelbville as a base to reclaim the Wasteland. That can't happen!!!

Springfield is 100% better as a base to reclaim the Wasteland than that putrid city!!!

So, are we committing to that? Is that our big long-term goal? I'm fine if it is, I just want to clarify.

Should we turn him in or should we try to help him?
Help him. I don't want to help Syndrome.

Or we can just kill him and burn the body. That's fine too. As long as our enemies don't profit, I'm fairly indifferent to his fate.

EDIT: Actually, no. Let's help him. And then gift him to Shego. She'd like to get her hands on him just because he fucked with Syndrome. Then we can leverage that into doing some business with her.

Frankly this is more part of the ongoing rivalry.

Also having the patronage of the government can be a useful shield against the Kings that may desire to inflict a hostile takeover when we decide to make waves since the Feds will dedicate some effort to avoid one of they bases to reclaim the Wasteland being taken from them. Besides with the dirty we have on them due to the Dome thing the government will think twice in double crossing us and they will make sure we don't go around telling this secret to anyone as well.

Heck as this point Springfield is part of the Masquerade in some level and if so desire can blow the lid on one part of it but this will severely weaken the government even more since there's no way they can spin a tale where a federal agency doomed a entire city to starve to death and try to blow it up with full authorization of the president and come up on top.

Springfield practically has the government on it's knees, as long we don't abuse this huge advantage they mostly will try to stay on our good side because of this.

Okay, one thing that can definitely help us that I just remembered: Because we chose Ned as our head of PR any opinion losses we suffer are halved and gains are doubled. That's almost certainly going to pay dividends for us in stopping Burns from killing our reputation. As long as we can do at least a few actions that boost Springfield's opinion of us (and there's a couple available as of last turn) I think we might be able to tank the damage until we can deal with him.

I think forming a speech againts Burns may be our best bet.

Remind the city who has been the man who has kept them in misery for so long.

Doubt people forgot that easily the sun blocked or the oil rig debacle, also the time he bought the entire tv stations to transmit his trashy programs to get back bobo.

The people remember that the old coot is the worst of them when it comes to being an asshole, just that they couldn't do anything because he had money.

Well that is not a problem anymore.

So, effectively Burns knows everything we know and has the power to sabotage basically everything we do?

The only way to effectively combat that would be either to completely overhaul all our staff (which just isn't possible) or do things with at least two proxies so that we ourselves ar unaware of the specifics

Which is giving me vibes of Yu-Gi-oh back when Yami just played cards straight from his hand to the field to counter Pegasus' mind-reading

Okay, that's good at least. Though thanks to all those spies he'll still manage to know what our other actions will be and can use that to prepare for us. We'll definitely want to do the improve reactor safety action this coming turn since it makes it a little harder for him to cause a meltdown in case he decides that if he can't have the plant no one can

Do remember that Moe got a Voodoo Doll PA we could pin on Burns as well for some sabotage he s got no defence against
