Don't forget the solar power actions although it will cost us 1 income permanently theres plenty of actions to boost it back up.
We can also mitigate the income loss from that by taking the learning action to convert it into solar panels
Basically anything that increases jobs, businesses and money flow in the town. The lemon farms and the mini mall are the most obvious ones but stuff like Powell Motors and our Revitalizing Tonic does to if it puts factories in the town. We can also lean into making Springfield a entertainment hotspot with things like our new shows for kids. The opera house and concert hall* for the classier crowd. And places like Moe's and La Maison Derrière for the more worldly crowd.
*Both of which Burns owned at some point so we possibly do. Though the Concert hall was briefly a prison.

Here's everything I could find vaguely theme park related that happens before the movie. That are either near Springfield or not given a location on the wiki.
Diz-Nee Land: A shitty bootleg Disney land complete with overly aggressive lawyers and horrifyingly bootleg Disney characters. The wiki say's it's in Springfield
Praiseland: A theme park built by Flanders in memory of his wife. Shut down after Flanders pushed some kids who were about to accidently spark a gas leak. Formerly Storybook village, a theme park used to house a bunch of animatronic children's book characters that acted out their stories.
Itchy & Scratchy Land: the animatronics went haywire in season six but were stopped with flash photography.
Duff Gardens a lot of alcohol and beer themed rides and attractions. Obviously
Discount Lion Safari: Basically a lion sanctuary for old circus lions. The wiki says it's in Springfield.
Santa's Village: A Christmas themed tourist trap.
Family Fun Center: Small has an arcade, batting cages and a go kart track.

We should probably let him in on everything if he doesn't know already. But be prepared to tell it to him again for anything we need him to do. His memory retention isn't exactly legendary. We should also tell Marge and the kids too, because they're more likely to remember it.
Also isn't the official story that Hawaii was destroyed by flubber. It's not like it can't be contacted it's that it was destroyed. (I know it's under alien occupation but that's the official story)

I actually have a funny image of Homer being told the truth and he just sits at home on the sofa in shock, staring at nothing. Marge only realizes something's wrong because he isn't drinking.

Well considering that plot hasn't reached it is head, lets make it more obvious how much conflict is in there.

Deep within drakktech, in a laboratory there laid a man.
To say Dr Drakken had been troubled the past months would be putting it lightly.
If anyone asked what happened to him he would tell them to scram before he used his newly invented multi use ray gun.
If someone could see into his mind on the other hand, they could see a lot of troubled thoughs sswimming in there.
Apart from the usual thoughs of wondering how the hell did his henchwoman managed to pull a coup on him, there was a new one, one that had been simmering for a while now and that day by day was filling more and more of his headspace.
I have a father.
The day his mother had told him about who his father was and that he finally knew the name of the man that had made possible his birth he was conflicted.
Like what the hell he was supposed to do with that information?
It wasn't like he could just take a free day, go to whatever the name of that town was go up to the man and say, hey I am your son from a wayward romance you had all the way back then.
No, Dr. Drakken may have thrown away a lot of values and the like all those years ago, but if there is something he still respected and couldn't bring himself to be evil about, it was his family.
Sure there was Motor Ed, but his cousin was a villain too so he was in the bussiness, he is pretty sure that doesn't count in any way.
No, for a lot of his family he was still Drew Lipsky, especially for his mother, he still wanted to keep her in the dark about his villany profession until he actually conquered the world.
His mother did everything she could to raise him as a single mother, making sure he never was missing anything, even shilling out money when he couldn't get enough funds for his projects as far back when he was still in school.
The blue skinned man owed her that much and just couldn't come out to break her fragile heart.
Especially in a situation as delicate as this.
When they talked about it, it was obvious his mother still held some form of attachment to the man, but didn't want to really go out to search for him.
In her own words ''He must have already made his life, it wouldn't be fair of me to appear out of nowhere and probably bring down everything he must have worked for after the war'' the words of his mother resounding in his mind.
Leaving only him with the choice to visit or not the man.
And he has really been split on the motion.

And yet, the man is in pretty much the same boat as him, he never knew he was a thing, that his mother never called him back, that those days were just that a wayward romance.
A part inside of him really wanted to just ignore the man, to just go on with his life and continue like if that tibbit of information never entered his mind.
The other really wanted to give the man a chance too, to meet his father, who is also rich but that is really a bonus, just out of a curiosity to see if the man would have cared for him.
Hell the possibility of a brother or a sister was also that had him curious, he was a sole child after all, to know that you may have brothers or sisters you never knew it is something that also he wouldn't push away, it was family after all.
And yet here was the blue skinned man, almost christmas and he couldn't help but count the days since that information was dropped on him.
If the blue man remembers correctly it was either late march or early may that his mother dropped the information on him, yet he hasn't made any effort to try to investigate or reach out to the man.
He would blame being busy with his inventions and having to lobby to repeal the SRA, alongside planning his revenge againts those damn disney princessess.
But if he was really honest, he was scared, years of super villainy just don't prepare you for these kind of situations.
Just what was he supposed to do?
As he continued welding his project for Drakktech, he didn't hear the sound of the doors opening with a familiar green skinned woman entering his lab.
Shego knew that Drakken had been taking long shifts in the lab from the start of the year, she let it pass at first since well it means he would be doing a lot more work, annoying her less which also let her think more on what to do, it was a win win in her book.
That was until a while ago, where he overworked himself so much that he almost ended blowing up the lab.
Incident that she is sure was caused by something else apart from the literal fight with the disney princesses.
Shego had to stop the urge of facepalming at the words in her mind, but going back to her train of though, she knew the mad doctor for years now.
To say she could read him like an open book would be putting it lightly.
As she got close to the blue skinned man she remembered to turn off the gas that was powering the blow torch.
She still remembers the last time she almost turned Drakken to dust because they didn't put out the damn blow torch and she touched his shoulder while the thing was still turned on.
That was not one of their greatest days if the CEO of drakktech was honest.
As the handle to the gas was finally closed off she could hear Drakken cursing at the blow torch.
Then she finally touched his shoulder.
Which made him jump like a scaredy cat, hah that never gets old.
As Drakken finally stopped shaking like if he had seen a ghost, he finally saw who had touched him in the shoulder only to see Shego ''Oh it is you, what do you want?'' Drakken said in an annoyed tone as he put the working equipment apart.
''Well since it is my duty to run this company Dr. D, I have to remind you I do need to check the wellfare of my workers from time to time, especially when said workers almost blow up one of the labs because they overworked themselves'' Shego said in her usual sarcastic tone reminding the man of the incident that almost blows him to kingdom come last time.
''Bah, I already told you, I wanted to forget that day honestly, the appeal of the SRA was going so well until those stupid toons had to come in and ruin everything'' Drakken said recounting the incident, but Shego knew better.
''Cut the crap already Drakken, you have been working yourself to death these past few months, even before the entire SRA debacle, so it is obvious something has been getting you in that mood'' Shego said pointing her finger to Drakken in a acusatory way.
''Yeah right, what I do with my time is up to me only, besides it is none of your bussiness'' Drakken said in a irritated tone.
Now Shego was surprised at that, the fool knew better than to throw those words at her like that, but she has known the doctor for years and she knows Drakken only grows a spine for certain themes.
Cannot be anything related to Possible or her sidekick, they kept that theme off grid for a good while now.
The only other thing she remembers Drakken getting worked was when it came to family.
And now she remembers the doctor had gone to see his mother the day this actitude started.
''What it is none of my bussiness, let me guess it is family related, did mommy dearest discover what you actually do?'' Shego said in a teasing tone.
She knew she at least was close to hitting bullseye when Drakken started sweating bullets.
''Wha-- no, no, for god sake no, I still thanks my lucky stars my dear mother hasn't found out yet, but tell me why do you care?'' Drakken asked honestly.
''Well for one I rather have you not blowing up us to kingdom come because you tried to escape whatever trouble you have with work, like lets be honest here Drakken and I cannot believe I am saying this, I rather have you in your usual mad scientist state, than whatever the hell is this'' Shego said honestly.
Drakken stood there trying to understand what just came out of Shego mouth, but after a minute he finally talked ''Fine, it is a good point, but honestly what do you want me to do? I just discover from my mother that I have a father that doesn't even know I exist, who is also now filthy rich and it is on an elderly age, like what the hell I am supposed to do, I just cannot show up in front of his doorstep without him thinking that I am either a scammer or a crazy man asking for money and having him setting off I dunno a bunch of angry hounds at me'' Drakken said while throwing his arms up in the air.
''... That is actually quite the dilema, like I knew you had troubles, but that one probably takes the cake'' Shego said in a honest understanding tone.
''Bah what would you know'' Drakken said in a grumpy tone.
''Hello, we are talking about me, miss I come from a superhero family who despite being a supervillain still insist in contacting me for pretty much any festivity they can get me involved even if they know I will always turn those down and when it comes to parents, trust me the less I talk about mine the better' Shego said with a little venom on her voice at the last part, something Drakken wasn't willing to ask as he is sure he would be turned to dust if he even asked about that.

''Look my point being, just be yourself, dunno who your old man might be, but I doubt he will just turn you away if you prove that you are actually his son, family rarely breaks away unless the trouble is actually to big for them to handle, despite everything my annoying brothers still consider me family, I doubt your old man will not want to know you better once he knows you actually exist, maybe not, depends really there are a lot of heartless bastards out there'' Shego said to Drakken.

''Fine I will give you the time to plan the trip and go there as bonus days to the already planned new years vacations, unpaid of course, but let me warn you right now Drakken, if I get to know that you were either fooling around or you refuse to further sort out this problem of yours I swear to any deity out there that the print of my boot will be marked on even your soul to the afterlife, are we clear'' Shego said to Drakken giving him an ultimatum as her hands glow green.
''Yes Ma'am'' Drakken quickly responded out of fear.
''Well glad we could have this talk, also great job on the second appeal againts the SRA, now we just need to keep that jackass of Pine on check and it should be smooth sailing from here'' Shego said congratulating Drakken on the recent appeal to the congress.
''HAH we wished, that jackass has probably something already prepared for that, this probably will be an uphill battle'' Drakken responded back.
''Well it will be an uphill battle that we will win, either way, here is the key to the front door Dr. D, don't forget to lock up when you go home, stayed here already for too long thanks to your shenanigans, so see ya tomorrow'' Shego said as she went out of the laboratory, as Drakken looked confused at the clock in the wall.

Well another Drakken omake, tbh this one costed me a little.
Like it is obvious Drakken would be torn between visiting Abe or not, like being in his shoes this is a situation life really doesn't prepare you for.
Reason of why I feel he probably shut himself up in work to not think about it.
Shego at first though it was fine, he was working and not annoying her in any way so she let it slip at first.
Then came the debacle with the 1st appeal of the SRA and Drakken almost blows up one of the labs because he was so inmersed in his job that he let himself go.
TBH it has been years since I watched Kim Possible and barely remember how Drakken and Shego interacted so I may be getting a lot of stuff wrong in their dynamic, but I remember they have known each other for years now and I honestly could see this talk between the two, there are some hints in the series that Shego really didn't get too along with her family apart from her brothers at first and yet also still respects the vow Drakken made to not reveal the truth to his mother.
Tbh those two are a mess and a half when it comes to family.
