Springfield's education system leaves much to be desired. Ah who are you kidding it sucks. Especially Springfield Elementary. Chronic underfunding has left things a comedically dilapidated mess with most of the money being used to repair the school and keep the deteriorating status quo while teachers are underpaid and overworked and school books are old enough to vote. Now that your rich you can do something about that and give the schools the funds they need to get back on track.
Rewards: Springfield Schools are modernized, renovated, expanded and repaired. Less local children left behind by a decaying public school system.
