Sounds reasonable, which is to say maximally paranoid and over-prepared as one should be when dealing with Chaos. I do think that daemonology is very important to us. Necrons, Nyds Orks etc... they are only a danger when we encounter them, but Chaos is a danger every time we warp jump.

I'm gonna be real. I hate all these plans that tell Denva to focus on manufacturing. Sure, while we're on the move, we're not gonna be researching it, but at the same time, it's something that I'd expect Denva to focus on anyway. Maybe instead, have them focus on starship construction, but just manufacturing is worth nothing without a reason to use it.

Giving them a challenge of "Can you design and build this amazing thing?" would work better. Not to mention, without an exceptional goal, they'd probably pump out infantry equipment and tanks, nothing special beyond quality and quantity. Even then, a hive world would beat out Denva's quantity for the next 300 years, never mind all the other factions.

so I typed all my reasons out earlier and I haven't changed my opinion I want Denva making Walkers I don't think it's worth taking Bongo through the warp and some more BP on the move could be a massive improvement.

This is based on "You can't take the skies from me!", but includes:
* the research request, which will virtually add RP (a resource we have in very limited quantities)
** with manufacturing tech, which synergises with the production request and links to machine spirit/automation, to bootstrap their development
* the anarchist unification philosophy, which should help steer Denva away from becoming the imperium and also start an ethos that might help avoid cults.

Assuming i understood correctly, we could drop a shuttle, and 200 BP of the repair bay, and we release the same space as we would by removing the 3 manufactories, without losing Build Capacity.

We literally have no reason to drop manufactories instead of the extra shuttle, a single shuttle already is enough for 5 times the amount of manufactories we have.

70 BP is not even enough to build a ground manufactory in a single turn, why are we dropping manufactories?

Going from 1000 BP Repair Bay to 800 means that, it would take 15 instead of 12 turns to fully repair our ship from almost a wreck, but we can get to 300 BP in 3 turns, if we do only one construction action.
 
Assuming i understood correctly, we could drop a shuttle, and 200 BP of the repair bay, and we release the same space as we would by removing the 3 manufactories, without losing Build Capacity.

Never changed my mind

I consider bongo as a vaccine if sorts,a lesser evil to develop defenses against the higher ones

The point i consider bongo outlives his usefulness are either

>major breach: aka bongo mass corrupts something
>our warp tech is advanced enough we can either captured or summon & bind deamons for experimentation porpuses (bongo no longer unique and hard to adquire)

In the future i wanna do integration of machine spirits into psy shields,scrapcode resistant shields, and AI personality change checking

That should suffice to study chaos stuff safe-ish

Last i checked, all the plans that removed manufactories also did a research that would give more BP to ship manufactories, enough that it would be capable of building a ground manufactory in one action, so it didn't matter much, and i hadn't looked at the new ship space rules.

Now, looking at the plans, they are not doing that anymore, and i have no idea why.

Good news! Of those three, Scrapcode resistant shields is in the research actions for this turn in the plan you've already voted for. Because it is probably for the best to get it immediately if we are taking Bongo with us on our ship, like in the collaborative plan between Alectai (main contributor/planner), Prime 2.0 (edits), ethos write-in (Negentropy) and me (final edits and posting).
