Considering the gap between the 1st and 2nd plans the results are clear, might as well close the vote and roll the results.

Ok because it's waaaay to late for me to start writing and I like to do rolls around the same time I'll extend the vote until I get home tommorrow.

Since it looks like chaplains, librarians and apothecary are winning here I'm imagining a few things. First off due to their anti mutation traits along with their anti chaos stuff can see this chapter being sent to places that could have even Space Marines be at risk of mutation since they would probably be fine. It also seems like they may be a lot more resistant to magic or warp effects/attacks that cause mutations.
Second, with chaplains and apothecaries combo they may end up working together to create something like a unique class of therapists for their chapter to better manage their bloodlines curse. And since they likely aren't going to be spending all their time on just Space Marines imagine that it may be possible that we see something like Chaplains and Apothecaries of the chapter helping out the common man with their expertise. I say this since caring for people was one of Sanguinuis' notable traits.
Third due to their skill combo and traits can see them having Chaplains and Apothecaries going around trying to root out chaos. Chaplains since they have a lot of them and part of the job was to look out for corruption. Apothecaries since they could check the populations mutants to see if it's biological or chaos corruption. Also imagine that if they are tempered with Sanguinius' kindness they may be lot less likely to be extreme about their hate against chaos when it comes to just suspects compared to other Imperials. Though once they get confirmation that's a whole other story.
Fourth due to their immense hatred of Chaos can see these guys pulling something like the Black Templars and deciding go launch an Eternal Crusade due to their extreme hatred of Chaos leading to them wanting to fight them all the time, Letting them swell their numbers to similar size. Which could be great a for the Imperium since even if they aren't as good as the Grey Knights when it comes to daemon killing they likely have the numbers advantage thanks to not having nearly as strict requirements.
Fifth with their prophecy powers boosted by librarians imagine that these guys may be known for going around either giving warnings to certain sectors or planets or dealing with potential threats themselves.
