If France and Britain think we're insane warmongers and join the war we're fucked. Like, yeah, we're going to have to fight them eventually, but not right now.

If we give the impression that we can't be bargained with at all then the war will probably expand. If they think we can be bargained with, but we're just in an excellent position and are as a result pushing it a bit then they'll allow this peace conference to fail and make the next one the ultimatum.

Let's not let victory disease ruin what we've accomplished here. Even if we can't dismantle Russia we've still dismantled A-H. That's still a victory worth celebrating.

A -8 plan would have made the Entente think we were insane warmongerers. The Pink Map, a -3 leverage plan, will just make them think we think there's just a bit more we can get from a couple more offensives than we will from the current limits of a peace deal at this point. Stop being alarmist.

I think the entente will react to the war continuing in general, regardless of how moderate we were in making peace negotiations fail.
 
I have just learned something about quest design by seeing the number of votes and viewers. That is a lot of votes.

We know the Entente will react, but we also know that at present, they're happy to see the war continue because they can keep profiteering off of it.

Didn't etranger already explained the difference in reaction depending on the stances and how kuch we demand? Additionallt, that sliding minus scale effect to international relations also affect the Entente after all.

-3 explicitly stated they immediately walk out, meaning they don't think there's any point in continuing to talk. We want them to think we're confident but still reasonable, which -3 does not do.

Also, it's not alarmist to be alarmed at alarming prospects. We know what happens when Germany fights two front wars for years on end. Germany loses, is what happens.
