I am honestly very split by this, but to me we need to atleast see what there counter offer it before continuing.

What is the extent of The old Confederal borders mean? Does it mean we will receive core territories of Austria while Hapsburgs able to retain Hungary?

Both plans also take cast down tyrants so there aren't too many worries we'll let that slip during the partitioning of the empire. That was my main worry with good faith.
 
It is my understanding that if we don't elect to take all of Austria there will be a conference between us and the Entente on what happens in the remnant countries. I would not be surprised if one option on the table was a Hapsburg kingdom. I assume it'll be a case of three options for each country (Independent Kingdom+1 dip, Neutral 0 dip, Radical Republic -1dip).
