[X] Visiting Li Suyin and Su Ling, to say her goodbyes to some of her oldest friends

Incredibly easy decision, no explanation required.

Edit: I X'd a little early

And if Yu Nuan features, that's great. She's fun and we really need to integrate the whole adoption thing into the story a bit more than we have. Some of that could happen in the House of Ling action we're almost certain to pick next month, but she's not actually explicitly named in the character list provided for the action. Touching base with her here would take some pressure off of that action if she was intended to be part of it. And if she wasn't, we absolutely have to touch base with her here.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I understood that now for the summit we have the actions cut, that is, the most general ones are banned and we focus exclusively on the summit... once we have passed it we will recover many fiefdom and social options together with something like this ...

Diamonds and the Rough: You have not often seen bao Qian really at work, your curious to see what he is like, what masks he wears with other people about. Plus, hanyi needs to promote herself and this gathering is quite the chance. You'llpull Yu Nuan along too, if she wants into the Ling then she needs to deal with this kind of thing too. Characters: Bao Qian, Hanyi, Yu Nuan.

But maybe Bao Qian for prospecting mines and Yu Nuan for integration...

shame we cant do both, but we have to see Suyin and Su Ling. We cant not say goodbye to our friends

The other side's been making a pretty strong case that we've got ongoing plotlines with them so we don't need to say goodbye because it isn't goodbye. How weird would it be to make a big deal about saying farewell to Suyin only to meet up with her in a month or three for fief surveying or whatever? This isn't like Gu Xiulan where we're probably not going to be seeing them for years, but we really might never meaningfully interact with Ruan Shen and Bian Ya again if we don't put some effort into maintaining those ties.

We don't really need to say goodbye though. We'll be seeing them a lot, what with them being close friends that have connections to the narrative.

Our music group...not so much. Plus, like Yrs said, this arc has a lot of space, so we may still say goodbye to them. It'll just have less screen time and focus compared to the music club, which honestly makes sense.

Well, we've got this one on our menu currently.
House of Ling: While you are immensely busy with the dealing of nations, you must also begin thinking of your own house. Perhaps not right this instant, but soon. You have begun to accrue offers and invitations from your contacts, and soon you will expected to host guests and conduct talks yourself. There is also the matter of your staff, their training and perhaps even cultivation. (Increases efficacy of your information network. Prerequisite for further growth in the provinces lower nobility. Characters: Ling Household, Ling Qingge and Biyu.)
Plus even a Bao Qian one! Though I suspect we'll be passing it over with other, more directly summit-related priorities.
Golden Roads: You've had little time to engage directly with Hanyi's growing career recently, and you would like to amend that. Nor have you spoken much with Bao Qian, which is also a shame.Although he's not directly involved with the summit, perhaps you can play him for some insights on negotiation and his own clans practices as you speak about the Next steps for Hanyi and Zhengui's efforts to help. (Sets up the next part of expanding Hanyi's concerts and Zhengui's product sales. More insight into the Bao clan and Bao Qian. Characters: Bao Qian, Hanyi, Zhengui.)

The thing with doing something with Yu Nuan is, well, she's joining our clan, but she's staying at the sect for the time being. Years, if nothing changes. That doesn't mean we won't see her at all, we're not that far away after all and members of the Inner Sect will visit their clans for various reasons. But there's two major shifts in the relationship going on here at once: closeness, she's becoming family, and distance, we're moving out of the sect and she isn't.

It's something happening now and that warrants more attention than it has gotten, imo.

[ ] Visiting the musician disciples, the little troupe she had helped to bring together.

We're not here to say goodbye to Su Ling and Li Suyin. Those two we're going to be maintaining contact with.

Our music group have helped us since the very beginning. I still remember when Ling Qi still met Ruan Shen as a tutor, and when Bian Ya and Ruan Shen helped her create SSR, an art we'll be retiring soon for Thief of Names.

Plus, we can use it to build our contacts with the two rising clans. When the Bian eventually become a count clan, it'll be good if we have relations with them.

This will be the last time we'll see our music buddies. I hope we can give them a proper goodbye before we leave the Sect. The action is called Paying Respects. It should be focused on the seniors and elders who've guided us, on all the people we're leaving behind.

We're already going to see Su Ling and Li Suyin plenty, with our fief survey/the Ith-ai attacks and the fox kids/the Diao/Madame Grey. Plus, Yrs has said that we'd still visit them, so I'd like to focus on the characters the action was made for.

Way more important than that musician group imo who are fairly expendable.
