Pretty much just the points I've said already. All three of these options help us with our international diplomacy is some way, whether that's a boost to rolls or being able to do more international actions in the first place, but I prefer the bonus of either "we can do more stuff every turn for the rest of the game" or "a bonus to literally every action we take for the rest of the game" over "passively destabalize every country less progressive than us for the rest of the game" because with the thread's voting patterns so far I don't think we will be doing very many destabalize and overthrow international actions that can take advantage of it.
