Threads Of Destiny(Eastern Fantasy, Sequel to Forge of Destiny)

Voted best in category in the Users' Choice awards.
Both infrastructure and political support sound good to me, so I'll just pick the bigger number

[X] Infrastructure Support (+15 bonus to construction rolls)

[X] Political Support (+10 material acquisition rolls)
[X] Infrastructure Support (+15 bonus to construction rolls)

[X] Infrastructure Support (+15 bonus to construction rolls)

Good ol' posts and roads baby. Duno how roads worked before the Masons' war but in the modern era we use earth and stone for long distance roads. Probably start with the posts though.

Also: my brain is going full lunacy mode after this update. With highlights like-

Shenhua is a reverse mecha. Shenhua is the suit and the Radiant Tyrant inside her has all the power.
if Zhengui keeps working on his constructs he can probably make a root-mecha to pilot
I wonder how Li Suyin's mecha-suit is growing. I wonder if she'll ever get in it

Her goal right now was to ingratiate Wang Chao with Xuan Shi and vice versa. Wang Chao needed more prominent connections, Xuan Shi needed more friends, and she wanted her acquaintances to be happy.
This works as gameplay explanation but sound weird instory. It should be rephrased.

"They've got some common points," Wang Chao said, nodding sagely. Both are assembled from smaller discrete parts, which must be arranged in the proper patterns to function as a whole."

missing "

They spoke less for the rest of the test, here and there Wang Chao would prod at Xuan Shi for an explanation for something he saw the examinees doing, and although he was initially reticent, Wang Chao's easy acceptance and praise for his explanations seemed to make it hard for him to maintain that, especially when Wang Chao very occasionally came up with some insight on practical applications of the things Xuan Shi spoke of. Ling Qi kept herself to small comments here and there when things trailed off or got awkward.

Very occasionally - these two words shouldn't go together.

This part was said by Wang Chao, right? The start of the paragraph muddles that.
Wang Chao spoke the line immediately preceding the one you quoted, and the quoted line is both clearly addressed to Xuan Shi and directly references Wang Chao's line that you cut out. As there are only three people in the conversation, by process of elimination Ling Qi has to be the speaker.
