You may have missed what Boney added to the trait after the update came out:
The bolded stuff is new. So I interpret taking this trait as meaning "we will never make a cultural misstep when dealing with dwarves."
Collegiate (strong applicability to Waystones and to any career Mathilde wants to have that focuses on the Colleges of Magic).
Will never make a cultural misstep by accident. You may have missed what Boney added to the trait after the update came out:

Ooh, that's a good point. If anybody is holding any ambitions of being Supreme Matriarch, this would be a good step in that direction.
(a better step would be picking up a spell that can defeat a dragon).
Speaking of which, has the duel for Head Wizard happened yet? I assume Dagomas won if it did.

We already have a spell that can defeat the dragon, it is technically a lesser magic too, dispel.
I don't think that will work. Dagomas's spell isn't a continuous ability, it's an instant transformation. Once he's a dragon there's no spell to dispel, just an angry dragon.
Transformation of Kadon doesn't work that way. The amber wizard has to transform back by casting another spell. We already have a spell that can defeat the dragon, it is technically a lesser magic too, dispel.
No. Boney mentioned that we would be able to go watch when it does.Speaking of which, has the duel for Head Wizard happened yet? I assume Dagomas won if it did.
