[X] Merry Moon's Eye

While not the flashiest, making our wisps undetectable (at least less so), giving them greater range, and the ability to bypass barriers is huge and would have awesome synergy with some of or other Arts. It could have changed our whole approach to the Hui corpse immortal's bunker. Instead of walking in , we could have known about everything in there beforehand. Combined with some of our movement arts we could become a very good infiltrator. Also remembering some of the Outer Sect conflict where Ling Qi had to cloak herself and sneak into enemy camps.

"hey there. Looks like you wanna go fast. Need some help?

Though giving yellow arts to reds doesn't seem like it could be really abused in any way beyond entertainment.
If it ends up as a family technic there could be some weird effects on Ling Qi's fief later. There could also be some interesting synergies if we can use that technic on our Spirit Beasts.

Fundamentally, I would not be myself if I did not vote "support caster".

I'm curious, though... @yrsillar when we've merged a technique-wisp with someone, are we still able to use the technique ourselves? Are we able to merge more than one technique-wisp at a time with the same target?

I do have a question about letting other users borrow our techniques through this art.
Imagine someone is trying to learn an art we already know, and we let them borrow from us the fully complete version of that art so that they can use it and get a taste of how it works once it is mastered.

Could this be used to assist in their learning of the art, to some degree?

Honestly I like all three. I could change my mind later but I do think that the first option will be a large boon to our stealth and infiltration abilities. Plus I think that the tech sharing one is gonna surpass it eventually (even if it's ahead right now) so I might as well give it a closer vote.

a summary from early in the vote, lets see how it goes.

[X] Constellation's Accompaniment

seems the closest to the old satellite boombox one which I liked (didn't really feel like it was too pigeonholed to be a combat-only thing idk. In fact I thought it'll give rise to the most interesting narrative possibilities)
