Is it time to send out the decree that will destroy House Lannister?
Propably yes.

We'll still judge the individual Lannisters at a later date, around Tywin's trial, but it's highly unlikely we'll find anything that would deter us from the long-held plan to dissolve House Lannister as nobility and take all their lands, so we might as well do that now.
Won't stop us from pardonining individuals later.

Stripping lands and titles and giving Castemere to Reyne is what I remember. Other than that not much else

Frankly, the least I'm willing to settle for is ending House Lannister then and there.

If Gerion and Lana actually switch, they can reign in Castamare under the name Reyne.
If Tyrion switches, he can rebuild Tarbeck Hall and take on the name Tarbeck.
If the Lannisport Lannisters switch, they can take over some of the empty keeps the conquest will leave and adopt the names of the former inhabitants.

All the others? The Night Watch. The Silent Sisters. For really remote relatives, I'm willing to just give them a bastard name and send them to a colony in the Dothraki Sea.

Casterly Rock? Studied. Stripped of all magic. Ground. To. Fucking. Powder.
Lannisport? I've got half a mind to put Theon in charge there and rename it Greyport.

This is how you ensure the Westerlands will stay in line.

Here is what @Azel had in mind

Casterly Rock --> Legion base
Lannisport --> Granted to Theon Greyjoy, renamed Greyport
Castamere --> Granted to Reyne

House Lannister destroyed, with anyone still barred from all forms of power, from nobility to government officials. If a Lannister wishes to accomplish anything, they are required to take a new name. In the case of Lannisters married outside the family we'd let them take their spouse's name.

The wealth and property of House Lannister are to be stripped from them. For the most part they'll be spared, they're just reduced to commoners which they'd probably see as worse than death.

Beyond that there's not much in the way of memorable landmarks.

This whole thing does bring a question to mind; @DragonParadox ,just out of curiosity, what do the Westerosi nobles expect us to do? I far as I can tell the traditional response for this sort of thing would basically be killing them all, but the Lannisters are such an institution at this point that following through would be unusual.

[X] Plan Post-War Order - Westerlands
-[X] Brax, Jast and Payne lands will be seized.
-[X] Clegane Keep will be held in trust by the Imperium while Sandor serves as Princeps Praetori.
-[X] The fate of House Lannister will be decided as part of the trial of the family as a whole and of Tywin, Lanna, Tygett and Gerion in particular.
-[X] Let it be known that the barbaric, cruel and insane practices of the slaver of Casterly Rock will not be held against the Westerlands as a whole and you will not tolerate others doing so.
-[X] That being said, the actions of the tyrant and madman Tywin Lannister will be investigated in great detail and all who are found complici in his actions will be punished in accordance with their guilt.

Didn't a brother of one of the houses try to overthrow his brother and killed him so their house wouldn't be destroyed?

Just let me have my fantasies of snobby bastards crying as their sacks of gold are confiscated. :V

Oh there will certainly be tears involved, it's just unlikely that anyone will prefer death to losing titles and money.

There is no one answer to this, many agree that like the Gardeners House Lannister must fall, others think you should elevate a cadet branch and others still expect you to pick out some woman of Lannister birth remote from the main line have her wed to a favored knight and get your own loyal Lannisters out of the deal to keep the line alive.

When you go on to announce that the former Lord Byrch is to be removed as a traitor, though his family may keep the lands, the lady's parents preens at her wisdom. A handful of others seem less than pleased at the notion of rewarding such marital treachery by having no land taken away. The implications are not exactly subtle or slow to sink in. Hold the oath to the Imperium above others and you shall be rewarded.

I just wanted to highlight this bit. In the Imperium, Snitches Get Riches

Also Holy shit I fucking love the imagery of our giant, wildfyre breathing, Valyrian steel three headed dragon being brought in to read land and fishing rights. When did it pop in? Just now? Or was it always there in the background? Is that one civilian mayor dude feeling super good about throwing in with the Imperium now?

It was summoned when it became necessary for a herald to call out the information. It is rather beneath the dignity of a king to spend minutes on end reading stuff out so a Herald is necessary and it just happened you guys had one forged for purpose.

In fairness to her, Westerosi marriages don't often do much to cultivate loyalty. I don't know anything about this particular character, but there's decent odds that she was sold off as an incubator for some asshole who was going to get her killed being stubborn.

It's really dumb to get angry at someone for snitching if you had to compel them to join your faction in the first place.

So once we are done with the immediate judgements how do you guys want to handle this month? Move on to the partitioning, deal with institutional concerns or something else?

Are we gonna hear the case of the Payne lands? I mean we are holding on to them but didn't we promise that those with claims can make a case to get the lands?
