Is it not good for us if someone can tell in the aftermath that the explosion originated from the traitor Varys?

Better to avoid implication that this was some random magical assault by us.
(Because let's be honest, we could propably teleport in, explode everyone and teleport out within one round if we had to, particularly with Timestop)
Varys is a holdover from Aerys court, so he would look suspicious.

Blaming someone else is why I want to Teleport him to a sept, so that if unpleasant questions come up, we can blame it on Sunglass.

[X] Have Bloodraven wait for Joffrey to be distracted so that he doesn't know what happens, then cast Quickened Baleful Teleport on him, then detonate.
-[X] Deposit him in the Great Sept of Baelor to implicate the Faith in this. If necessary, you will scapegoat Guncer Sunglass for the explosion.

@egoo, @Goldfish, @Crake, fine?

[X] Azel

I am all for more hilarity. As in trying to frame the Seven :V

Though I do admit I am still a little sad we're killing Cersei offscreen in a relatively ignominious way. She's been hilarious so far!

The majority of the Orange Court is squid food at best because of us btw.
Eh, that's consequence one step removed, we weren't aware the Squids would jump on the poor Fey fucks when giving the order to "Burn it!" all Sylvanas-like to our Gods.
Not so much our doing as the Squids and the Fey duking it out beforehand and being set in ideal positions to shank each-other.

We're horrible people insofar as any manner of morality is concerned, and giving this much of a fuck for a random child that happened to have a name on-screen is unreasonable.

[X] Let the meeting end without setting off the Varys bomb, risks Ser Kevan slipping away before the next one

Am I the only person to like this option? Sure it's annoying OOC, but IC it is very fitting. It's not like Bloodraven is famed for his impatience...

It's not impatience if there's a workable solution right in front of you.

I will be honest. If there was no other way I would have voted to kill Joffery. If this was an AMF room and warded to the Nine Hells I would have Bloodraven take the shot.

Hey, that's fine.
Long as you admit the hypocrisy and don't try to argue the morality, it's a choice as any other.
I'm only a recent voter. The general knowledge that I know comes from the TV Tropes page. It only mentions what we did to Lannisport. Oh and also the "Are we the Baddies" threadmark.

...I am in equal parts elated that me meme'ing around is somewhat helpful, and horrified that it's a thing that is taken as an information source by the lurkers.

You guys think we'll notice the Eldritch Evil under the Red Keep when we actually walk inside?
It might have already vacated the premises. Cersei's innate cunty bitchiness probably eroded the spells imprisoning it through simple proximity. Then it likely caught wind of what we tend to do with powerful Evil creatures, so it's somewhere off Plane drinking virgin blood Mai Tais with little umbrellas in them made from the flesh of newborns, breathing a vitriolic sigh at the Dragon it just dodged.

@egoo, I completely disagree with you for several reasons:
  • "you did bad thing X so obviously you're okay with bad thing Y" is not how humans work.
  • "You hurt a bunch of people as collateral damage of your policies which were enacted offscreen, so obviously you're fine with directly ordering the murder of a child when asked" is also not how humans work
  • And I'm not 100% in agreement with all your examples either, but going into detail would just be nitpicking at this point.

Approval voting for both, just in case. Azel's plan feels risky: what if Joffrey has a ring of spell turning or something? Still, Bloodraven can probably just pop out a Time Stop or Celerity and hit him again if that happens. And of course Baleful Teleport is a lot harder to be immune to than most spells.

After the war, what will happen to Casterly Rock and the Lannisters (the main branch)? We don't have anyone loyal in the Westerlands. Demolishing it isn't worth the trouble, it's too valuable.

becomes a legion base and any surviving Lanisters who bend the knee will be forced to take on a different name.
i think that's the plan at the moment

Overall plan is:
Lannisport becomes Greyport and goes to Theon.
Lannisters all lose the family name, and most of the family funds (obviously) but keep enough to establish decent enough lives in the Empire if they're willing to not be assholes.
The Rock is turned into a staging base for the Legions and the Wyvern refueling/launching point.
Also we're closing off the planar connection beneath the Rock, of course.
