Plan updated, though not quite finished. Gonna have to head out for a bit, so Lya's level up is incomplete for now.

Does anyone have a good idea for her new feat?

As for her spells, that's also hard to decide on. I'm trying to go with new and/or exotic spells, while being useful and thematic for Lya. Sage's Radiant Spellward is a renamed Elminster's Effulgent Epuration, and Sage's Spell Shift was formerly Srinshee's Spell Shift. Both seem very appropriate for Lya when reaching the pinnacle of Arcane spellcasting, if for different reasons; the first is an extremely effective defense against hostile spells, while the second provides a lot of nice versatility, both to hinder enemy spellcaster's through enhanced Counterspelling and to aid allied spellcasters by giving their spell Metamagic effects.

Illusion Purge seems like something Lya would be interested in developing after the recent Fey shenanigans, and Visions of the Future is another solid, long-lasting personal ward she can cast and benefit from throughout the day.

I'm open to suggestions, though.

@Goldfish, I'd like to suggest some changes to the rewards:
  • Give her a Heward's Handy Haversack. It's honestly one of the best quality of life items there is (only surpassed by sleep-reducers or by at-will Prestidigitation, but you already gave her those), and it'll go well with all the consumables you're giving her.
  • Remove Restorative Ointment and Traveler's Anytool. The first is a small amount of limited-use consumable that merely replicates what her prayer beads do. The second one is a bad fit for someone who isn't a skillmonkey adventurer (especially seeing as you just gave her better healing tools).
  • Change the speech a bit. Remember that we're an absolute monarch with a weird cult of personality going, so she'll likely take all that as orders. So remove "If she ever needs a place for someone of her prodigious skill, Viserys will be watching her with great interest", which is just going too far. I'd also mention that wherever she decides to settle will be lucky to have her. Right now she'll probably hear the speech and interpret it as an order to move to SD and learn magic right now, and I think that that's not quite what you meant.
Also, I love your arcane picks for Lya. Counterspelling magic is my jam, and seeing this thread embrace it (a lot more than most online D&D discussions!) makes me happy. I remember when I was pushing to take Divine Defiance way back in the thread... This is the caster-wrecking dream!

Honestly? Ring of Spellbattle is one of the absolutely greatest items in existence for being able to effectively negate one spell a day and Dispelling Breath is so insanely fantastic that I occasionally look into shoehorning a breathweapon onto a caster just for that spell.

Are those not staples of optimization?

Ring of Spell-Battle is, yeah. Things like Chain Dispel are generally recognized as a useful debuff (using it on items isn't something I often see, but that might be because of how many GMs mostly run monsters and not NPCs with magic items).
But on other sites I've seen people who think Counterspelling is never worth it, that there's always a better thing to do with your standard/swift action, etc. In some cases, I've had people insist that using an immediate action to Counterspell is suboptimal because it's got a risk of failure - instead you should be trying for immediate action LoS blockers or tactical teleportation (Drow Cloak) or whatever.
And of course "use Divine Defiance in every Cleric build" sees opposition because of how prevalent DMM is. Sure DMM is great, but unless you're going all-in with nightsticks and Extra Turning then I'd usually prefer getting a few key counterspells in rather than a single Persisted/Quickened spell.

All I could find is an old post by Crake saying it was in progress.
I put it on the back burner. Honestly I am open to suggestions on that, though if no one offers I'll of course go 'fine, I'll do it myself'. I just think the Companions should have special fluff associated with their Paths, and at least a few customized abilities.

It just so happened that Richard was the most straight forward character who's path matches what he is so much that it wasn't necessary for him, but everyone else seems narratively distinct enough for it.

To be fair, equipping NPCs takes a ton of time. I usually grab mine from optimization threads or the Pathfinder NPC list for precisely that reason.

Ironically enough, they are often equipped pretty anemically.
LoS blockers are neat right until the enemy comes prepared. One of the reasons I gave Qyburn the ability to fire double-Dinintegrates is that they can automatically beat any LoS blocking that relies on cover. Wings of Cover only deflect one spell. Resilient Sphere goes poof when the first beam hits, letting the second through. Readied actions or similar shenanigans that drop Wall of Something are equally useless. The only major exception here are Prismatic Wall and Prismatic Sphere.

The other petty easy counter tends to be AoE attacks. Like Dispelling Breath! :V
Especially teleportation shenanigans are pretty much always only for you, so even if everyone in the party has them and can save their own bacon, then your party still just wasted all their Immediates and / or limited use abilities to save themselves from an attack that needs only a single counterspell to negate. And if you have more then one enemy or that one enemy can abuse the action economy, you are likely shit out of luck in regards to the next attack.

Overall, I blame people being unwilling to do something boring such as defending when they could instead do something exciting like killing things.

Never seen Divine Defiance before, but that definitely is a nice one. I mean, DMM is neat, but if you assume that everyone is optimizing somewhat, has decent equipment and playing classes that can do some support, it's largely superfluous in my experience. There are only so many types of bonuses out there and you can get decent results from other sources.

@Azel I see shutting down the "Attack, Attack, Attack!" D&D player as superior to getting to describe the "totally awesome final blow against the Big Bad" moment. Especially euphoric if the build allows you to do this repeatedly.

Or in a less competitive way, being the member of the party optimized for support and flexibility, and just so happen to be prepared that encounter to repeatedly, maybe even gratuitously if you're abusing cheese to the very edge of your DM's patience, shutting down everything the enemy is doing with spells.

Another bonus about flexibility and support is if the DM decides to focus more on environmental puzzles or obstacles / treasure hunts, you can just go "hey so y'all built your PCs to have a good way to kill things? I'm the most useful person here... better not hope for the first share of loot from all this".

Ironically enough, I always feel that "ATTACK ATTACK ATTACK" is the most important thing for ASWAH related builds, since you need a big sledgehammer of numbers to get through the enemies big stupid pile of numbers. Encounters are always either "you can barely hurt it if you try your best" or "its attacks glance off your aura of nope".

This is the result of an arms race between the DM and the Players for optimization.

The DM is always losing this arms race if they play it since they don't have as much time as the players to do this, and usually results in rocks fall / a conversation about what is reasonable and what is not. But I think DP sort of likes the idea of characters actually have a reasonable level of preparation for a fight, instead of being limited by balance, since it also means they can freely pull an enemy out of their hat with a gimmick an ordinary table would complain about.

Definitely and the pace that sets has it's own charm, but... sometimes there are moments when you suddenly see something that is reasonably powerful by ASWAH standards and have it clash with something that is reasonably powerful by regular D&D / Pathfinder standards. And suddenly you notice that there is a... let's say slight gap between the two.

@Azel, Everything I've highlighted red can be paid for using a total of 22,263 corpse HD, that reduces the overall price by 896,250 IM, down from 3,275,700 IM to 2,379,450 IM.

I would update the table myself and repost it, but I can't get the formatting right and my patience is wearing thin. Can you update it with the above discounts so I can include it in my plan?

@Azel, Everything I've highlighted red can be paid for using a total of 22,263 corpse HD, that reduces the overall price by 896,250 IM, down from 3,275,700 IM to 2,379,450 IM.

I would update the table myself and repost it, but I can't get the formatting right and my patience is wearing thin. Can you update it with the above discounts so I can include it in my plan?
It's 3 times the CR in HD, right? Because I'm getting entirely different HD numbers. Please check this over:

Wait, was all of this in Googledocs while I was puttering around with my calculator tallying up shit the caveman way?

Damn, you really ramped up some of the servitor numbers, too. Not that I'm complaining, but is there going to be anything in the Garden except for Plant servitors?

If you don't intend to make any additional changes, this is the version I'm going to link in my plan.

No. My local Excel. Next time I'll put it on Google Docs.

As for the amount of servitors, it's honestly not that overkill. The parks in between the outer sections of the palace are huge. Plenty of space for a few tribes of Leshy to live in, so I added more Living Topiaries, Kingfishers, some Dawnblooms and some Vigilant stuff. Also another 100 mindblanked undead, because those are always fantastic party presents for the infiltrator that relies too much on Divinations.

As far as I'm concerned, that's the final version and can be added.
