[X] Focus on Dusk Dancer
-[x] To capture
--[X] Let both Myrkdreki cast Thanatopic Enervation on Dusk Dancer, then use Mythic Power to cast Scribes Binding on her.

Wait wasn't there some feature with the Others where they could take double classes or something? Is that what is happening here?
Gestalt character ? I don't think so if you take 2 spellcasters classes it just double the amount of spell slots you have it doesn't give you 9+ level spell slot.
It might be that the fey just used a special item or doing something similar to Dusk Dancer

Well, dice's being lenient so far.
[X] Azel

Dusk Dancer is a spiteful idiot, but an idiot nonetheless.
Reveler's Rapture (Su)
Glaistigs emit a bacchanalian aura of euphoria to a range of 30 feet. Creatures that enter the aura's area engage their wild side, with an effect equivalent to irresistible dance. A successful Will save renders the subject immune to that glaistig's aura for 24 hours, but the creature still dances for 1 round, even on a successful save. A creature under the effect of a glaistig's reveler's rapture can attempt a new save at the end of each turn after the first to end the effect and become immune to the aura. A glaistig can exclude any targets she wishes from her aura's effects.
Irresistible Dance
The subject feels an undeniable urge to dance and begins doing so, complete with foot shuffling and tapping. The spell effect makes it impossible for the subject to do anything other than caper and prance in place. The effect imposes a -4 penalty to Armor Class and a -10 penalty on Reflex saves, and it negates any Armor Class bonus granted by a shield the target holds. The dancing subject provokes attacks of opportunity each round on its turn. A successful Will save reduces the duration of this effect to 1 round.
The thing's bad, but far, far from being an insta-death for most of the people present.
Everyone's mind-blanked, and three rounds is hella lot of time to handle this even without time-spells. And it will take at least 3 rounds for the above to start affecting people, at the same time with the other mind-affecting stuff.

I doubt it. Gestalt-classes would not make this more likely.

I think the most likely explanation is either a combination of feats (Arcane Thesis and Easy Metamagic or Metamagical School-Focus can bring down the level-adjustment to 1) with some class-feature like the Incantatrix' final level.

Or an item like a Rod of Metamagic or a Metamagic Gem.

Edit: Semi-ninja'd. Maybe the devil took some elective courses in ninja-skills but never really focused on it?

Would Disjunction be a valid play here? It would wreck the two ritual spells going on correct?

Can
we even?
We have a constant "no Disjunctions here!"-aura on Viserys, with that one spell he casts in background every morning.
I don't remember if it prevents us from casting one.

[X] Plan Setting Sun
-[X] Viserys casts Assay Spell Resistance, then targets Dusk Dancer with a Scribe's Binding spell using Wild Arcana, preferably waiting until after the Myrkdreki cast their first round of Thanotopic Enervation spells. If necessary, he uses Amazing Initiative to gain an action to activate his Belt of Battle to cast another Scribe's Binding spell or to respond to unexpected events. He uses his Battlemagic Perception buff to Counterspell as a Free Action, if necessary.
-[X] Maelor targets Dusk Dancer's position with his Chilling Tentacles Invocation, then uses a Metamagic Gem to cast a Quickened Flashburst to Blind any remaining Fey.
-[X] Vee readies an action to Counterspell using Greater Dispel Magic, her Ring of Spell-Battle, and her Battlemagic Perception buff to Counterspell as a Free Action.
-[X] Zherys uses Greater Arcane Fusion as a Swift Action to simultaneously cast a True Strike and Disintegrate spell targeting the caster of the Twinned Weird spell, if he can discern their location, repeating this once more of necessary. If not, he instead readies an action to Counterspell using Greater Dispel Magic and his Ring of Spell-Battle.
-[X] Aife uses a Reached Chained Sacramental Seal spell to simultaneously target as many Fey as she can reach, especially the mage casting Weird spells if she can locate them or Dusk Dancer if she escapes Viserys' spells.
-[X] Amrelath casts Blood Wind to target nearby Fey with his many melee attacks, focusing on either interrupting Dusk Dancer if she avoids Viserys' spells, the mage casting Weird spells if located, or any other enemies he deems worthy of his attention.
-[X] Each Mrykdreki uses a Metamagic Gem to cast a Quickened Thanatopic Enervation spells to target Dusk Dancer as a Swift Action, bypassing protections from Energy Drain effects, such as Death Ward. They target her with another round of Thanotolic Enervation spells if necessary, or use Wings of Cover if not and nearby allies are threatened.
-[X] Each Mind Dragon uses Junglerazer spells to target remaining Fey, especially the Weird casting mage if they can locate them. They use Wings of Cover as necessary, or use their Circlets to cast another Junglerazer spell as a Swift Action if not.
-[X] Mereth, her fellow Erinyes not yet affected by Dusk Dancer, and the Hunter Bio-Constructs seek out the Weird casting mage, while Richard continues to protect Viserys.

Got to say pissing someone off to the point they're willing to literally dance into oblivion in spite feels somewhat cathartic.

When you break the mastermind down to the point they become a ranting and raving lunatic reaching for the nearest blunt object to cave your head in you've already won a moral victory.

Stealing said object and proceeding to beat them unconscious and mock them afterwards is just for style points.

we didn't petrify any Shadow of the Doom was counterspelled :

[X] Goldfish
Yep, and that's unfortunate, because being Petrified so early in the fight would have saved many of the Fey from certain death, but they were instead hit with Maximized Junglerazers (100 points of damage), two 18d8 Negative Energy breath weapons that would have also Dispelled the victim's wards, a 12d10 Fire breath weapon that also Blinded the victims, erosion of their minds from Vee's Rain of Roses, etc.

Don't get me wrong, most of them would have ended up as sacrifice fodder, but it's such a waste.
