I'm pretty sure. This is the Feywild and things operate on story-book logic. So it's likely that she gets a save bonus against an impersonal AoE effect, but a heavy malus when we literally throw her words back at her. Bookifying her after that spiel would fit perfectly into many a cautionary tale about why you don't anger the gods Imperator.
I support this notion!

Plus it's a level of petty spite that will probably get Viserys a round of applause from the locals on his way off plane. They might even stop cowering in terror long enough to hear a recruitment pitch.

If we defeat her by literally throwing the book at her, it would hands down be one of, if not the best, updates in this quest.

I'm pretty sure Moonsong in particular would appreciate the tale.

...

We might need to fix a popped rib or two from her laughing too hard.

@Goldfish. Use Scribes Binding on her.
If she survives the first round, bookification could be in her near future, though she might not avoid Petrification via SotD.

Everything about this is amazing and absolutely has to happen. This is the ultimate humiliation.

It's nice to see that my idea left an imprint on the thread. I'm looking forward to seeing this matter covered in the next chapter.

Edit: And @Artemis1992, environmental hazard related traps don't count. As for anything else, if you have to go straight to the cheese to be a threat to something that resembles the BBEG, perhaps you have irreconcilable differences of opinion with your DM to sort out? :V
It's a bit early for me to have functioning thoughts and figure stuff out, so I'll just ask.
Why are you adressing me here?

Good thinking. These arrows should absolutely be looted by us.
Hell, grab even one, and have our Fey put on researching how to make more. We have the time.
We have the ridiculous finances to pull it off regardless of the cost, too - stacking effects of the sort are worth it to the last penny.

('Our' Fey include Orphne, Golden Grove, Courts of Water, minor OG-related Courts, Lys' travelling Fey bazaar (to a degree, anyway), Lys' fledging Fey-forge, SD Bulabar mountain, Red Court/other minor CoS survivors)

*watch DP nervously look at this comment and have Fey expend all of the arrows the very next update*

"Your Grace, you are not seriously considering..."

Barred from forging armies beyond what they needed to protect their forges flesh-smiths at the height of their craft fell to mostly cosmetic alterations, for purposes the proprietors of Lyseni pillow houses would find familiar.

"The template is more magically potent than baseline humanity, more than capable to preserving the fading magic of our new citizens when you factor in standard mental and physical enhancements," you reply as the largest of the fey spirits, a vaguely simian being with the head of an eyeless lizard-lion sets off, brushing aside a thorn thicket.

"You could have allowed them to remain beasts," the governor of Volantis replies, his single malformed wing fluttering in frustration as your company continues along the path.

"A lack of thumbs makes for citizens rather ill-equipped to deal with most of the tools and conveniences of civilization," you counter reasonably.
By the way, relevant:

@Goldfish, @Crake, @Azel
Is there any point in shouting out to the Fey that we still accept surrenders?

I think the chance that any would lay down their weapons is kinda low, but even one less attack flying our way is one less attack flying our way.
And I don't think all of them are as ret- idiotic, as their current Lady.

Speaking is arguably a free(ish) action depending on the phrasing...

It's not like the common chaff would've had a chance to surrender agaisnt their 'Lady's will anyway.

(Am not pushing for unnecessary mercy, mind. Just trying to minimize effort applied to the fight)

On the other hand, containing mid-combat is not as easy ad killing.
