The Nemesis Crown.
That block needs more seats at the table.[X] Lead the Wizards, Knightly Orders, and Asarnil
It's best to establish the "Let's not do anything stupid" bloc early.
Why did she fight it? Is Magesight inspection noticeable for the Wizard that's being inspected?and you have to fight the urge to scrutinize her with your Magesight to see if you can spot any signs of a bound Apparition. Hopefully you'll have a chance to see it in action.
What happens if we encounter a wheeled caravan on the High Pass that is trying to go the opposite direction?seeing them fill the entire width of a major road really highlights just how large they are.
This is cool and surprising.Alriksson, Magnus, Kriestov, Alexis, Volans. The High King, Emperor, Ar-Ulric, Tzar, and Magister Patriarch that won the Great War Against Chaos.
We've seen him exactly twice. The first time he was no more suspicious than Johann and the second we actually noticed him visibly react by trying not to, just as all competent-but-not-Grey Wizards in the know are expected to do. A competent Grey Wizard would have reacted like all of those other Journeymen.Of course Horstmann already knows all about the Skaven. He's so smooth, competent and in control every time we see him that it just making it increasingly believable that he'd already be a Chaos-worshipper somehow hiding it from everybody.
If we were older, but as it stands we're a new character in the world the same age he is and became a lord magister before Mr prodigal personal student of at least an ex supreme patriarch and current semi patriarch.Eh, we are a LM, that does make a big difference for "awesomeness quoetient before it becomes sus".

Are things named after non-Dwarf heroes a more frequent thing or does this cement the engineers and the expedition as a whole as proud kickflippers beyond even just the practical?
Gotrekthe leadership of the Expedition has consisted of Borek, Gotri, and Snorri.

To me at least that looks mightily sus, but has no reason to act on it cause of the Grey/Dawi connections...but maybe they're a really good Tzeench cultist playing the long game!
Ohhh we better not show we've got any knowledge of Dhar beyond the normal, or that sus meter is going to ****ing explode
... what?I don't know the two named blades you mentioned, but isn't Branulhune quite a bit more powerful than the Runefangs?
In fact, if Alaric the Mad is so much more awesome than Kragg, why is his most famous work still weaker? Is it due to the mass production of an inherently shoddy form (sword) for a recent ally's followers? What are some examples of his best standalone works?
Would taking command mean passing normal chain of command over us or it could mean only assuming highest authority while leaving command subordination in day-to-day affairs direct between high command of Expedition and commanded party? Will be we highest authority over Knights if latter is not the case and vote involving not taking command would win?
And the dismay of said cattle.
Horstman taking notes eagerlyNeedless to say, I'm protective of that goodwill, so here's some ground rules
"I could be flying I just don't want too."the dragon that is perched atop it, watching the terrain crawl past with disdain
I know we call griffons cat birds, but do dragons have a more appropriate attitude?
Has a dragon ever had a pet cat, or is it just hairless apes?
I meant that whether taking command would mean that leaders of the Knights would always communicate through intermediary or that we would get nominal higher authority to step in when needed and leave actual day-to-day communication to be direct. From second part of your answer eems like it's former, but would we still have any authority at all over Knights if we choose not to command them? The leaders of the forces of the Knightly Orders will retain command over them, what changes is whether they're talking directly to Borek or whether that communication goes through Mathilde.
