In the distance you can hear a golden horn and the sound of silver hooves. You grasp the Crown in your hand. "They are coming," you say as the wind begins to pick up.
I'm pretty sure we will get the by-name Feybane or something similar for this.
There's always Queenkiller or Queenslayer. The absurd overuse of this name in Star Wars media has made that one of the most loathed names in existence to me.
You mean these guys here?
Excellent. Time to loot the everything, and make the scattered remnants swear fealty.Vote closed.

-[X] Highgarden "Diplomacy" Team: Rhealla, Umbral Stalker, Osryx (Very Old Myrkdreki), The Seeker, Oberyn Martell (because pettiness quota)
--[X] Deliver one (1) trained messenger raven and an explanation that you have solved the Tyrells Fey problems. Their undying gratitude and unwavering loyalty is appreciated.
-[X] Crimson Court Team: Waymar, Lady Saenena Caleris, Benerro, 10x Erinyes, 2x Vigilant Hunters

-[X] Golden Court Team: Tyene, Vee, Malarys, Sandor, Valaena, 2x Fiery Dragonbeast, Glyra
--[X] Secure the corpse of the lord and the remnants of the court. Try to browbeat as many remaining Gold assets as possible into surrendering and bending the knee.

-[X] Violet Spite Team: Moonsong, Balerion (with Varys in charge), Asha, Theon, Maelor, Rina, Aradia, Kyra

-[X] Azure Diplomacy Team: Zherys, Xor, Garin, Wyla, Adamantine Golem, 2x Very Old Myrkdreki (The Twins), Aife (Herald of the Ferryman), 1x Orphne Fey Lord

--[X] See what is left of the court and observe for now. If chances present themselves to recruit the remnants of the court, do so.
It depends a lot on how the power-balance would be and what the personality of the fallen king will be like.Actually, on second thought, I am dubious about the idea of enshrining that relic in our perfectly serviceable network of angry old men.
Here's an edited version of the chapter, DP.High Halls and Hidden Things
Thirteenth Day of the Third Month 294 AC
A raven flies towards Highgarden with 'glad tidings' for Mance Tyrell and his kin. The only thing that could have made it a better sign of the changing fortunes of House Tyrell would have been the presence of the Red Viper among the diplomats who delivered it. Alas, your mother argued against it. "No sense rubbing salt in the wound unless you plan to remove them entirely," she said, and you admitted that you do not, though it is admittedly close. The Tyrells could have provided an opening to negotiate with the Court of Stars, they might have even prevented the war whose first blow you had just dealt, but they had refused to act much, like their fey patrons, hoping for crowns of flowers where now they shall have only brows marked with ash.
***
For the first time in your life you are glad that time flows differently in the feywild. What would have been the search of weeks or months through tumbled halls and ruined gardens was done in the span of hours as they are counted under the sun. Everywhere there are the marks of destruction, but everywhere also the marks of hurried flight. A broken tower and a shattered throne, a withered briar, empty of its long burden. In the moments it had taken you, Dany, Ser Richard, Lya, Mereth, four of her sisters, and two vigilant briars to reach Highgarden and step between to the the ruins under dying stars, the survivors of the court had already spirited away the body of the ever-crownless lord. At first you think the same can be said of the Queen, but a word from Benerro and his god before you separate makes clear that there is nothing of her left to claim; her bone, blood and spirit were burned to nothing.
You might have been upset at the fact were it not for the reason the priest gave, speaking for his Lord. "Resentment grows cold as ice under stone, and none more so than that which lies dead."
Briefly contemplating what the Lords of Winter could have done with such a corpse, you decide that caution was worth the loss and you doubt many of your companions or subjects would think otherwise. Well, perhaps Qyburn, but he has enough test subjects on his hands not to linger too long on the loss.
Of greater import is the fact that the Lord's body, if Lord he can still be called without his crown, had been claimed by the Green Warden and, according to the Orphne Lord, they are willing to deal with you and yours, even submit to your rule. According to Garth, however, whom the Warden had summoned to play diplomat on their side, much to his not so subtle disquiet: "The Warding Wood will not bend knee in the span of an hour like a beast with a burned paw whining in fear."
"How willing is the Warden to swear fealty to either us or to the Old Gods?" you ask of your delegation directly.
"More open to the latter than the former, with the caveat that they are unlikely to surrender whatever remains of the Slumbering King into your keeping, " Ser Dregaire replies cheerfully. The horned fey lord seems to be enjoying the most recent turn of events to a strange degree, not even for any spite or enmity, but simply novelty. 'Tales of old grow dreary and dull. Let there be new ones, even if by page's burning light they must be writ,' he had said so you could hear over the ruined land.
"What of the Old Gods keeping?" you prompt.
It is Soft Strider who speaks up, by far the most quiet and contemplative of the company. "The Warden has spoken of placing the Slumbering King upon a Weirwood throne, that their Lord of Old would be part of their new-woven Song." One would have to be blind to miss the regret at the death and ruin in her deep green eyes, but she does not bring it up. The choices have been made on both sides and the past will not be undone.
