Honesty, this whole list is a bit of a mess. I'm 50% sure I'm going to propose removing a bunch of people from where you have them and it's just kind of a smattering of aimless "throw high CR minion to see if it sticks" without any direction or organization or intent beyond hopes and dreams. I honestly cannot encapsulate it any other way without looking at the end of month results of each of the current actions, see which on-going provincial actions don't require more ongoing attention, and also decide what out of our available assets actually has a purpose of being in a given place.

In other words, that's weekend shit. I ain't about that right now.

I'd abandon this action entirely and just reassign everyone here to the major actions. Maybe put them on Sarnori cleanup if nothing else, though Yrael should definitely tag along for the Ymeri fight if we can manage it. The thing is this fetch quest isn't narratively relevant at the moment. Maybe after Westeros is taken we can throw PCs at it as a show of the Imperium fixing local problems, but at the moment we've got a tad too many plates in the air.

The Heralds would be best used being split between the Ymeri Assault & Qohor & Norvos. The rest of the people you have assigned to Sarnori cleanup are plenty.

I think we're overdue for slowly introducing one or two other people to the operation to serve as Maelor's minions so they can keep the shop running in the background while Maelor gets called away from time to time for big fights.
 
Who is this Maelor person you are talking about?

@egoo, the patrols of the 4x Type-B and the Type-Cs are meant to be on Planetos. The Type-Cs aren't even rated for planar travel.

Other then that, I'd throw a whole lot of Undead at Qohor. They are immune to most corruption and easy to replace.

I'm pretty sure we are trying to annex Norvos in the same move as Qohor, wasn't the issue that they would almost certainly smell their upcoming conquest if we tried it differently, and attack us in turn?

I'm in favor of making the big annexation of two cities into the major action of the month.

I probably could have phrased it better, ofc.

We cant really have it as a Major Action and all the other important stuff, like CoS and Slavers' Bay.

@Crake, more emotional state having passed, I am a-okay with you stating what exactly you dont like and me fixing it.
What I kinda hate is the notion of me having to trawl through my already messy "who's assigned where"-sheet again and reassigning bodyguards/"strategic assets" as I called them, from the ground up after you throwing a counter-proposal.

Because, you know. Your turnplans never really included such forces, whereas I consider adding them really important, lest DP loses track/forgets.

It is the wrong terminology to me.
Make the major thing in one month the Major Action for that character.

If they also do a last-assault support in Slaver's Bay or the Reach in the same month, then that's the extra-action.

Assumption was largely that they are to provide better communication with Sarnori 'allies' where Wildhunt Fey/Lenjths would fail.
Also, they are flying flamethrowers.

Basically, I dont trust anyone but Garin to try and infiltrate Lannisters and get us a view of the fuck they have cooking up there.
Our best "buddy" for that would be Shadow!tor or Orphne Feylord, and... well, okay, decent enough I suppose, but subpar compared to Garin still.

Eh, the generally assed thing is that our people come to Norvos/Qohor for the big fists and leave to dot their thing afterwards, much like Sarnor was.
It is a Major Action, yes, but since it is a one that can be taken "freely" per every character, and we are putting pretty much everyone on it, I kinda mixed stuff up.

Okay, I can accept that for most people, but Viserys should really stay there for most of the month to complete the takeover.
And propably a few other people too.

This is a big deal and we will need Viserys' own voice to smooth over any issues that come up, so please take this as his full-month action.
If he has to go away for a day or a few hours to burn something in another location that might be okay, but please leave it at that.

See, general feel about Qouor/Norvos action had been "we are burning this place down so it doesnt explode now, and return to it after Reconquest".

It doesnt really feel to me like we should pump all that much effort into organising the places after doing the act under that narrative.

If @Azel and @Crake correct me on this (since they were ones actively thinking it up, iirc), oh well, will change then.

I'm not too attached to sending Viserys to deal with CoS full-month, mind.
It isn't the "Go to Feywild, kill their Queen"-stage yet, that'd be 4th month after all :V

I am totally against burning down mostly functional cities (mostly Norvos) when we can annex them instead and have 1 1/2 more cities in the Imperium.

If anything the Feywild should be the free action since that's mostly just going in and burning everything, and trying to slay the Queen.

And also the Ymeri fight if we end up getting a shot at it. I can smell that Mythic Rank...

I'm pretty sure egoo was just using a figure of speech to describe how we're going to cut out the eldritch taint. Of course we're not burning down Qohor and Norvos.

@Duesal has the right of it, I'm not being literal with the burning.

So far, I've not seen much of a push to integrate these places into the Empire beyond the most basic.
Keeping some forces in the cities should do just fine to keep a semblance of order until after the Reconquest is done and we can afford to actually pay attention to them.

Again though, not discarding what you're saying, it just clashes a bit with what people proposed under the auction's banner before.

Consider yourself corrected. We want to conquer and absorb these cities, not just smash them and leave burning ruins behind. That's why I already balked at the notion of our air-force taking a free action to assist that. Conquering takes time.
 
Overall, the game plan for Norvos and Qohor would be:
1. Drop one Legion into each city by demi-plane Gate, while the airforce takes control of the sky with half of our available forces each.
2. Another one Legion per city will march on land, using Titan Tools to erect highways as they go.
3. The Darkenbeast Company will move into Norvosi territory earlier, using another Gate to deploy in a remote staging ground in the Norvosi mountains. They will then take wing and attack the city and especially every reinforcements coming from outside.
4. Most special troops should go to Qohor, especially undead. Black Brutes to counter Dark Young and Snatchers to neutralize cultist leaders and casters.
5. Once the initial fighting dies down, the Legions will fan out and take out any remaining resistance in conjunction with the air force, establishing firm control over the entire area.

This is a dress rehearsal for Westeros, hence us using all the same tactics and testing the viability of various maneuvers.
