As an adventure buddy, Johann's narrative relevance is unmatched by all other candidates. He's likely to be the most interesting romance partner in terms of writing opportunities, whereas practically everyone else is settled down to some extent.

It's a copypasta. I know because I typed the original up, and it always bring a warmth to my heart every time I see it used.

Also I'm really glad the coin action made it through. The weight of all that history brought shivers down my spine. I'll absolutely be advocating for writing those books as soon as possible, for various reasons. Maybe we can work in a visit to our Dwarf book supplier, and it would definitely be poetic if these books are among the first to be deposited in the Library of Eight Peaks, should B O O K B O O N win through. Also, I have the image of a particularly adventurous archeologist making their way to Nehekhara in order to ask someone to fact check the claims in our history books.

It probably doesn't have a meaningful answer. Some survivors went west, some survivors went east. Who's the true heir to that legacy? It's like IRL debates about who's the inheritor of Rome.

I will vote for closing off old threads every time, in the hopes that some day some of them actually will be closed. At the very least, they're free College Favour to put towards the pocket-nuke bandied about as a purchase option for the expedition.
