I'm not sure about celestial brilliance as a long term solution to swarms. Its not like undead are the only kind of swarms the legion will have to deal with. Its good for a short term solution, but I think we need to look for something better.
In regards to the Void and its undead hordes it works fine. For swarms in general, you're right, we will need to come up with something else.

I wonder if DP would let us add a Swarmbane enchantment onto the banners.

What isn't fine is the losses to such a trivial enemy.
Morale isn't going to keep up well if they keep on dieing to every new threat in such numbers.
"trivial enemy"? Sure to us this was nothing, because we're a Sorcerer-King who can smash any army of mooks stupid enough to face us (if they'd hidden in the ground we'd have failed to kill them though).
However to the soldiers this was an actual army of evil spirits that will no longer threaten the world after today. There were quite a lot of these rats, you know.

@Goldfish we can use miracle to cure all the diseased for 5000xp.

Using it to wipe out a plague is in line with the scope of those effects and filth fever is no plague.

I'd rather they just go back home and get healed normally by our dedicated healers. We've got the facilities set up back there, and transport isn't an issue with our demiplane.
That would drop Viserys back to level 17. Probably not worth it.
Especially considering Viserys' uber Miracle burns 10,000 XP since he doesn't rely on a god's help.

Here's what I've got so far, with a significant portion lifted directly from @Crake's proposed plan.

[X] Halt the advance while injuries are treated and anti-swarm tactics are implemented.
-[X] Dany will prepare five Chained Celestial Brilliance spells to cast using her Faith's Reach ability. Using her Bead of Karma to increase her caster level to 19th, this will allow Dany to affect 90 objects (including the various Legion banners and standards) with Celestial Brilliance, which will then be distributed throughout our forces. Each will remain effective for 19 days.
-[X] While Dany prepares her spells, Viserys and Malarys will use Mass Heal spells to cure the infected soldiers. Viserys will use Ancestral Awakening to learn Sudden Widen in order to cast his first Mass Heal to affect a 30 foot radius rather than a 15 foot radius, effectively quadrupling the number of soldiers cured.
--[X] 5,000 doses of Antiplague(5,997 doses currently stocked) will be distributed among our forces for use should further biological attacks be made against them.
-[X] You will press on against Gornath, again not letting up on divination and trying to prevent Sarnath from placing you in a pincer between one host and another. If it seems like they will try to meet you in the field only after linking up, just bomb Gornath's less well-defended host when they are out in the open and before they can be aided by their allies, while you move to prepare a position to fight from via Titan's Tools, obviating the advantage of chariots with earth works and breaks in terrain, leveling out where your men will be fighting.

In the future, would it be worth it for our low-level Cleric/Adept minions to take Create Potion as a feat and start making healing and disease-curing potions for cases like this?

Sure about Gornath as first target, not Sarnath?

We should definitely set up a manufacturing plant for that.
Our ability to maufacture that stuff is limited, after all potions are real magic items that require spellcasters with the right magic and a specific skill to do most of the work.

Putting our Adepts on it will generate a decent stream of production, but we can't make it nearly as cheap and fast as regular alchemical stuff.

I know, and that's fine. We should still manufacture it anyway and build up a decent stockpile so we're more prepared for the next battle.

Gornath is closer, and at this point the enemy wants to meet us in the field. So it doesn't matter who we target first.
They send skirmishers, and the regular ones were crushed without ever meeting our army.

I have my doubt they will send out another army on land.
This display might have already cowed the Rat King, and if not he will at least look for ways to fight from some form of cover that our ships can't bombard.

So, my plan involves 15 Mass Heal spells, 13 of them at 22nd level and 2 at 21st level, 504 Remove Disease spells from Malarys, and 28 + 7d3 + 7d4 (average of 580-ish) from Vee's Summons.

How many of the 3500 infected soldiers will that heal, @DragonParadox?

--[X] Viserys will use Wild Arcana eight times to cast Mass Heal, with each casting affecting the maximum number of soldiers who can be reasonably fit within the effect.
--[X] Vee will cast Summon Monster V seven times using 5th level slots. Each time she will Summon a Cervapral. She will then Summon 7d3+7 of them using seven 6th level slots, and 7d4+14 using seven 7th level spell slots. All 28 + 7d3 + 7d4 Cerviprals will use their Lay on Hands ability (5/day) to apply the Remove Disease effect to infected soldiers.
--[X] Malarys will activate his Bead of Karma and use his prepared Mass Heal spell to assist, in addition to preparing a dozen Chained Remove Disease spells, which each spell affecting up to 21 soldiers.
--[X] After they have a chance to rest and recover spells or Mythic Power, they will do this once more.
---[X] Those soldiers which have not been cured after two rounds of treatment will be sent back to Sorcerer's Deep to be attended to by healers.

I have no idea how many creatures that many Mass Heals will actually effect, that's entirely up to @DragonParadox. It could be not that many though, on the whole.

The rest of that will heal 1,064 soldiers total for both days of spellcasting.

@Goldfish, is it really a good idea to cast this many spells in an environment where we are about to have several boss-battles soon?
Wild Arcana isn't a thing to spend frivolously on a battlefield where one can't sleep it off :/
