At this point our capture magic has as good a chance of dealing with it as our killy magic.

So basically its all about optics.

We don't really need either of them as sacrifices.
We're long past the times we were hurting for those.
...Nor are there any projects on stand-by waiting for a sacrifice-influx, for once.

Daemon could be of use for True Names though, some targetted summoning of Void-aligned ones could be great for everyone everywhere, even more so than with regular Daemons.
It's mind likely gonna get wiped in totality if we just gib it here.

I sayeth, kill the reaper (again?), try to capture the Daemon.

It's proof of the Void's interference in the area. That's the main, perhaps even sole reason attempts to capture it were made.

Yes, but at the same time, we could upgrade the Staff Of the Old Gods that we have. It is a two for one special for this sacrifice, with a fancy void tipping.
Don't get me wrong, it'd be amazing if we manage to capture this thing. It's just that for the purposes of convincing the Sarnori to go Warforged instead because the Void is actively gunning for them, the corpse is sufficient. It would of course be leagues easier with a living specimen.

[X] Plan Voidus Interruptus, part 1.5
-[X] Viserys casts Assay Spell Resistance, then uses Wild Arcana and a Metamagic Rod to cast a Searing Maximized Cleansing Conflagration spell (158 Searing Fire damage, DC 34 Fortitude save for half damage) so that the area envelops the Daemonic Soul Reaper.
--[X] He then targets it's location with a Maximized Pillar of Life spell (60 points of Positive Energy damage, no save) using Miracle followed by a Quickened Blade Barrier spell (15d6 Force damage, DC 33 Reflex save for half damage) overlapping it's area.
---[X] Finally, he casts Arcane Spellsurge then uses Wild Arcana to cast a Crushing Hand spell, places it between the Soul Reaper and Dany, and has the hand preposition itself to Grapple the enemy. It will not only attempt to crush the Soul Reaper, but also hold it within the various damaging effects Viserys has layered upon it. And when the Soul Reaper is destroyed, it will immediately engage the Olethrodaemon.
----[X] When the spell ends, Viserys readies an action to respond as needed, while using his Ring of Spell-Battle to Counterspell anything it attempts to cast as an Immediate Action. He saves the Free Counterspell from his Battlemagic Perception buff unless it proves necessary to save himself, Richard, or Dany. After all, there is a good chance the Olethrodaemon will need to be dealt with after its vessel is destroyed.

Are you keeping the undead prince in mind?

Friendly fire would be bad here.
All of the spells have small enough areas, or in the case of Blade Barrier can be shaped to occupy a small enough space, that Viserys should be able to arrange them so that the Prince is unharmed.

That does remind me, though, @DragonParadox, I forgot to ask how large this chamber is? How tall is the ceiling, how wide is the room, etc?

We should also steal the prince at some point.

Methinks it is here for him right?

Edit:
Oh also I wasnt being paranoid! Hah!

Not that any kind of sentry or gaurd could have possibly stood up to this... thing.

The room is 10 ft. tall by 30 ft. wide and 30ft. long.

Not that it would have killed any guards itself, that would rather go against the slow ruin and despair theme.
