You know, if we are going to sell the feel good cider in Heaven we should go for a street food style approach since that's where our largest customer base would be. That means we need something portable, preferably in single units that are easy for most creatures to hold and drink from without spilling any. Something like this:

:V
Edit: just imagine it.
Clandestine meetings of criminal gangs made up entirely of angels meeting in dark alleyways to sip juice boxes together.
Half devil Half angel 100% donut steel types having lamenting their fate in this cruel world while trying-and failing - to get the straw into a box.
Ehz himself drinking one dry right before delivering his quarterly report to Hell, then hiding the empty box to avoid his little habit becoming known.

it'd be glorious.

Juice boxes would make smuggling and distribution much easier compared to traditional methods of transporting liquids, such as barrels or amphorae.

We can just stamp thousands and thousands of thin metal flasks for next to no cost for us.
Iron's cheap as dirt these days.

Those are also highly reuseable.

And so the latests of Viserys' achievements came into fruition: smuggling apple juice boxes for fiends and fallen angels alike.

Who knows, maybe we can start this here and then move out to Dis

Unlocks and adds 8 progress to Research to create Non-Elemental Outsiders
So, we have a basic RA to create Fire-based Outsiders right now, which will likely have at least 2 more steps to creating the strongest ones we reasonably can.
[] Motes of Fire: With the lore Lya uncovered in R'hlor's holy work, the possibility of delving yet deeper into the matter is now open to you.
-[] Create Pyrasta in the Fleshforge, open further research into forging elemental spirits (Progress: 10, Cost: 9000 IM)
The next month we'll bargain with Ferryman for similar lore on Water-based Outsiders.
And now we are about to have lore on non-elemental Outsiders (I assume that those will be as basic as Fire Outsiders we can create thanks to R'hlor's holy text).

Question: Where are we going with this?
Are we going anywhere with this?
I mean, collecting for the sake of collecting is fine and all, but beyond making Outsiders for Imperial Deity... do we have any idea on the usefulness of the notion to collect ALL elements-based Outsiders-crafting lore, and... do something with that?

Because I'm honestly not quite seeing any.
"Grab an RA for an element, do the basic version so Lya gets more progress to Path of Sage, and be done with this element" seems like the way to go to me :/

We likely can't achieve the highest tiers of any kind of outsiders without some basic insight on the rest of them.

My understanding of this was that learning how to create Elemental Outsiders is a base requirement for figuring out how to create non-Elemental Outsiders. And of course, the more expertise Lya gains in all things soul-related, the stronger and more efficient our Imperial Outsiders will eventually be.

To be fair, if we combine our Celestial Moonshine and the blackmail we have over the Lightbulb, we can probably cause a coup

Not that it would matter, as Devils are the ones actually in charge

Once we create the moonshine business and we sell it to all of heavens shore, then we deserve the tag. Before any of that, we just have to work towards it, but once we do it we have to make it so pervasive that it will be nigh impossible to get rid of.
We will be the greatest druglords in the universe. We've already got a bitching cloak, we're gearing up to build ourselves a kickass palace/fortress, etc. And with our drug money we will fund the greatest empire ever.

We could definitely enhance our Dawnfruit Mead if we wanted to, but the baseline variant is enough of an addictive drug for our purposes. It's already plenty to get hooked on.
I kinda wonder what else we have to offer to Heaven's Shore aside from hyper-addictive non-damaging boose of ours.
Like, the shit's genuinely Good for them... :V

It's too soon to guess, anyway.
We won't move in there until the Brass Ballsack is dealt with right and proper at the very least -- we'll need as many spy-like assets as possible in City of Brass for our final assault.
Not to mention, that the Eastern Essos looks like more of a shitshow with each passing day.
Bottom line, is that we should deal with Slavers' Bay, Black Goat, and bottleneck the progress of... whatever the Warlocks of Quarth are doing, before dedicating ourselves to Heaven's Shore, imo.

I'd really rather not start a drug empire. Given how horrible shit is already.
That's alright. Our friendly neighborhood Alhoon mostly has that covered. People in Heaven are so desperate to escape from reality they'll try damn near anything.

He's being a good businessman about it and exploiting that niche demand.

Food. Nothing grows in Heaven's Shore.

The people in charge of heavens shore won't be that simple to depose. Especially in a civilization where almost everyone is lawful. Also one of them is a direct servant of Asmodeus. His minions ran rings around us last time.

I am curious as to what the actual plan is here.

Edit:
Someone should probably inform Egoo that Dawn mead is not actually harmless. At all.
