The Wyrmwraiths and Dread Wraiths are Incorporeal, which means that even spells and magic weapons without the Ghost Touch property have at best a 50% chance of hitting them on any given attack. Except for Force damage, which will affect them as normal.Out of curiosity, is there a reason we're using force damage and not, say, fire? Is the damage type preset or something?
Ah, okay. I admit near complete ignorance on many mechanics, so I was assuming incorporeal just meant you needed some form of magic to harm them properly. That makes more sense now.The Wyrmwraiths and Dread Wraiths are Incorporeal, which means that even spells and magic weapons without the Ghost Touch property have at best a 50% chance of hitting them on any given attack. If enemies show up that aren't Incorporeal and need some Fire damage applied liberally, each Wyvern is loaded with Alchemical Fire Launcher munitions.
hmmm we need to research that, we are missing out on so much lootOne of these days we will have a Ghostbusters Vacuum and suck up all the ghosts.
It's not quite a Ghostbusters Ghost Trap, but it is a Ghost Trap, brought to you by the letter Y, as in Yss and his Champion Nirah. One of these days we will have a Ghostbusters Vacuum and suck up all the ghosts.
Very nice. That's going to butcher quite a few of them. 👌It's not quite a Ghostbusters Ghost Trap, but it is a Ghost Trap, brought to you by the letter Y, as in Yss and his Champion Nirah.
that's a good spellIt's not quite a Ghostbusters Ghost Trap, but it is a Ghost Trap, brought to you by the letter Y, as in Yss and his Champion Nirah.
i mean we still have 1 more burrow to loot before we leaveVery nice. That's going to butcher quite a few of them. 👌
You think after the Others have their punitive force slapped down they'll try to send another punitive force?
I forgot they were already deployed.@Goldfish, reminder that the Wyverns are circling high above Thennhold so that we don't need to deploy them under combat conditions.
Also, why are you flat out abandoning one of the ward anchors? That Morning Sun spell won't stop them from attacking it with long-range attacks. Furthermore, the anchors are all around Thennhold, so I'm not seeing the point in pulling the Moonchaser back.
Viserys, having just finished looting the remains of the Others' minions: "You done yet? Yes? Back to important stuff then".
I doubt even the Others are stupid enough to throw any more forces at us after we slap down... what, several hundred HD worth of monsters? Shame we can't capture them all for another massive sacrifice.Very nice. That's going to butcher quite a few of them. 👌
