2. When you say Golden Empire, they are not referring to the Great Empire of the Dawn, but instead to Yi Ti?
Also, while I am deeply uncomfortable with them having Valyrian Dragons at all, by necessity hatching and binding one is going to involve blood sacrifice, so ha!

- Yes Yi Ti is formally the Golden Empire, it is the emperor who is called Azure (or depending on your perspective Orange or Yellow) by dynasty

You need to find either wandering masters, or an dojo willing to share their techniques, the latter will would me harder to manage since they have a institutional tradition of secrecy.
