That would be if you wanted to acquire their services permanently which is not even on offer. The fee for a single campaign would be closer to 1% of that, 295,680
This isn't pricing for leasing services. Or at least I don't think @DragonParadox calculates based on that scale. We could buy permanently that kind of support via our own efforts in flesh craft, it doesn't make sense for temporary service to cost an equivalent amount.
295,680 IM is vastly more palatable.

I kind of want him to lead personally since then we can delegate the leading of his troops over to him and of course he's not a pushover himself. So maybe some lore to entice him into leading from the front? Or offering some template enhancements to some of his troops?

[X] Dragon Diplomacy
-[X] Offer wealth
--[X] Pay 300,000 IM for the services of 8,000 fully equipped Sea Trolls and 160 fully equipped Sea Troll Clerics for a single campaign against the Deep Ones

@Duesal It's pretty obvious that the guy is loaded, he doesn't get out of bed for anything less than something that will make him stronger institutionally. Money can't buy everything, just most things.

If we can empower his troops, or give him something that makes life easier, that would be the best way to get him to contribute personally.

That's what I got from him, too. The thing about not being able to do templates is an issue, though...

What about offering grafts instead? We can earmark say 100,000 IM purely in grafts that can be grown and given to him. We likely wouldn't even need to do the installation, I imagine he has his own grafters.

That said, the money was mainly thrown in there as a mark of respect.

@Duesal, mind adding having him tell us what beasts his company would prefer forged for support?
We can make a fair damn bit of them, and they'd be great support against the Squids that we cant quite utilise without "handlers" anyway.

Would this be on loan or are we outright selling him warbeasts? I'm a bit nervous about him deciding Prime Material is great after all of this concludes. I wouldn't mind them being on loan to him, though.
What if we created new Scrags with inheritable Templates (say, the Draconic Template) and gave them to him to raise? They'd probably cross-breed with the local Scrags and spread the Template among his forces.
That crosses our "No selling sentients" line, unfortunately, so not really something we can do.

@Duesal you think he would be willing to capture something for us? Perhaps something with this? Because if we can get this then the next batch of water creatures could benefit greatly. Also he would know where to find one considering his interests.

We could sell him some lore. It wouldnt be the end of the world for us to share knowledge.

We could also sell symbiotes directly, or some of the weaker templates.

Hm... we still havent actually researched symbiotes have we? Shame.

Algae leshy design? Not sure that even works withoit the old gods meddling.

Edit:
We also have XBOX HUEG alchemical production and facilities. I imagine flesh crafting is very chemically intensive work.

Oooh. The problem is that a dragon's time is inherently expensive as fuck. Remember when the Runecarved Brine Dragon offered us a bounty for capturing a Runecarved Giant and we refused on account of our time being too scarce?

I think we'll have better luck looking around Vialesk in the menageries and just buying a beast from there. I'm almost positive we'll find the template.

We have too much shit to do. Also I am hoping that we can find the damm creature in one of the menageries also. If not I am all for paying the damm owner to find one for us. Custom order bitch.

So we'd be looking at 8000 Equipped Sea Trolls x 3600 IM + 160 Equipped Sea Troll Clerics x 4800 IM, which would cost a total of... 29,568,000 IM.

What the fuck.
Well truth be told "You get what you pay for" is a saying for a reason. These things don't need resupply, are pretty fairly equipped right out of the box, have been trained to a Dragon's specifications, and have no doubt been used against said Dragon's enemies more than once.

He knows the value of what he's selling, and to be honest I can't blame him for being a price gouging bitch about it. Training Trolls sounds like a pain in the ass, and training them to the point where they could train themselves even more so.

Scroll down a bit more. That's the pricing for purchasing services fulltime. For a single mission like this one it's 1% of that price, so 295,680 IM. Still not cheap, but not cripplingly expensive.

[X] Dragon Diplomacy
-[X] Offer Lore
--[X] Offer samples of the Seeker's poisons which Althazi could investigate however he pleases
-[X] Offer wealth
--[X] Pay 295,680 IM for the services of 8,000 fully equipped Sea Trolls and 160 fully equipped Sea Troll Clerics for a single campaign against the Deep Ones
---[X] Ask what flesh forged beasts might work best as support -- we can have them forged and serve on loan for this campaign
--[X] Pay an extra 50,000 IM for Althazi to lead his troops himself in this campaign (intentionally being over-generous here)
--[X] Offer a Valyrian Steel weapon for whichever champion Althazi favors most

Seeker poison isn't particularly interesting, dude. Its effectiveness depends entirely on the HD and Constitution modifier of the Bio-Construct which produces it. If we're going to sell him poison, lets sell him some of this stuff [DC 28 2d8 strength monstrous spider poison (weapon oil)], of which we have 194 doses. This stuff is worth 600 IM per dose. 15 or 20 doses of this is much more tempting than a temporary paralytic with a low save DC.

Can you round the 295,680 to and even 300,000 IM? The odd number bugs me for reasons best explained by admitting that I'm a crazy person.

Let's sweeten the deal by offering to grow him four or five of these guys; Advanced Gigantean Bladeleaf Plantblood Manta Rays (CR 6). We just sold 32 of them to Vialesk. They're Colossal-sized non-sentient combatants, beefy, and extremely fast swimmers. He could use them to transport several of his Aquatic Trolls much, much faster than they could swim. Faster than he could swim, too, for that matter. He could use one as a mount if he assumed a smaller form. Five of them would only cost us a total of 6,000 IM and they're a very impressive gift, IMO.

I am fine with making a bounty. If we can't find it we will pay someone to do it for us. We should just set up a bunch of bounties for templates we find interesting.
Sounds good. 👌

Alright, changing that.

... By the way, we have converted one of the bigger spiders into a poison grower via Flesh Forge, right?

Will do.

Alright, I can tell the rest of you don't share my reservations of selling creatures outright, so I'll go ahead and add this.

@Crake, regarding the Draconic Scraghounds, how many were you thinking?

I don't think so.

We've been selling non-sentient warbeasts to the Githzerai, Shaitan, and Vialesk, and we've promised to sell them to the two aquatic merc companies as well, IIRC. Giving Althazi five of them is barely a drop in the bucket and it seems like something he would appreciate.
