Is there an option for a write in to deal with the rapist knight in some manner?
We could, but for the same reason we aren't going to punish Volinda, we really shouldn't bother with him right now. It's an extra layer of complication that Rhaella's group isn't very well equipped to handle at the moment, unless we just plan to assassinate him.

What did you have in mind?

Can we blame devils instead? And can we make the fight more epic?
Rhaella should make a song out of this.

While these questions can probably wait till after...

What level is she? What is the highest spell level she can cast? What class is she? How does she feel toward her younger brother? Does she have aspirations of rulership?

As much as I want to...we have kinda set a precedent with the former slavers who we conquered. We operate on a clear slate protocol on the state level so we can't go around and punish people for crimes not committed in our realm...no matter how much we may want to.
This.

We need that clean slate protocol to be without exceptions or else we'd have a fraction of the people we do cooperating with us. We should not be persecuting people for crimes they committed before we took charge unless it's directly related to treachery against House Targaryen in which case we don't really have a choice.

If nobles and magisters learn that they can't expect a clean slate from us and that they'll be mostly fine if they're not idiots and don't break the law after we take charge, our jobs become so much harder.

So the girl mind controlled her household because she didn't want to get married. Couldn't she have ran away instead? You can understand why I'm a tad doubtful of her intentions.

Do not lose perspective. Rape is horrible, yes, but so are many things done by several of the Imperium's current subjects. The Devils alone have been party to cruelty unimaginable over millenia - not to mention someone like Qyburn for more.. 'Human' crimes.

They have, however, curbed such proclivities now - same as she will, what with tossing about heavy duty mind control like candy so far.

On the same note, punishing someone unliterary outside the realm makes any later conquest that much harder. People embrace the clean start.

Run where? People were burning and stoning witches to death. The family would have sent knights and armsmen after her. Using magic to defend herself on the road would have gotten her burnt at the stake. This was happening before anyone was offering protection period to mages. By the time she had alternate options she was in too deep (up above in my head, instead of going under).

Point is, there weren't any good options.

Well we are going to find out once we screen through her mind if she was telling the truth. It is a possibility that this is a fey plot so this will make it interesting.

Keep in mind Lord Arthur refused to believe that the servant girl was raped, not that he comes out much better from that.
Then fuck him for being a classist jerk who think servants are inherently untrustworthy, the servant girl don't seem to stand to benefit anything from this, and has a great deal to lose, even if she could prove the rape, in current Westeros it would be dismissed as just a thing that happen in war.

And as a father, if there's even a small chance his daughter will be raped, he really shouldn't be forcing her into it, he very clearly proved he only sees her as an investment for the houses prestige, and fuck people who treat others like that.
I would like to say that blindly believing such allegations isn't any better then blindly dismissing them. That's how you get lynchings.
Agreed, but not blindly believing such allegations, isn't the same as letting someone who has a neither proven or disproven rape accusation marry your daughter, especially when she clearly believe the accusation, and is very much against the marriage.
No, even back then the Dragonblooded class was extremely rare, so much so that it hadn't been seen in centuries at the time of the Doom and was thought to be a myth. It's not just about innate Dragonocity, but also Sorcerous potential and luck.
I wasn't talking about the time of the Doom, I was talking about the fall of the Red dragon emperor, at that time we have 13 confirmed Dragonblooded who became gods, and I'm going to bet there were at least a hundred who got the class during the rebellion, but either died or just failed to ascend to divinity.

My comment had nothing at all to do with Valyrians at the time of the Doom, or even after the first generation of free Valyrians was born, which is appropriate, as we are discussing Half-dragons becoming Dragonblooded, since we will be making Half-dragon Kobolds, and for Half-dragons chances of getting Dragonblooded, we should look at the start of the Valyrian empire not the end, because that's when the Valyrians were predominantly Half-dragons.
I'm all for getting her out of there and help her, but didn't she break a bunch of our laws about enslaving people with magic?

I agree she has very understabel/just motives, but shouldn't there be some consequences for this.

Or is it enough with a warning of don't do this again?
She's not yet our subject, we let slavers in places we conquer off with a warning not to do it again, and she's certainly less vile, than many of the slavers we pardoned when conquering Tyrosh.

To us, the Faith, the Lannister's, or the Fey. Lots of options that don't involve her resorting to enslaving her entire household.

That and it takes a certain mindset to solve your problems with violence, when there are more difficult but still viable alternatives.

-[X] Secretly spirit her away, place her under Mindblank and let Elaheh fix her face in her workshop in SD. Use the time she is knockedout to read her mind. They stay together until a Inquisition minder team can be put together. // Specifying Elaheh here as the only Fleshcrafter doing proper cosmetics.
-[X] Meanwhile the Seeker takes her place for a bit, just to be "exposed" by Rhealla and "driven off" in short fight. Use ghese theatrics to implicate the Court of Stars in having something to do with the impostor, allegedly as part of a plot. // Much cleaner then just disappearing.
[x] Arrange Vonilda's disappearance, give her a new name, a new face, not just a glamor but by fleshcraft that she might start a new life, though under careful supervision by the inquisition to ensure she does not fall back on old habits

Yeah, this is one of the worst parts of feudal culture and I'm in favor of showing considerable leniency to this girl. Not sure about using this to stir up new anti-few propaganda though. There's quite a few decent fey around and most people aren't likely to differentiate between the two. Could we blame devils or demons instead? When in doubt, always blame devils or demons.

I make no excuses for the actual contents of her actions, only that of those options, many aren't really guaranteed to work. The Faith could have burned her at the time. The Lannisters would have used her as a tool (with a lot of latitude of acceptability, even when they'd made it known they were accepting mages). The Fey would have asked for a high price. Or she could take matters into her own hands.

Does that make her evil? Not completely certain. Even if she was, she's still useful, which is what matters more. "Is she useful, and can she learn?" If both A and B, we pull out all stops for her. If only B, then we make a modest effort. If only A, then we get rid of her as soon as possible. If neither, kill her.

Simple mathematics.
