Magical Girl Escalation Taylor (Worm/Nanoha)

[X] Plan Obvious
-[X] Build advanced Device for Missy (2 slots, 1 tech point)
-[X] Build advanced Device for Laura (2 slots, 1 tech point)
-[X] Build elemental bullet press and guns for Kayleigh (1 slot, 1 tech point OR 0.5 slot, 0 tech points)
-[X] Build gravity flight harness for Kayleigh
-[X] Purchase Large Weapons (7 tech points)

I wonder, should we have a vote on letting the PRT take over helping with grey boy bubbles? Or Dragon?
I'm against handing it off. its just 14 build points to free everyone that's been trapped. That kind of PR is invaluable. I don't want to hand it off to the PRT.

[X] Plan Build up and Guns
-[X] Pop Grey Boy's bubbles (max 4 slots, 3 bubbles per slot, 0 tech points) for 1 slot
-[X] Build advanced Device for Missy (2 slots, 1 tech point)
-[X] Build advanced Device for Laura (2 slots, 1 tech point)
-[X] Build elemental bullet press and guns for Kayleigh (1 slot, 1 tech point)
-[X] Unlock Large Weapons for Tim (7 Tech points spent)

I don't mind if the currently leading plan wins. But I do want to push the PR benefits of undoing one of the most infamous acts of Slaughterhouse 9.

Also, we should eventually build Kayleigh a full on powered armor with full flight capability plus other abilities.

We don't need to do that right now* in order for Tim to continue to pop the bubbles. Right now, I'm more interested in getting everybody their basic kit so they can start training in character before going out to fight the gangs/Fallen.

Personally, I lean towards fighting the gangs next to train our team against a smaller threat before going after the Fallen, but both work for me. When we do go after the Fallen, I think the Master branch should come first, now that we have five combat ready characters with complete immunity to Master effects. There's no telling how many of the people in the other branches might suddenly have changes of heart once the cape who 'convinced' them to join is dead.

* Edit: And I do mean just for this vote. I know it will take more build slots spent to continue the process, but realized after posting that that might have been unclear.

Kayleigh's storage device is a bracelet.

Missy will probably get a Boost device, so a glove or a choker?

Laura will probably be an Armed device, so a weapon? Maybe something like Weiss's fencing foil sword? Or an extendible whip thing?

So, anyways folks. I don't think anyone has objections to making a powered armor for Kayleigh?

I'd say that for her armor there should be:

The base powered armor
-Antigravity system
-Full Flight system
-Active Camouflage/stealth system
-Shield generator

We could also replace the antigravity system for a energy cannon or some sort of multipurpose grenade/mortar launcher that can fire special munitions like time stop/sludge grenades, containment foam grenades, etc.

The armor should also have various miscellaneous gadgets that won't require a lot of power like grappling hook, storage points for Kayleigh's weapons and other stuff like that.

Basically stuff in the armor should give Kayleigh a ton of options for most situations. She's not going to match others in the groups' sheer power but she should be able to solve most situations via her sheer versatility.
