@DragonParadox, is this an either/or thing? If we somehow scrape up a CL 12 item (also we can sacrifice items to Yss now??) we don't have to deplete the Larder further?

You can only sacrifice items to Yss in this one instance because Zanthir cannot make use of power gained though blood sacrifice
No, you need to get to a total CL of 30 with at least one item being CL 12 or higher. So for instance:
  1. One CL 12 item
  2. Four CL 5 items (any random efreeti weapons will do here)

Would going over the requested limit CL-wise do good?

[X] Offer items to be broken for power.
-[X] Warped Dragonsteel Sword (Ind. CL: 12)
-[X] x4 Fire Giant Greatswords (Ind. CL: 5)
-[X] Total CL = 32

Okay then, we're going all-out @everyone!

Alright, lemmie check...
I think we can safely sacrifice any of these safely.
That Which Devours
Description:
This golden blade shines slickly in the light of the mage lanterns as though dipped in oil, seals of power upon its face seem to move like worms when seen out of the corner of the eye.
Base enchantment: +1 Vorpal Sword
Powers (only usable by a Rakshasa, UMD DC 35 to emulate):
A creature slain by either a coup de grace or the weapon's Vorpal quality has its soul drawn into the blade, allowing the bearer to consume it and gaining some aspect of its abilities for three days.
Vitality: Gain 3 Hit Points per HD of the creature slain
Might: Gain the use of one Feat, Supernatural, or Extraordinary Ability (so long as it does not depend on anatomy not shared between the slain and the slayer)
Wit: Gain full use of the slain creature's skill ranks in one skill, or access to the slain creature's mind as per Probe Thoughts
Multiple uses of the same aspect do not stack.
Caster Level: 18
Why? Becasue the RA we had developed for it is meaningless now that we empowered Oathkeeper already, we are never having it used because it is pointed out as horrible IC, and we can't use it up for Dark Sister's upgrade because of how corrupted it is.
Cursed Prism
Description:
This simple prism of sulfur stained glass seems at first a boon to any who should come upon it, for it shows the truth of things, but the careful mage can see that a truth spoken with malice can eat into the heart as easily as any lie.
Ability: When it is gazed through, this prism enables the user to see as though they were affected by the True Seeing spell. It can be used for as many as 30 minutes a day, in increments of 5 minutes. These increments do not need to be consecutive.
Curse: With every activation the wielder must make a will save (DC 10+1 for every previous activation) or become overcome with paranoid delusions about everyone and everything they trust, using the gem obsessively to check them, or other less subtle methods when the item's power runs out for the day.
Caster level: 10
Why? Because it's rather useless for us, and it's cursed.
Sword of the Ruin Lord
Description: Once the whirling weapons of an Asurendra, these Valyrian Steel blades seem now invested of a will and spirit that moves and slays at the command of whoever bears them with as much skill as they themselves possess. Seals of primordial law warped and twisted endlessly swallow each other over the face of the blade.
Ability: +2 Obedient Longsword, counts as Evil and Lawful for overcoming damage reduction.
Caster Level: 15
Why? Becasue we have 6 of them, but they'll need an RA to de-curse into something resembling "safe to handle", and they are too niche to bother.
Rod of Ruin
Appearance: 'Adorned' from the head of a dead jackal, with bloodstones for eyes, this staff appears to have once been part of some larger whole though crudely broken off and made to serve a new purpose.
Ability: Three times per day on command, when the wielder touches the rod to a non-magical, inanimate object, that object decays, cracks, and withers. The object, which can be no larger than a door or must take up no more than a 5-foot-by-5-foot area, gains the broken condition.
Why? Because I can't even remember where or how we got it, but we have better ways to destroy stuff, and it'll free up the Armory some.

Kudos to @Goldfish for keeping Armory updated.

Yes, but not in an immediately tangible sense Zathir would keep the extra power and it would make him grow a little faster
How much faster we talking? Like say we gave him 100+ CL total in sacrifice? I know there's diminishing returns, and he wouldn't use all that power for his body, but how much stronger would the avatar be?

That would significantly accelerate the process of Zathir becoming independent of Yss, I can't really be more specific than this because the precise inner workings of divine metamorphosis are opaque even to Viserys.

Hold your horses.

You go overboard here and you have to wait on those Heart Trees you've been pushing for.
eh, I'm not using up the "easy" materials here, but some of the old and useless cursed stuf would do well to go away at last.
Also, we can always do blood-scrifice in some far-away regions.

I would honestly only go way over the limit if doing so would make Zathir's body way stronger. As in, strong enough it could escape an encounter against even Companion-tier threats. I mean it might already be there now, Viserys seems to think it has nothing to fear in Westeros from anyone not specifically looking for him, but I'd rather some guarantee his wandering isn't a crisis.

The Armory makes this pretty easy to manage.

[X] Gogo Coatl Power, Mighty Morphing Coatl Power!
-[X] Withering Athame (Caster Level 15)
-[X] (x3) Large +1 Efreeti Greatsword (Caster Level 5)
-[X] Total Caster Level: 30

EDIT:
Ah, never mind. I see more info from DP. This will need to be revised.
