The enchanter situation is unchanged since their commitments and circumstances have not really shifted
@DragonParadox, their commitments are understandably unchanged, but are we allowed to try to bargain for access to their stronger enchanters? We could trade magical items for psionic items, for example.

I'm just unsure of how to deal with this particular roadblock or if it'll ever change.

That bargaining is what the payment of their work does. It's not a mater of them wanting a higher price, but simply not being able to afford to take high level masters of crucial jobs, things like 'making sure the monastery is not consumed by the raging currents of limbo'.

Xor is a bard and now the Many turn out to be literal "ear worms"? I do not believe for a second that this is a coincidence. There is something funky going on with the Far Realm... and that may be literal.

Unless a lesser Miracle could potentially help, I am stumped.

@Azel I missed you dude. I am happy to see you again.

Are you... back for good? How have you been?

Here's a rough shopping list for our next commission with the Githzerai, based off a heavily modified list made by @egoo. We can add this as part of a vote before leaving Limbo.

@egoo, as you can see, I removed most of the multiple use items from your list in favor of purchasing a lot more single-use versions. The expense of high level items, plus the 70% markup, with the +100% tax to make some of them slotless is just unpalatable. For example, a slotless item of 1/Day Temporal Acceleration similar to the boots would cost 17,280 IM and require 87 days for a crafter to complete, or 29 days if there were three 15th level Psions devoting all of their time to it. It's just unreasonable to expect them to have anything like that in stock, or to devote that much time to a single item.

I've added another 20 Crystal Masks of Detect Psionics and 10 more pairs of Gloves of Object Reading. The Masks are important for obvious reasons, and the Gloves would work so well for the Inquisition that it's hard to pass up on more of them. Do ya'll think we should order even more of the Masks?

I have taken the liberty of including some more psionic goodies for Jeyne, totaling up to 20,210 IM in stuff. If ya'll don't want to include it, I'd understand. She's our only Psionic PC at the moment, so I'm trying to maximize her effectiveness and survivability.

Here's the markups we're having to pay due to the rarity of psionic items and the limited time available to the Githzerai crafters. There are other neat psionic items we could purchase, but more of them can be duplicated via normal magic for a much cheaper price.

I'll be honest, I'm just really proud of finding this one.
It's like Timestop, but cheaper in every way.
That's how mafia Psions works.

10 items is good for now, but maybe we'd want to make 1/day items too, and have them on casters who'd benefit most (Vee with bullshit-summoning, Lya and Viserys for obvious reasons, etc.), a month or two down the line?

What's awesome as well, is that no one will expect us to use Psionic magics, so even Mammon himself sending another Aspect would be unlikely to have Psionics-dampening defenses.

Thanks for slapping the list together.

Edit: I wrote that before the edit with the explanation.

No, that is absolutely a good idea. Asset preservation in this case is important since we know the Deep Ones are after her, we want her to survive dangerous encounters so she'll grow even stronger, and we haven't yet studied her enough to really be able to get around to creating more Psionic people.

The way I figure it, break the coverage for items like Detect Psionics down like this.

There's Customs in each port of call. There's checkpoints into each province's main government/administrative offices, each Province's Inquisition Commissariat, each Scholarum branch. Those will all need Spontaneous Search items too. We can assume that the checkpoint is enclosed and has lead coverage, the ones leading into Scholarum branches and government offices/Inquisition buildings are likely Hallowed.

@Goldfish @egoo are there any equivalents in psionic items for Boots of the Wide Earth? When Jeyne is stronger I'd definitely like to give her a Teleport option.
Nope, there is no such thing. Actually, the Psionic Teleport power isn't normally available to Jeyne due to it being in a different Psionic Discipline, but we can get around that using the Expanded Knowledge feat.

Since I'm struggling a bit with my writing and this may or may not have some impact on crafting. and turn-planning, here is what Qyburn cooked up as the first few prototypes made in his successful research. They are currently all in Gogossos and helping with construction and security there.

22x Black Knights
1x Skeletal Hetkoshu with Reinforced Platemail (Soulforged Undead CR +1, Corpsecrafted, Bolstered Resistance)
Black Knight CR 6
(Large Necrocraft CR 5, Soulforged Undead CR +1, Corpsecrafted, Bolstered Resistance)
Cost: 500 IM
NE Large undead
Init +0; Senses darkvision 60 ft.; Perception +0

DEFENSE
AC 28, touch 9, flat-footed 28 (-1 Size, +10 natural, +9 Armor)
hp 52 (7d8+21)
Fort +3, Ref +3, Will +7
Immune undead traits
Resistance cold 5
DR 5/Bludgeoning
Turn Resistance 11

OFFENSE
Speed 30 ft.
Melee Greatsword +13; 3d6 + 8; 19-20/x2

STATISTICS
Str 27, Dex 11, Con —, Int —, Wis 10, Cha13
Base Atk +5
Feats Toughness B

How familiar with the Deep One faction is Qyburn and does he have an understanding of how fearful they are of Undead?

In that case I'd like to get the following for her:

The Boots of the Wide Earth essentially function as runestaves where they let you convert spellslots into Teleports. These boots, on the other hand, have a built-in 3/day teleport mechanic.

I've been wanting to get them for Garin and Waymar ever since I discovered them.

I would rather she learn the power herself when she is high enough level.

I've added a pair of Boots of Teleportation to the crafting schedule for Waymar and Garin.

Don't forget to vote, ya'll.

Voters, are you willing to go on another economy and political trip, or would you rather google at cute quarter-vampire babies?

[X] Meet Garin and Selyse's babies

Actually, yeah, this is important to me.

I wonder what they named them...
