After adding the Hampa-sourced enchanters to the crafting sheets, even with them only available for 10 days this month to account for moving, getting to know their new homes, and some downtime to recover from the ordeal, that adds another 99,000 IM in crafting capacity for us to work with. I feel much better about all of our other big crafting projects now.
According to DP, Intraplanar MirrorVision mirrors will cost us 8,640 IM to enchant. That's pricey, but I think it would be worth it to craft one each for the Opaline Vault, Armun Kelisk, and Vialisk. Being able to simultaneously reach audiences in four different Planes of existence would be amazing, not only for the purposes of spreading propaganda, but also cultural dissemination and Imperial influence.
We would need to receive permission from the rulers of each city, then secure a favorable location for the mirrors, so it won't be happening this month for sure. Next month would be the soonest possible implementation at the very earliest. Thoughts?
More Beetle Bombs and Heralds, for sure, plus restarting production on the gear sets for our 5th level Scholarium graduates. We're a couple months behind on that. I need to go back and tally up which types of mages reached 5th level recently to get an idea of who needs what.
Gives us more leeway to further equip some of our other baby adventurers who need gear. There are several of them in my notes, but whose names currently escape me.
This month? Sure, buy I'd like one in every Province too. Whispering Braziers as well. I'm hoping this new batch let's us get a Mirror Vision and two Whispering Braziers (Government and ACSEC) in every province by the end of next month for the new year.
There are currently 10 MirrorVision mirrors, 10 Whispering Braziers, and 5 Interplanar Whispering Braziers on the crafting schedule. We still have a few in stock, too. Depending on other expenditures, we might be able to add some more to the schedule as well.
Unfortunately trying to link other vehicles onto a ship would simply cause the spell to fail, the wheel carries the ship and everyone in it, not the ship and everything you can bold on
While we were on the topic I wanted to look into what we could accomplish with those Coral Growth tools... Someone please tell me they are Duration: Instantaneous otherwise they aren't nearly as useful as their Stone counterparts.
Even though the spell description specifically states it is popular amongst multiple races for Underwater City construction Duration: Permanent is vulnerable to Dispel.
ah, this trip has truly been wonderful.
Almost enough to not make me cringe excessively at the fact that we have a lot of MAs to run through in, essentialy, 10 days or so.
Oh well.
I'll just have to nag more actively, I suppose.
}=D
If so I didn't see it, Goldfish and I discussed how it would be ridiculous if they were dispellable but unless my memory is failing me (which it often does) we didn't get WoG.
Btw, I agree with this @Goldfish.
It's one thing to drop those off at our cities, and a very different thing to drop them off at our allies' cities, imo.
Best not to inadvertently make a bad impression of ourselves and our propaganda.

I think the Mirrors should be at our embassies/trading houses anyway.
More tightly bind the prestige to our own name while also increasing foot traffic to our holdings, and it's an organic beginning to growing a personal district out from these economic and cultural beachheads.
@Goldfish, now that we've got a bunch of new crafters, can we make the first Bigger Fish in preparation for Deep Ones headhunting? IIRC it was designed to snatch and trap Mind Flayers and bring them back to us like a proud cat.
[X] "To the mighty Emir of Boundless Currents, the Crown does present these gifts to show our appreciation of his generous invitation to gaze upon new-found splendor and enjoy the culture and beauty of his realm.
-[X] It is the Imperium's hope that they might come to appreciate further exchanges of culture, so that all might be enriched in the telling.
-[X] The Crown presents a mirror worked of reinforced true silver framed in everlasting Dragonsteel, wyrm regardent upon the viewer with eyes of flame beryl from the sea of fire.
-[X] Nine lances and nine tridents of Dragonsteel, fit for the hand of brave warriors or scions most noble and puissant.
-[X] Twelve lacquered and alchemically treated frescos from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sorcerer's Deep.
-[X] Four casks of aged wine from Dorne, Myr, Volantis, the Arbor, one cask of Tyroshi Pear Brandy.
-[X] Two chests of finest crafting from the wise hands of elder blood, further filled with feycraft of the shadow-shrouded.
-[X] Bound and alchemically treated histories of House Targaryen and the purview of the lands of their birth and that of their realm.
-[X] Tapestries of..." the list goes on for a little while but from here starts to go over samples from most of Westeros and Essos as we typically prepare gifts in advance for these types of occasions by this point. Say around 30,000 IM worth.
-[X] The rest is courtly procedure and fulsome praise, the magnanimous sort. Viserys will catch them off-guard with his less arrogant and mild-mannered bearing in person after his Heralds are done presenting gifts and subsequently announce his party's formal approach of the Emir's court.

A little more elongated with a bluesteel construct finish.
Surfsteel Serpent, CR 8
Large Construct
Hit Dice: 12d10+30 (96) Initiative: +4 Speed: 20 ft., Swim 100 ft., 20ft fly (clumsy) Armor Class: 22 (-1 size, +4 dex, +9 natural), touch 13, flat-footed 18 Base Attack/Grapple: +9/+28 Attack: Bite +18 Melee (1d8+15/19-20 x2) or Spit Venom +12 (ranged touch) Space/Reach: 10 ft./5 ft.; Special Attacks: Improved Grab (Bite), Chokehold, Constrict (1d8+15), Poison Special Qualities: Construct Traits, Damage Reduction 10/Adamantine, Darkvision 120 ft, Blindsense 30 ft, Immunity to Magic, Dimension Lock, Gullet, SLAs, Poison Saves: Fort +4, Ref +8, Will +8 Abilities: Str 30, Dex 18, Con -, Int 3, Wis 18, Cha 14 Skills: Hide +25*, Spot +12, Listen +12 Feats: Weapon Focus (Bite), Improved Critical (Bite), Improved Natural Attack (Bite), Spit Venom
SLAs (CL 12): Nondetection, Camouflage - at will.
Chokehold (Ex): A Steel Serpent may chose to deal nonlethal damage while in a grapple.
Dimension Lock (Su): Any creature currently bitten and grappled by a Surfsteel Serpent is considered under the effects of a Dimensional Anchor spell. The effect ends as soon as it's free from the grapple.
Gullet (Su): A Surfsteel Serpent can swallow any unconscious creature smaller than itself. The gullet is an extradimensional space, and there is no extra burden for the Serpent to carry. Creatures inside are stabilized, but do not wake up, and are considered under Nondetection as if cast by the Serpent.
Poison (Ex): A Surfsteel Serpent's bite injects poison from a hidden reservoir within its body. Because it is a construct, the Serpent does not naturally produce this poison, and it must refilled manually. The reservoir holds enough poison for 10 successful bite attacks, after which the creature merely deals bite damage. Refilling the reservoir takes 5 minutes. Any injury poison may be put in the resevoir, though acid, alchemical substances, and even stranger liquids may apply.
*Already includes Camouflage.
Surfsteel Serpents have a +4 racial bonus to grappling and a +8 racial bonus to Spot and Listen.
A lithe automaton sheathed in smoky black dragonscale with the large cold eyes of a deep water predator and sharp swept back wings clearly more at home in the water than the sky.
Unlike most constructs, the Surfsteel Serpent takes great satisfaction and savage glee in it's task though it is still unwaveringly loyal to it's master and never let's indulgence in the hunt get in the way of the mission.
The Surfsteel Serpent attacks from ambush whenever possible, tracking it's quarry tirelessly to maximise advantageous conditions. In a successful ambush the Surfsteel Serpent will prioritise bringing the prey back to it's master by requesting Call Construct.
If an ambush fails the Surfsteel Serpent readily retreats and resumes pursuit, if faced with significant opposition the Surfsteel Serpent will retreat with Call Construct starting a new hunt over.
I would like to add the below to bring back some of what I was envisioning with this plan.
Aberrant Scent (Racial Bonus Feat): The twisting scent of aberrant taint is uniquely potent to a Surfsteel Serpent's senses, you can detect aberrant opponents within 60 feet by sense of smell. In addition, if you have the Track feat, you can track aberrant creatures by scent. You gain a +4 bonus on survival checks when tracking aberrations by scent and may move at full speed without penalty and up to twice your normal speed with a -10 penalty.
I added back in a low flight speed so that it can jump land bridges etc,
I like @Goldfish's idea for getting captures to the Snare though I would like it to be automated rather than waiting for someone to cast it, unless there are shifts. The whole point in a lot of ways is for it to be a terrifying, there one moment, gone the next scenario.
Healing @Duesal has always pushed for mending swarm items so that's good enough for me.
Stretch goal I would also like to have it retain a non-damaging fog effect and the ability to see through it to counter the obvious fallback spell trigger effects Illithid have for when they run into Constructs and Undead.
@DragonParadox
Can I justify a bump to Intelligence with the Life-Spark Gem same as the Elemental Wyrmlings?
Could Yss conceivably grant a Construct inherent boons? I imagine we would not be too concerned about serpentine influence on an already serpentine Construct.
That's my concern, too. Whether or not the expense and crafting time is worth investing in such mono-focused units.
Everything else considered, I think we would be better off not giving them an inherent recall ability or using a Call Construct station, but simply supplying them single-use Greater Teleport charms, if we build them.

Have a little mechanism triggered crevasse in the gullet. When the gullet is full, the construct depresses the switch and breaks the charm, teleporting it and the helpless target.
So it looks like we're not as far behind in crafting mage gear for our 5th level Scholarium graduates as I thought. We haven't actually had that many of them hit 5th level in the last few months, though there are a metric fuckton of lower level ones. One set of Combat Sorcerer gear, two sets of Wizard gear, and two sets of Mystic gear and we're caught up for now.

This is rather awkward but i cant seem to find the information for the wyvern anywhere(the fighter jet apparently?), im rather new and ive been binging the thread so i missed where it was discussed im around pg 12000 or so, could someone put a link to where the information is?
Sorry for the inconvenience i would really appreciate the help.
