I wonder if the dragon even knows how much we can use the corpses, lets face it, for most people corpses are not that useful unless they can be used for crafting.
Sure, but we have made an art of it, i doubt any other faction can extract the same value we do from pretty much anything we can get our hands on.Lots of stuff can be used for crafting. And corpses are always useful to someone (necromancers, interrogators, etc.) for at least a price. And since that value is proliferate (at least out in the Planes) that means they always hold a cash value on the market even if you don't have the experts or infrastructure to make use of them yourself.

Armor thickness is adjustable in the program and yes, composite means a 90% steel, 10% lead mix.Resources used:
Mercury: 24,576(t)
I think @MTB was on point and you get steel and lead usage by calculating the weight of 40cm of armor plating and summing 10% of that as lead and 90% as steel, and then for the weight of each component for the rest of the superstructure is also steel.
I would have to do some math to figure out those numbers though. I am near-certain Azel's program probably just gives the weight of both as part of the final calculations (mostly based off my impression of how he made the synergetic spreadsheets).
Also goddamn, one Dauntless is 200,000 IM of enchanting costs, or about a third of our current total throughput. The magi-tech industrial complex is still a distant future. Though we're pretty much there already with Alchemy.

Well, they try, i'll give them that.
But it is clear the Targaryen Bloodline is as far above from the common dragon as the common dragon is above the common everything else.
That was my line of thought. That's why I want to poke at him a little bit and see what there is to be traded between us.@Duesal we do have our own rune lore, you think he might be interested?
Viserys is a Targaryan who dismisses the idea of becoming a god because it would limit him.

It doesn't seem like it would do much? Just have them open their mouth constantly.[X] Duesal
So are we going to have time to buy spells after we finish lore shopping? There are quite a few good ones we could pick up here.
Globe of Tranquil Water
Heavy Water
Wave Shield
Water Shield
Cup of Dust
I'm almost afraid to find out what that last one does to targets under water.
I think it'd depend on how desperately thirsty it makes the target. What happens if you do the best you can to drink a lake? All normal effects apply, so they could very well burst their own stomachs way before they die of dehydration. It doesn't seem like it would do much? Just have them open their mouth constantly.
But it sounds like the dehydration is real, even if the thirst does not go away they would notice their stomach being full and stop trying to drink.I think it'd depend on how desperately thirsty it makes the target. Probably more effective than water-boarding, come to that. We should get it for the Inquisition. But it sounds like the dehydration is real, even if the thirst does not go away they would notice their stomach being full and stop trying to drink.
I imagine it is not easy to drink yourself to death even if you try to. It would be more of a psychological torture than physical one.
I'm also not getting chapter notifications anymore. Don't you just love this new forum formatting?[X] Duesal
Is anyone else not getting chapter notifications? I was on the road and only able to check for updates at traffic lights. Never saw a chapter alert, and still dont, despite @DragonParadox posting one a while ago. Woulda found a parking lot to stop and read the update.
Rune Giants are something I hadn't even considered being in this setting. If we get one or more, I don't see much reason to share with the other dragon. Those things could further our research and knowledge by a lot. I think the Rune-scarred template is based off a weak version of the magic which makes them.
@Azel, good to see you around. Hope you've been doing well. You might like to know that we now have nine Wyverns in service with at least six more scheduled to be built this month. The Moonchaser just made its first flight and we're starting on its sister ship this month. It will be ready to fly first thing next year. The Wyverns have performed very well in several raids and missions.
A couple of those, especially the Globe, would work really well with the Hydrophobia spell.[X] Duesal

Did that happen in Australia, too?You very much can kill yourself by drinking water as a few unlucky radio stations found out in seemingly harmless competitions.
