Not even if it was done by a Chosen of the Seven? I mean once he arrive in the Sevens afterlife, he would probably get confirmation that they are truly the Sevens chosen, so wouldn't it be more blasphemous to refuse a resurrection from them?
You can't really talk to a soul when raising, you would have to literally go looking for it across the planes
Jon was old and he believed the Stranger's gift was as natural as any of the others, If Bloodraven had foreseen him accepting a resurrection he would have killed him differently

It's either 4th or 6th level, that mean as long as we learn it exist in character, we can use Bloodwish to cast it, after all the rules for Bloodwish is that you must know a spell exist to use it, not that you must have ever seen the spell.
