There is one thing you might want to consider about the Tullys besides their Riverlands connections, Eddard Stark is married to one. That's no real reason to make them dukes but it might be a good idea to leave them some land, so they would not be seen as punished on par with Lannisters.

If she has caster levels our job became much easier. If normal Cersei can cause five years worth of ruin to the realm in a few months than I can't wait to see what caster Cersei will do. Probably sell half the courts souls to fiends or something.

@Azel Looking over the participants in the Yi-Ti Expedition, I see that we have several Scholarium mages available who we could send back to the Riverlands with Benjicot.
A 5th level Wizard, 5th level Archivist, a 4th level Mystic, and a 4th level Sorcerer would add a decent amount of magical capacity to the Lads' operation and it would serve as a good way for them to get XP. The Wizard and the Archivist could also do some minor enchanting for the Lads.
Both 5th level mages will have their full gear loadout, and the 4th level Sorcerer can get his early. The Mystic could get his 5th level gear early, too, if you don't mind me reducing the number of Whispering Braziers produced this month from 20 to 16.
