Aww... Real quick.

Does anybody know what skills were teaching in SD?

I want to put this guy 20 minutes into the future, so one of the first generation to be born and raised in SD.
Math, Law, Economics, Engineering, Literacy, all relevant Knowledge, Crafting, and Profession skills, etc.

Focus would be on basic literacy, basic math, basic understanding of the law and basic understanding of magic and magical threats. So no more Demons From Hell or similarly retarded garbage. Otherwise, what a human being needs to function in the Imperium.

It irritates me thematically how the elite soldiers of the Dragon King are 90% plant with a fire arm out of nowhere.

I hope we can figure out how to produce Draconic or Half-Dragon templates eventually.

You mean actual, functional wings or just armor wings?

I'm against the former, since it would veer from Captain Imperium towards Science Experiment and the latter is all kinds of impractical.
Full-on functional wings, but bio-magically engineered sufficiently to be able to retract into their backs. Out of sight when unneeded, but ready for use at a moment's notice.

Everyone growing up in Sorcerer's Deep learns to read, write, basic skills in arithmetics, basic knowledge of magic and what it can do (this is to head off any and all charlatans), history, geography, etc. We're aiming for the quality of a modern education.
Not sure how to represent that mechanically... No, Dp did allow training skill points didn't he?

Draconic grafts suck. Simple as that. And Half-Dragon would again veer far too much into Monstrous Humanoid territory.

Sounds good. Targ loyalists will be warned to make sure nothing bad happens with them right? Want them in strong positions and not weakened.

Sorry, nothing available. The only wing grafts possible are fiendish or those weird dragon "wings" that are actually a flying squirrel with scales. Neither of those options can retract.

I would suggest a Cloak of the Dragon for 600 IM instead.

All we need is a dragon corpse.

I'm sure Grandma Tiamat will happily provide one, the senile old bitch.

(We also might get one by feeding that red dragon orb to the old gods.)

I'm reminded of my old dream before we beat Relath down and made him our vassal.

@Goldfish and I wanted to capture him, harvest his wings as grafts, cast Regenerate, then rinse and repeat. It was so wonderfully cheesy and broken. Then DP shot it down. :(

We need more dragon enemies.

Lets... NOT use our own wings...

So tempting. So cool.

assuming we ever get this working for minotaurs...

Not really a great harvest for this one...

Edit: I also like Dragon Knight.

The first one, but without horns, is the best, IMO.

I vastly prefer Praetorian. First and foremost because we got more then enough dragon in our everything and second because Praetorian fits much neater into the Legion. Also, they are not knights.

The Praetorian Guard of the Imperium.
Class.
Dragon King's Dragon Knights in the Dragon Kingdom. Dragon.
Crass.

Edit: Memes aside, I'm firmly in the camp of Viserys crowing himself Imperator of The Imperium, so of course I prefer the name that fits that theme.
