So two things one the bare failure scares me a little and two I think it's to to get swole and get another kid hopefully.

[X] Mistress of None: She will receive instruction in all subjects, ensuring a well-rounded education. +None, -None

Seems obvious to give a potentially immortal dragon an education focused on learning all the stuff.

[X] Board Games: He will learn patience, strategy, and how to read people by playing numerous board and card games with you and members of the Imperial court.

[X] Designated Regent: The first of two compromise positions. Once she is of age, Gwyndlyn will be named the designated Regent. In the event that the rightful ruler cannot take up the crown or is otherwise unavailable, Gwyndlyn will assume the role of ruler until the situation can be resolved satisfactorily. While not as controversial as directly placing her in line for the throne, some may still protest this decision.

Well we're building up our son to be a diplomancer so the board games will help with that and regent since she'll live a long time she can always watch over her family... Or be their to take over should the worse come to past. Mistress of none because while I think it would be a good idea to have her work on her martial skills to complement Gawain I really don't like that learning debuff.

[X] The Scaled Scholar:

If Scholarship is good enough for our son, it's good enough for the daughter too.

Saddling her with rulership without giving her an out is a recipe for disaster down the line, but not allowing her to rule at all can cause it's own problems. Designated Regent addresses the complications of her longevity while not cutting her out of the things that come with the role of 'member of the royal family'.

Its a good idea for the Regent to be someone that DOESN'T wants the role of leadership. What better path of not wanting to lead other than the warrior. If she is long-lived or immortal knowledge will be gained passively.

I tried to put the map of the Yak clans in the post itself, but it glitched out shortly therafter. Replaced it with a link to the deviantart upload of it.

Two things @Questor

1 from a scale to that map to the real world how big are we and the clans like I would we are roughly the size of France or Spain but I would like to know for sure

2 what kind of more specialized roles to the diamond dogs use right now in the army right now in the medival ages there talents are nice forsappers but anything else would be nice like how do they fair against are kind in single combat weapon to weapon

What with the south warm weather the turn name and the expedition not having name plus the bare failure I think we ran into the Changelings.

Well now I'm eagerly anticipating the rumor mill but I know we first must go through the scouting interlude which I'm also waiting with bated breath.

If it is the Changelings and the bare fail is connected to them one of our scout probably tried to eat one of the wild animals and it was a changeling in disguise:lol.

Economics is the way to truly build empires. While having a siege breaker unit would be great It is only useful when going to war or threatening it.
There is also the social aspect. This has her as Daddy's little girl. That is just too precious of a thought.

Not to say anything's wrong but, well, I thought that we were basically rebuilding the entire empire from scratch, and while we have made great strides, specially if we consider that we just build schools a few years ago, I just have to ask, how are we finding all of these professional medics or learned griffons for these projects?

Have we built universities without knowing? Did we create and discover the infraestructure without researching it? I'm sorry, itt just seems as if we are going too fast.

A King needs to be able to actually lead.

If we're going to have a super-long lived member of our Court, then lets make the best of it. We'll train her to be the best possible administrator and give her that job.

Isn't that kinda dangerous though putting her in a position that revolves around wealth and money? i mean with the whole greed thing?

We improved the education but there was always people learning and with knowledge in other parts of the Empire. We are also not rebuilding from scratch. All the other parts of the Empire were functioning kingdoms. All we did was bind them together back into a new Empire.
