Do we need to vote on the party makeup for the new (unplanned) leg of the PoE excursion? Or will the schedule work out regardless? Plus there's the Tyene/Dany mixup which we could go back on now.

I agree that what you're proposing probably saves us a lot more time, but we don't have the hard numbers to go off of yet.

We could just add Tyene, but it's more of a choice of if she wants to attend the festival, or visit a stone genie city. Dany was scheduled for the PoA trip, but needed to teach Lya spells in the beginning of the month. But there is enough wiggle room to handwave it to occurring at some point when they're free.
I don't think anyone else is free to come to replace Tyene, though. *shrugs*

2. HHD Viserys grabs the corpses and Plane Shifts back, leaves the corpses in our tower, and then they all Plane Shift to where they left.

@Tomcost, that's the problem. Isn't planeshifting inaccurate to around 200 miles? Is it really safe to just planeshift right back?
If so then hell yes, that solves a big problem for us.

Anyway, on a planar excursion, Malarys probably prepared Planeshift himself. Dany uses her's to get us back home, we stash the loot and Malarys brings us back.

The problem is that we want to abuse Richard's Mindblank to maybe avoid the Sultan finding out where we went, I suppose you could have Viserys carry other loot to make room in the bag of holding.

I'm in the middle of crafting a proper looting plan.
I've been mulling over what Tomcost suggested. We really don't need to go back with to the Xorn home base. And we can even do it without delaying the Iron Shipment. All we gotta do is, when we planeshift back from Sorcerer's Deep to where the Shaitan captain is waiting for us, we send Tyene and a couple buffed Minotaurs to the Xorn to pick up all the iron. We can send a sending or two beforehand to Mountain Heart. Hell, we can even just bring Echo Caller with us to Prime Material then send him back home with Tyene. Our home plane was never a secret to the Xorn ever since Rock Shaker, and they've been pretty good about keeping it to themselves.
Anyway, writing the plan now.

They'd need someone with teleportation in case of Planeshift landing them far away from target.
Or in the sea. That'd be bad.
The default option has them making camp near the Xorn base and us going back home for the climax of the festivities.
I see no reason to alter that.

-[X] More immediately, using HHD form, take all the Iron Giant corpses and have the entire party planeshifted (through Dany's reserved Planeshift) back to Sorcerer's Deep, and proceed to quickly store the corpses all in the anti-divination room
--[X] Have Alinor find someone to mount the most well-preserved Iron Giant, but it doesn't have to be right away, it can be later after we come back and either Malarys or Dany casts Make Whole on it
