Can you give us some updated info on Theon? Specifically, what kind of enchanted equipment he might already have. We've assumed for a while now that he has a +Strength belt, but it isn't on his character sheet.
Will add.

Yes a Goldenheart bow, the best (wooden) bows in the world.
Yep. Goldenheart Bow, said to be among the best bows in the world.
Ok, so... threat of being found out via Divination, anddd the carrot in the form of a 20% bonus on top of the usual rates or whatever numbers best fit... basically a bribe not to burn
So long as they're not garrisoned within the city itself. They can camp outside the city and can be allowed to venture in for the inns and brothels, but they have to obey the laws and will be punished for breaking them.Hrm, we're not taking all of the small bands and lone blades of sellswords, so I can see why we wouldn't want to name Tyrosh, but it's become something of an open secret.
Perhaps not mention Tyrosh by name, and just say a city, and talk about our future subjects when discussing the sack? Should make Varys wonder if we're not trying to be clever and pop up in King's Landing with 5,000 men, and the Tyroshi would very much prefer if that was true.
Spill the timeline in general of "My planned facilities for you are not constructed yet, due to repairs from a recent fire in my port taking my attention. Despite the setbacks, they should be ready by the second month, where we can train and organize for our assault. In the meantime, I do not plan on leaving you to languish here, so I will bring you to my capital, Sorcerer's Deep for temporary accommodation" or something like that. Does that sound reasonable?

Should also add something about them not being able to sack the city once we take it. If they have a problem with that, they can leave now with no hard feelings. If they stay, however, and go against this order, they'll wish we had the kindness to hang them.
In exchange for them showing restraint, each man who stays will receive new arms and armor of the highest quality.
Hmmm... 1 day for the Xorn (honestly shouldn't even take a day, the deal's been made, it's just formalities at this point and getting the promised iron), drop it off at the forge, then Plane of Air to get the crafting materials?I was going to. The point of replacing their arms and armor is a good one for their bonus, since we have a comparative advantage there. I'll combine everything and write it up as a vote then.
If they want better equipment, they can join the Legion. Definitely against handing out Masterwork gear to them.
So, for transport.
@DragonParadox
How heavy is the Shadow Tower's entrance-stone?
If Dany takes Mercury Dragon form and casts Ant Haul she should be able to carry it here and back rather quickly and without teleport.
[X] Slowly fly down and using clarion call (cast via Greater Shadow Enchantment) loudly announce yourself as their new employer, Viserys Targaryen, King in the Stepstones, Lord of Sorcerer's Deep, and sorcerer of some repute.
-[X] Gather the officers, and the leaders of the more minor bands of sellswords to meet with you.
-[X] Explain the purpose for which you've hired them.
--[X] You intend to take and hold a city. You are confident in your own soldiers and sailors ability to rout the defenders, but it would be chaotic and there would be much damage to your future subjects and their property. They have been hired to bolster your forces, to hold ground so your troops can more rapidly advance to bring your conquest to a quick conclusion.
--[X] To this end, you offer both enticement and a warning. Looting will not be tolerated, but you understand it's role in a sellsword's pay. You will ensure they are rewarded greatly on top of their base pay to make up for the loss of gold, after all, why shouldn't you be generous with a stolen treasury? But the reward will only be granted if there isn't general looting. Looting by one company will forfeit the reward for all, and you will see that the men who did so wished you gave them the kindness of a simple hanging.
--[X] To the smaller bands, advise if they think they cannot resist the temptation to loot, it be better for them to simply depart than to take your coin and then earn your wrath.
-[X] Explain the next steps
--[X] My planned barracks for you at Westhaven are not constructed yet, due to repairs from a recent fire in my port taking my attention, and delaying my plans. Despite the setbacks, they should be ready by the second month, where we can begin training, organizing and planning for our assault. In the meantime, I do not plan on leaving you to languish here, so I will bring you to my capital, Sorcerer's Deep, for temporary accommodation outside it's borders.
--[X] I know you all are smart, worldly men and know this already, but I remind you all that I expect you to obey my laws while on my island.
Thoughts?
