Jade shifts position so that she's kneeling on the settee, looking down at me. "And the beautiful supervillianess you rehabilitated? What happened to her?"

Ah, heck. It's a beautiful feed line, but she's still effectively on probation. On the other hand, so is Talia and Batman's marrying her. "Well, that depends." I lean forwards slightly and purse my lips. "On what she wants to happen to her."

She nods, smiles, then sits back down. "Good to know."

Dang.
Oh Paul, if only you could just act instead of talk you'd make things so much easier for yourself.

"So, um…" Karon moves her right hand in a circle. "What happened to them? The.. Pony princess and the pyromaniac and the Tiger guy?"

"I don't really know. I assume that Nightmare Moon joined the Orange Lantern Corps. Or.. will in the future. If it actually was a vision of the future and not just something… Else. I stopped being aware of what was happening to Azula just after she started shouting at me. Him. The Tiger, I don't know."
Leopard.

So does the SI still see Kon as his best friend then? I have to admit we haven't been seeing a lot of him bonding with the original team. I'd've thought that Zatanna might've taken that spot.

Huh, I remember you telling me about Richard Swift way back when. How powerful is he exactly? I mean, damaging Wonder Woman and toying with the members of the Justice Society is a feat in and of itself, but power wise, is he cosmic level or is he toeing the line?

Jeez, I gotta start finding more guys like him in the DC verse.

faked weaknesses

Interesting that a 180-yr-old empowered guy just decided to commit crimes for laughs, solely so he could battle various superhero for fun. Don't think I've ever heard that as motivation for villiany before.

A lot of Batman's villains do what they do solely to attract Batman's attention. So do some of Flash's villains, except they very rarely commit murder. And usually when they do it's not on purpose.

Presumably The Shade didn't murder anyone, or else Wonder Woman would have probably tracked him down as soon as she knew where he was. And this wouldn't have all been laughed off as a "Haha, we've been underestimating him, oh well." situation.

@Mr Zoat: if Alan takes up a Blue Ring, will Hope bolster his Will aspect and prolong his lifespan?
The SI doesn't know.

'Cosmic level' is fairly imprecise. But he has a 'comportment' stat rather than a SAN meter. Or a health bar.

Thank you, corrected.
That should probably be "fed". Unless you're talking about a feed line rather than feeding a line, but that usually refers to something different.
No, pretty sure that's right.

Oh, he murdered plenty of people. He worked as an assassin for years. But they were all carried out either sufficiently long ago that no one but the Ludlows care any more, in total secrecy or the victims were all arseholes.

Mainstream continuity? My understanding is that picture is from the comics for the Injustice the Regime video game, where Green Arrow can go toe to toe with Superman thanks to nanites.

Now if you want mainsteam continuity, here's Wonder Woman being shot by Devastation in the New Earth continuity-

Then here's an admission straight from the horse's mouth-

Now later in New Earth continuity Wonder Woman's durability was enhanced, because she died, achieved apotheosis, and was then exiled back to earth for the crime of interfering too much, but apparently Zeus wasn't so annoyed that he took away her Olympian invulnerability that doesn't care about things like bullets.

However, I think it's safe to say that if Wonder Woman had died and become the goddess of truth, it would have been mentioned, so while of course Zoat can do whatever he wants, there's no reason to believe that Wonder Woman is bullet proof, since no, that is not a default assumption of the character, and if that's the case in Prime Earth, well, Zoat doesn't care about Prime earth continuity.
Among other things, that isn't armor.
It's cloth.
Look at the area that her hand was covering, and look how it's ripped.
Zoat explicitly called it armor, so I don't think we're looking at the same Wonder Woman.

Also note that New Earth's Wonder Woman is not the >70 year old woman who fought in World War 2 in this continuity.

Not that that would stop the League.
Of course it would.

Big Barda isn't up on charges for what she did prior to coming to Earth(or for illegal immigration, actually), Batman is marrying a former high-ranking executive for the League of Shadows, Canis Minor was attached to the Junior Team after explicitly talking about killing people, and no one is exactly agitating to go after the Greek Gods for any of the reputed acts they committed against mortals.
And I'm pretty sure Accomplished Perfect Physician has killed people working for the Chinese state.

The League may seem to be Lawfully Stupid on occasion, but they are significantly more flexible than most people give them credit for.
