One can only dream. Unfortunately, I get the feeling my own Worm fic won't manage it for realistic plot reasons.

With or without the Student Council? Because would probably find Nachi as being somewhat miserable with just how damn noisy it is. She's trying to calibrate things here. How do you calibrate properly with so much noise both on the Electromagnetic Spectrum and in the waters from the latest set of jets buzzing past at low levels. Not to mention the News helicopters. But no can't go and make things quiet. Kongou's not giving the clearance to fire yet.

Nachi is a good girl she won't do break orders out of her own initiative. Ashigara and Haguro though....

Not like anyone's going to miss a few aircraft and a bunch of dead pilots.

This here... makes a LOT of sense. With Taylor likely effecting Coil's powers (I'm not certain if this is right. If so, Taylor would also have an effect on Contessa), he grabbed Lisa - which was possible since Taylor DIDN'T spend time with them, so the bank went a lot worse for them - likely going to try for Dinah later...

It could be from the POV for one of the OTHER Undersiders. I would lean towards Grue/Brian.

Alternatively, an interlude from Coil or Lung. Lung might reflect on the situation with Tattletale, but it would allow for uncertainty as to the exact details of Lisa's fate - while still hinting/forshadowing it.

Sure, but as long as humans can handle the components (even if they need tweezers and a microscope to do so) a trained person will be faster than getting all the requirements for P&P

No, they aren't. You can assemble those manually. As long as you have a heating plate with accurate and fast temperature control, a good watch and decent soldering tools you can do it (assuming you know what you're doing).

I'm presuming that whether Tattles is alive & escaped, dead, or whatever, any which way it was shenanigans related to Coil, not coincedence.
 
People keep on saying that Coil stole Tattletale. What if it was a clandestine WP op by the Protectorate?

Yeah, but how? They're on the rig, so escape and jailbreak are both not options (Lee can teleport and Lung has both unlimited endurance and flight; any helicopters or boats wouldn't have been able to get through the shield or approach without being noticed. Also, Coil couldn't have known exactly when Lee would strike).

I can see them setting it up as some sort of temporary operation to fake out Coil, especially if Lung actually did attack her on his way out, she just survived. however as a long term operation(sacu as what would be needed for a re branding) it damages the PRT's reputation and is framing lung for murder so I can't see them doing it.
It's not as if there aren't much simpler ways to handle Lisa re-branding - just have Tt. "go to jail" in some other jurisdiction.

Or, this is just the story being told to the rank and file, with instructions that it is not to go any further. That way, the PRT can give a generic statement to the press, while all the moles pass along that TT is dead, and hopefully Coil hears and believes it.

Actually hope she's dead for good honestly. She tends to kill worm fanfiction by always getting shove in everything and what not and it's so damn rare for her to actually die and not come back. But likely Coil has her like he has Dinah.

I wonder how the Coil plotline is going to be solved.

I had the same reaction. "Did you just kill TT? Would someone really do that?"

Then I saw the "no body was found". Yeah, right. Either Coil kidnapped her or TT kidnapped herself. I give equal chances for both.

That's not how things work at all. Just because one Thinker might have trouble is no indication another will.

No one else could predict Jack Slash would cause everyone to die, so obviously Dinah can't.
Coil's power doesn't tell him anything he can't find out himself, so Lisa can't either.

They do things differently.
