Inscrutable One isn't the only way to get Chimera @Athas . We simply continue as we are now. Avoid Fear Gluts, and despise when we hit trait cap. We've finally reached the point where Arcana Nox traits n longer dominate the Fear Buy Table.
We don't have anything we can despise that aren't Divine Improvements(Excellencies mostly, but they are very hard to despise unless we have some way to auto succeed at this) or Nox traits anymore.

The problem is excellencies. We NEED the room if you intend to do any focused trait shooting.

Divine Mystery would help a little, but in Faith mode its much harder to despise traits. Even at cap.

While the rest of your post was fine (especially the fluff part, most important of factors), this isn't quite right. Gaerig doesn't need to harm anyone in order to gain Legend and Vehemence, it's just the easiest and most reliable way.
What she needs are awesome displays. She could gain just as much power from something like stopping a tidal wave, summoning shooting stars freezing the ocean. The only problem with those methods are that while meteorite showers are a spectacle the first time, if they constantly show up they get less and less impressive.

Of course, SV being SV and Gaerig being Gaerig, some of our most destructive happenings were in fact accidents when we tried not harming anyone.

Finally, my preferences regarding future traits (roughly in this order)
- Omen Seer and than Mystic (it will open an additional traits slot as well as a skill slot, which means the earlier the better).
- Divine Mystery and A&F.
- Maybe Capricious One.
- Finally upgrading the traits we have that are still low level (improve them without taking extra slots). That's as far as we can get with the correct trait cap.
- Shapeshifter, it's both useful and thematically.
- Maybe some other animal aspect and than Chimera, depends on the animal.
- Elemental abilities, Sun, Sea, Sky, etc. I love them, but the biggest problem is that they take tons of space.
I have rituals for both Omenseer and Divine Mystery :)

I'd like to raise Humanity too. Do you have any suggestions how to get it on the Fear Buy Table? I believe a possibility is more Decrees, but I'm at a loss as to what to ask for. Any Ideas?

Sire lots of humans? I mean, we have to do things that make our followers associate Gaerig with the animal "human", and breeding with them is a solid way to do so.

I suppose I could add a couple sleeping with Silvermen to boost their Dissemination, especially as could give us more Silver.

I'm a little iffy on designing a ritual for it as we already have Minor Humanity and have room in the Fear Buy Table.

Unfortunately you also has the Siren ritual, which I don't think we can spare a trait slot on...
By the way, the only thing I can think of for humanity is demigods/bloodlines, as Omegahugger mentioned.

That's the way I have understood the Fear Buy Table, so using the Omen Reading alternatives over astrology should lead to bigger chance for this trait at the cost of lower skill boost.

I understand that. Panda wanted to ritual it though so I was wondering if he was okay to sub it with something else.

It's actually 50 and 5, or just 40 tiers straight. The tier option is presented in case you want to buy a ritual that costs so much it would be nigh impossible to pick it up with a turn's budget.

Technically, the Omenseer on-table is coming from peripheral Nox push. You don't have enough Omen Reading done to put it up on it's own merit.

Grab Avatar again and continue work on the temple! Also communing with Saiga as we've been gone for a while and he should have had time to explore the island again. He should have some stories to tell again. Visiting kids again and seeing what their up to. Finally grabbing that Siren Ritual and seeing what it does.

At the time, you didn't have a high enough tier of Spirit of Mischief to push Siren onto the table, after that, Siren kept getting pushed out by Nox stuff. Now? You just haven't done the sheer number of necessary lures to push the full trait onto the table over the remnants of Nox push.
 
If you want to do peculiar avatar stuff, it's as easy as asking for it. I include a set of basic, core actions in avatar, but if you think there's a means of utilizing your existing skills that isn't presented, you can ask for a cost to do a write-in with.
