From an infrastructure standpoint, what we're interested in is probably less contracting them to build shit around the fief, and more roads etc.

Roads and trade routes are important given our goals, and also give the Wang interest and influence in our success. In terms of the politics, that's probably more what we're after I think? Also I guess maybe the prestige points of being involved in the construction of the meeting point/embassy?

Getting everything up and running quicker should grow our economic ties faster as well. Diplomacy and transport of gifts/materials is also easier to wrangle when you've got shelter taken care of and some decent roads.
