Ehh. To be honest, I really don't care about solving every little issue. Like, no offence to Frog, but I really doubt this quest will even get proper ending, especially considering it's format, unless of course Frog is very dedicated.

That's not Space Marine job. Unless Chapter is incredibly down to earth and close with Humans and decides to fucking volunteer it's ship just to deliver shipments of food...Yeah. Even, the most friendly, close to baseline Humans Chapter is unlikely to deliver food, simply because they have better things to do with their stuff than use their spaceships as transporters.
It wouldn't be their job either. Escort will protect ships, you know, do job that makes perfect sense for military organization like Space Marine Chapter to do, not directly transport fucking grain or livestock from one planet to another, it just isn't their job.
If we do that could we make them a fleet based chapter but they just stay in that region? It would give them more flexibility in terms of what they respond to.
Breadbasket is chapter in agri world to protect it.
Ok cool. I just remembered that the area had to be in an agri-world dense region. Because of that I thought it could ba a fleet based chapter. Though would a fleet based chapter do any good in this scenario?
Not really warp travel is Unreliable remember. Which is why its better to have garrisoned defenders if you really want to protect something.

Eh, not necessarily a Chapter creator but you can test out colors for Space Marines. The Bolter and Chainsword : Space Marine Painter
There's also this for different patterns of space marine power armors, for those who want a more precise color schemes.
