The Long Founding (Warhammer 40k)

For reminder, ONCE FUCKING AGAIN, we can't use Space Wolves gene seed because in this Millenium, 32M, Magnus the Red and his sons will kill apothecary which would quite possibly fix the problem that Space Wolves deal with. So we can wait with Tyranids chapter, we have around 8 000 years until they start being a real pain in the ass, and even then, Astartes can deal with them even when they are not focused on that! We made sure that Imperial Fist are not completely eliminated, than we can make sure at least the research of the apothecary won't get destroyed by Magnus's petty spiteful red ass! And if we do that by the most ironic way, saving Space Wolves using Thousand Sons and Salamander Gene-seed, given one who gave him ass whooping during Siege of Terra, when he was talking with Emperor and fully became Daemon Primarch of Tzeentch was Vulkan.

So let's go for round 2 on this son of a bitch, and maybe break his spine fucking again!
Oh for Pete's sake, as repeatedly brought up it actually seems extremely unlikely that any chapter we put there will actually stop whatever Magnus does. Because it requires super specific meta knowledge that no one in universe has and them being at the same exact place at the same exact time when shit goes down.

No offense but if that is the main reasoning for making a chapter then you lost my vote. We have access to ten chapters gene seed including traitor gene seed. All that effort for an extra gene seed seems like way too much for a plan that seems insanely unlikely to work in the first place. Especially since we have much more sure fire ways for chapter building goals.

Again, if you are going to put a chapter near Fenris saving that apocathery should be a bonus, not the main goal in creating said chapter.

Mainly? Them being in Fenris Sector. Secondly, I will add Thousand Sons gene-seed as secondary while Salamanders as Primal. Let's hope dice is with us on traits. Given that Salamanders' gene-seed mutates quite easily with adition to Thousand Sons fleshchange...I believe we will get some solid monstrous units, we just need to make sure that they are sane for that change but I believe Sons of Nocturne and Sons of Prospero can do that.

Additionally, for Shamed, I believe World Bearers would be the best pic for that request.
We could go for fenris and anti-tzeench chapter

Ironically, it is sure a main thing but additionally we will secure Fenris Sector at the same time, because as far as I know, Space Wolves are only chapter that is there, so at least making sure they are not alone, especially when great rift opens!

We may fail saving that apothecary, but I will better hope to try and change the fate than just not even try. As far as I see, no request goes towards Fenris sector specifically, especially that with other request I see people going for different options to mid max a lot of stuff.

Testing Testing request we have a lot of time. Same with many others, there are very few time sensitive requests we can do and have actual effect on the Imperium and Galaxy at large.

So I don't care if you don't vote, that is your choice. That is everyone's choice.

The shamed looks fun. Its already have a free rank in /Pol/, and we can anready train marines in that. IMAGE if we doubled down on polatically trained marines using Girly Boat's geneseeds. We saw how well it went for the previous founding chapter.

[]Plan:Scottish Cyclops Wizards
-[ ] Bird Hunting: Too late, apparently - now a third group of Inquisitors want a Chapter specialized in fighting the Changer of Ways….. Which is going to be utterly infuriating given the very nature of that particular pain in your backside. Bah.
-[ ] Traitor Legion Geneseed: Traitor Legion Geneseed: If you wish, you could gain access to the gene-seed of the traitor legions, each will have its benefits and costs, but all of them will have their gene-fathers concealed for practical reasons - little point creating a Chapter only for them to be wiped out by some overly paranoid fool. Write in a traitor legion. 10 Points for each time this is taken.
--Thousand Sons
-[ ] Legendary Gene-Seed: The finest Gene-Seed ever recovered from a given legion. 15 Points per charge, Burn a Charge to add a legion's legendary traits to the roll list for that round.
-[ ] Extra Trainers: With some extra effort and yelling at a few more bureaucrats, you ought to be able to arrange things so the new Chapter is able to get in some extra specialised training before proper deployment. 5 Points. Burn 1 charge to get an extra training option.
-[ ] Extra Whirlwinds: This chapter has access to more Whirlwind artillery pieces than is average. 5 Points
-[ ] More Stalkers: The Chapter has additional platforms of the Stalker anti-aircraft vehicle. 5 Points

This my plan for the Scottish planet on Fenris. I wanted to add secondary gene seed for thousand sons but I couldn't take that and legendary gene seed which I really wanted. The Whirlwinds and stalkers are to lean into the demoman aspect and stalkers can kill any big flying tzeentch demons.
Any edits that you feel would improve this would be much appreciated.

Honestly we missed our biggest meta changing chance already. Trying to butterfly Rowboat being taken out via giving him access to something that have altered his Fulgrim shitshow. Might still be able to save Dorn by putti g something bullshit near Cadia though.

[] Plan Proud Bearers of Sanguinus's Blood v3.1
-[] Rites of Blood: You still remember your time aiding the Blood Angels, before the Heresy tore the galaxy asunder… perhaps you can give them a hand, for old time's sakes.
Goals: Place a Blood Angels descended chapter on a planet with the (Sanguine) tag.
-[] Extra Land Speeders: The Chapter has access to extra Land Speeders of various Patterns, granting them a more capable fast attack force. 10 Points.
-[] Extra Thunderhawks: The Chapter has access to additional Thunderhawks, of both Gunship, Transporter and Annihilator models, giving them superior heavy air power. 5 Points.
-[] Potent Gene-Seed Charge:
-[] More Equipment: You've managed to secure extra equipment for a chapter. 5 Points. Burn 1 charge to add an extra equipment slot for the chapter.
-[] Extra Trainers:
-[] Latch Boots:

Let's try "another go" at this plan

[ ] Rebellion Crushing: An odd number of rebellions have been spreading throughout the Imperium. Many among the Imperiums upper crust want a chapter dedicated to crushing these revolts before they are forced to commit massive amounts of guardsmen to take back a single willful planet.
Goal: Create an anti rebellion chapter.

When we take this it needs an investigation tag for the many times when a rebellion is only happening because the nobles are out of their fucking mind and popping a few of their heads off will solve most if not all the problems.

As for the anti daemon chapters do we have anti-demon/chaos traits yet?

Anti Nurgle would start with extra chaplains, extra Apothecary, and extra fire.

I suggest doing this and making the Chapter go through political training to handle the grox shit that the Nobles keep spewing.

The rebellions are happening because the Imperial nobility are being assholes to their subjects. Let's avoid that shit by creating experts to handle the matter.

No one expects the ALPHA LEGION INQUISITUON! Just like the regular Inquisition except effective and not terrible. So uh, really nothing like the regular Inquisition...

As long as they wear all black, and occasionally steal a genetors valuables, people will just think it's a Raven Guard chapter, it's perfect.

-[ ] Extra Predators: The Chapter has access to more Predator Tanks, allowing them to engage in armored warfare with better facility. 5 Points.
-[ ] Extra Land Raiders:
The Chapter is able to acquire more Land Raiders than normal, allowing them to more freely deploy the mighty IFV against their enemies. 10 Points per charge.
-[ ] More Terminators: This chapter has more sets of terminator armor than normal. 10 Points per charge.
-[ ] Extra Trainers: With some extra effort and yelling at a few more bureaucrats, you ought to be able to arrange things so the new Chapter is able to get in some extra specialised training before proper deployment. 5 Points. Burn 1 charge to get an extra training option.

[] Redeemers
- [ ] The Shamed: As things stands there is nothing to do with Marines who have fallen out of favor with their Chapter, nor those who have committed crimes steep enough to bring dishonor, yet not severe enough to warrant death…. Of course, the only thing even remotely fitting to monitor these wayward Marines would be other Marines.
Conditions: Chapter gains politics training for free, extra Chaplains, and will be of an unusual size.

[] Plan: Preventing Magnus' Screw-Up
- [ ] Do as you will: You will not be taking any requests at this time.
- [ ] Secondary Gene-Seed (Thousand Sons): The key component for creating Chimeric Gene-Seed. You're honestly surprised Guiliman approved of this one - then again, you did hear him grumbling about some idiots who were suggesting mixing Night Lord and World Eater templates, so maybe he just wanted to make the concept your problem before somebody did something completely moronic. 25 Points for one charge, choose 1 legion to be the donor for the secondary Gene-Seed. Burn 1 charge and traits from the donor chapter are added for a roll, or a separate charge of potent gene-seed can be spent for a separate roll on the donor legion's trait list as well as an acquisition of the secondary legions 'base' traits.

Yeah, Thousand Sons will be secondary gene-seed. And I hope with adoptive Gene-seed we can manipulate how Flesh Change affects the Astartes. Yeah, risky but if we get it right...affects will be spectacular.
