But the position update said Alaska is 30 units from Other Forces, and that's the max range of Heimdall?

Also, FUCK I meant to have as many people as possible shooting Texas, not Alaska! Didn't proofread my own plan properly :mad:
 
Alright then, 1d10+2 for Heimdal's attack, hitting on 7s.

Too bad, we're killing the crippled sadness beast (a.k.a. Alaska). :p

I thought you were targetting Alaska to make sure it died this turn. Make really sure, you know?

I'll chalk that up to our battlefield communications officers being as incompetent as our Scanner calibrators. :V

The remaining forces open fire once more, their weapons ripping into Alaska's hide. Shells tear cuts through its skull and eyes, micro-missiles burn at its pelvis joints, and the Heimdal fires a metal spike straight through its torso. There's no contest.

Alaska takes 8 Strikes!

SE-26-039, "Alaska" Defeated!

Pushed over its limits, the monster collapses, dead. Texas takes one look at its dead partner, and spins on a dime, making a break for it.

Texas is 11 units from Tacit, 40 from Jagdhund, 29 units from the tanks, 21 from the air force, and 46 from other forces. You're also 5 kilometers or so from the DP, I think.

Not to be stopped by a cowardly kaiju, the two jaegers and aerial division take off after it, managing to match its pace. Tacit's arm keeps acting up, but so far it hasn't given out yet.

Texas keeps running, armour crackling like ash with each bounding movement. The kaiju slows down for a moment, its long tail whipping back. The tip fans open, nozzles spreading out. A shudder runs through the kaiju's body, before a diffuse jet of glowing blue fluid sprays out!

1d10+2 to Dodge!

Texas is 6 units from Tacit, 35 from Jagdhund, 34 units from the tanks, 16/11 from the air force (Hellhound/Scout), and 51 from other forces.
