[X] 200 Armor Summoning

So I just had two questions pop into my head while thinking about armor summoning and pokemon.
1: Would armor from a ghost pokemon allow him to wall phase and would his water/ghost type pokemon allow him to phase and breathe underwater?
2: Would pokemons abilities and hidden abilities carry over? Things like flash fire, motor drive, ect.
Excellent questions.

1: First of all not all ghost pokemon can pass through walls, Frillish cannot, in fact very few ghosts can phase. A Gengar could, a Rotom could.
Would an armor Gengar give that ability? That's trickier. I would lend toward no, it's more a movement ability than a defensive one. So it would apply to a vehicle summoning. But you could phase your armor to allow things through if it would be beneficial (like a needle to inject yourself with something.)
As for water breathing, it would depend on the pokemon. Frillish I would say yes because I imagine its armor as including a diver helmet. Inspired by the round head. But not Magikarp-based armor.

2: Again it would depend on the abilities. Water Absorb from Buoy would indeed protect from water attack, but it would be the armor that gains the hp not the wearer.
Flash fire would be the same. Motor Drive too. But again the wearer would be protected but the boost would go to the armor.
Battle Armor would protect from critical hits (not sure how to translate it story-wise but it would work)
Full Metal Body would protect from stat debuff.
Hydration wouldn't heal any conditions of the wearer under rain.

I could go on but I think it's enough to get my point across.

I would argue that its more of a defense then movement ability. The gangar line phase through objects and terrain to protect from energy/type attacks that their passive phasing ability doesn't work against. But your story, your universe and most importantly your rules.
As for the abilities (flash fire, ect) makes sense to me

-Vehicle Summoning: When you summon a creature you can choose to transform it into a vehicle. The vehicle shape is unique to each creature, and its size is proportional to the creature's normal size.
:oops2:
So how big would Godzilla's be and how small would Drone's be?
Zilla armor wouldn't grant the atomic breath because it comes out of its mouth but
What about the tail and claws?

So how big would Godzilla's be and how small would Drone's be?
Zilla's vehicle would be Zilla size. Sort sort of ambphibious vehicle certainly.
Drone would have a vehicle shape, too small creature wouldn't have any vehicle shape. Maybe skateboard, roller skate, grappel gun, things like that for some small creature that are especially appropriate but it would be rare.

What about the tail and claws?
Claw yes. Tail I need to look at the image again to see if it includes one. In either case, they would only hit with your strength not Zilla's strength.

It does have a tail. An itty bitty baby tail, but still a tail.

Edit: I think it's so the wearer can benefit from maneuverability. Tails, can trip humans up if they ain't use to it.

That's fine. The extra appendage simply provides combat ability. Would it just hang there like a wooden snake or can Alex flex it like it's his own appendage?
Finally I opt for no tail.

Inspired by that image.

But it's only an inspiration because we do NOT have the true Godzilla we have Zilla.
And there's enough difference, notably in body shape to influence the armor look.

Our Lightbringer Healer would make for some excellent armor going by this in their wiki.

"They are immune to most weapon fire: only a burst of matter-antimatter can destroy them."
@zagan For more context one of the few things in the game that could destroy them was Samus Power Bomb.
The armor itself would be nearly indestructible and emit a constant regeneration effect.
A bullet even one enhanced by the tinker attachment used by the empire wouldn't pierce it. But the wearer would still feel the impact and the following explosion.

@zagan
What vehicle does Bruce turn into? How fast is the switch? And does vehicle form have a speaker system to play the Jaws theme?
Still a train, but with a cockpit for the pilot in the "head".

I'm guessing Strength of Many would help soften the blow?
Of course. Assuming a max of 40 creatures (+solar who doesn't count toward the limit), that's a 410% boost to strength and endurance. Alex would still feel it, certainly knockdown, perhaps a little shaken. But he would get back up.
During the next chapter, Alex will briefly ponder on what partner would be the most useful as armor. Having extremely resistant armor is not the main factor, force is still being transmitted to the wearer. Alex will be looking for more esoteric effects.

Actually, now that I think of it. Can MC get Gourmet Cells from Toriko if MC eat the meat of said beasts from Toriko. Asking cause of the Material Aquisition.
That was answered a while back. You cannot get gourmet cells simply by eating meat from Toriko creatures in the CM.
It's purely for balance reasons. If it was possible it would push the cost of all toriko creatures by at least 200 points, perhaps more.
So instead what I did was include an entry for gourmet cell separately for 500 points.

@zagan I'm honestly curious now how would Armor Summoning work if we used it on our Axe Legion?
An invisible armor that only lasts for 100s at a time. Might be nice in a pinch but it would be a pain to use so I don't think Alex would use it.
