I wonder if the Shattered Yard's sub sector has some DAoT shipyard ruins that we could loot?

Edit: @Neablis, something you need to remember is that we are at the edge of our sustainable fleet numbers, we can't make much more to use ourselves without upgrading our Military Dev. Also, I don't know if they still qualify, but can't we give the Emergency Coalition some of the same ships we built for the Dutchy? Obviously not the battleship. Lastly, I'm not sure if this is an error or not, but the Sector map shows that we have gotten all of Gulf's Edge but our subversion bureau is saying that we are still working on taking over the Rose Torn Heralds. If that's an error in our favor we might be able to assign that slot to the Diaconate to get some better info.

While Neablis plan is intresting it is too risky when we can wait a turn and ask Starchild how to blow Daemon world to kingdom come. I think that we should just throw more ships at coalition while we wait for @Alectai to design ships for them

We don't want New Dawn in just yet since the cololised sub sectors are still spinning up. Plus we might be getting more sub sectors in that area soon. Also, I @'ed Neablis about the ship designs, we can just use the ones that we sent to the Dutchy, no need to spend a day and and update on making a new design.

Notably, I'm leaving the symphony on. We need the actions, it's at restive, we have two more ticks before it's a real issue. I'll consider turning it off at medium and definitely turn it off at high. I'm expecting the final push at the demon-world to potentially drop it, and because it requires an action to turn on I'd prefer to leave it on as long as possible for action-efficency. I bet it'll drop again as the war with the Diaconate kicks off.
Does stopping a Symphony cost AP?
If not:
Why not turn of the research Symphony?
Its cost increases every turn we have it on, turning it off means our warp disturbance budget is spent only on currently usefull symphonies.

good point, but given that Coalition probably lacks industrial capacity of the duchy we should make them a bit easier to make and focused on smaller sizes

We could bring said industrial capacity to them with something like this. We could even put it inside a [Grand Cruiser] with 3 DP to spare.
Monumental On-Board Manufactory - Fuck it. This ship is now a Warp-capable manufactury capable of outright producing most non-Warp ship-classes and items up to Heavy Monitors. You can guess what that means for the fleets they are attached to.

We want them to be able to actually use the stuff we give them. Not watch them flounder with no idea how to use the stuff and just have them lose it to the Diaconate when they focus on it.
It's a factory ship; it's supposed to be stationed behind their lines, not fight in the front. The only way they'd lose it to the Diaconate would either be through infiltration and sabotage, or it's reached the point that the Triumvirate's frontlines have been breached and by then we'd have bigger things to worry about than losing a single ship.

Also, I doubt they'd flounder about on how to operate the manufactory given their tech level:
1.b) Shipbuilding
Their total ship production capabilities are pitiful.

They primarily use Light Cruisers, with only three Heavy Cruisers across all systems.

Technologically, the Coalition is far behind the Federation and only slightly above Imperial-Era tech.

.... Really, they are specifically called out as being 'far behind the Federation'. I really doubt that they would understand how to use our heavyweight stuff. Also, we are going to be integrating them as soon as is feasible, no need to give them the amazing stuff, what we gave the Dutchy for the Maggot War is Fine, there is literally no need to make a whole new ship design when we wouldn't be giving them our best stuff anyway, it's going to be captured by the Diaconate. We are literally setting them up as a barrier to slow the Diaconate down while our fleets are busy dealing with the Slannesh Cult.

quite the opposite, export varieties are usually modified to fit the other country needs and capabilities (tech, industry and maintainance)
if we make a personalized ship for them we can ensure they can punch above their weight as much as doable despite their size

also their inevitably loss of sectors (and following genocides) can allow us to make some funny things (use the warp calming symphonie several times),it would be math fuckery to a degree, but as always

>as long is for fighting a enemy and not for spamming dev and research

we should be fine-ish

See No Evil, etc only takes 500 choirs, not 555:
See No Evil, Speak No Evil, Hear No Evil, Do No Evil - Requires 500 Choirs to operate fully. Upgrades [A Hand to Hold the Candle, A Hand to Guide the Sword, A Mouth to Sing the Hymns, Two Feet to March against the Dark, and Eyes to See the Star Child's Light] to [My Soul Has Seen The Glory Of The Coming Of Our Star...]. Singing at less than 100% Choir Requirements transfers an equivalent of 0.2% of the trait per Choir assigned. The trait will apply to all Non-Faithful half effectiveness.

I wonder how close we are to our next size upgrade. I think we got one from integration but then we also have expanded by like 12 subsectors or such. So I guess the main thing might be population. We need people to make plenty so to speak

1. That is literally below our level of abstraction, how to work our basic stuff is something we would tell them.
2. Yeah, they will likely lose sub sectors, but honestly I think we should turn off ALL symphonies this turn, we don't need them and the Warp Tremors are going to be increasing on their own, If we use our stuff with it, it will shoot up to near Warp Storm levels. The one that calms the Warp is very much something that HeroCooky will punish us for if we spam it, and it has been on for a few turns now.

I know right, I specifically got HeroCooky to change that stuff to 'Locked' status a while ago. Why people want to keep touching it is beyond me. Though it isn't helped by the fact that I can't accurately track how many Choirs we have anymore.
I stuck 555 choirs into it because 555 is a holy number of the star child, and we've got so many choirs that even a small chance at improved benefit is worth 55 extra choirs.

It doesn't cost AP to stop, and we don't have the research symphony on. We only have the extra action sympony and the one that reduces warp tremors.

421.M43 - Competition For Primitives
The initial desire to aid the Coalition with (steeply discounted) sales of arms and equipment soon ran into a problem that, quite frankly, nobody within the Star-Mechancium had ever anticipated, so coddled and wrapped up within their temples and universities between nearly three trillion sentients who all, to a fault, had at least enough education to create the most fundamental circuit out of some wires and diodes found in any electronics shop of the Federation, which was further enhanced by being surrounded by two polities that had enough educational funding to ensure a solid block of sentients for their own Mechanicum's to recruit from.

This problem, shockingly, was that the Tech-Priests of the Coalition looked at the second-hand equipment being offered, blinked (or the equivalent thereof if no more eyes were present), and then straight-up told the Star-Mechanicum that they couldn't possibly maintain such highly advanced artifacts, especially if they are to see combat and regular use.

However, while this quite embarrassingly was true for the ships and equipment being collaborated on, the vehicle fleets of the Federation only had to switch out a few parts on their venerable designs, the millennia-old creations having had every possible fault either removed or reduced thanks to dozens of centuries in service seeing constant updates and new patterns emerge.

Yet, the matter of the fleet still remained. The Coalition was not as technically advanced as the Federation, which turned the design process into a competition for primitives.
