390.M43 - For Milk Chocolate
The Federation is alight with the fires of industry and that of the plumes of engines.

From one end, thousands of ships start their mighty trek across the newly conquered territories through the core systems into the heart of their long-standing allies and through it into the fronts of the last still-raging Cult War ongoing; that against the Cult of the Titan Symphosium.

Though the Mashan Temple Authority had already reached the core of this depraved cult, their horrific weaponry and perfidious tactics had ensured that little progress could be made, and what could be done was re-taken within moments.

Yet, beyond that, the might of the Federation added one minor note to the Titans journeying through its lands into that of the Symphosium: that of the Hope Ascendant.

Their first showing was simultaneously the last breath taken by the Hive World of Gugutu, the mightiest of the bastions encountered by the forces of order, where their monumental steps left behind lakes to be filled by rain and hand in the coming decades, every stride taking them closer to the center of resistance, where the armies of the Grove and Federation stilled to pray before the coming of an Avatar of the Omnissiah-And-Emperor manifest. Before that center of Hives, with its spires ranging higher than themselves, the Hope Ascendant's Machine Spirit roared its challenge against the heretics, the cultists, and the daemons.

And the Symphosium answered in terror. Weaponry ranging from horrific to prolific were unleashed, sonic emitters used to shatter war machines and liquify people joined with missiles and barrages of artillery, a rain of deadly projectiles small and gargantuan clasped hand in hand against this monster, with even nuclear warheads thrown against the Titan...

And it was all for naught.

Ascendant merely flipped around their club, one fashioned in the image of ancient weaponry used by honorable warriors, and plunged its thin and studded with spikes body into the ground, leaving it to stand upright before themselves, just to raise their hand with an Ion Gauntlet...and take all of the attacks with ease. Explosions, mundane and nuclear, washed over the avatar of the Machine God, accomplishing nothing, and left behind only despair in the defenders and cheering cries of hope in the breast of the attackers.

Yet, it had taken an attack. Now..., it was its turn.

And Gugutu would not stand beyond that day as Hope Ascendant took their club once more and marched against Hives, their Five-Sided Halo gently floating behind their body pulsing with pristine light that obliterated all incoming projectiles one by one.

In stark contrast to all the preceding expeditions to the sites of the Ancients, the expedition sent out this decade returned...not unsuccessful. But certainly without the glory of previous finds.

Within the fleet's holds was no ancient race rescued from ancient mistakes, no forgotten technology that would elevate that of the Federation, and no information or thing that would bring death to Ruin.

Instead...it was a recipe.

For milk chocolate.

Dissapointing.

[-] [General] Integrate The New Territories (2/17)
A lot of work is in front of us. Many of these systems, and even Sub-Sectors, are in dire need of...everything. People, food, medicine, protection against Chaos, and more mundane threats. Everything needs to be built, and everything needs to be done. Thankfully, the Federation is overflowing with billions of people willing to volunteer to raise these new homes for new citizens to the heights they deserve.
(Gain: 1 Sub-Sector per Action put in is raised to Federation Standards.)

[] [General] Integrate The Watchtower Confederacy (0/3)
We have fought and bled side by side for decades, our people and cultures coming closer over shared fortune and misfortune. It is time to finally tie ourselves together as one bulwark against the darkness.
(Gain: The Watchtower Confederacy unifies with you.)

[] [General] Construct Aethyrmetric Engines (0/3)
Aethyrmetric Engines are required to use any Aethyrmetrics, though thanks to our trade with the Duchy, we have been able to copy their current designs as a gesture of goodwill. With our comprehensive understanding of this art and how to sanctify machinery beyond what even our Choirs can do, these Engines will be a great boon in securing critical locations and efforts against Chaos or those of interest to it.
(Gain: Vastly increased anti-Chaos defenses not reliant on psykana.)

[] [General] Colonize (Sub-Sector)
It is time to bring more worlds into the fold. Thanks to the Irrita becoming our Kin, we will not lose any Development when colonizing worlds that are less than habitable due to them being terraformed into habitable worlds.
(Gain: One Colonized Sub-Sector.
Warning: Already occupied systems are not colonized.
Habitable Sub-Sectors: Chery (1/9 Systems), Gulf's Edge (9/14 Systems), Gutson (11/11 Systems), and Tierras de la Santa Muerte (68/72 Systems).)

-[] Sigils (0/2)
Carved into reality itself, born from song and melody, humm and symphony.
(Gain: Sigils.)
-[] Hexagrammic Grammophone (0/5)
An...idea, a mad one, created by some of the Msk'fa who were powerful enough to join the Celestial Choir, and who had the fortune to be well-versed in their people's history. The Hexagrammic Grammophone has one job, and it is projected to be able to achieve it: Sing on its own with pre-recorded Melodies. That ability...it is to vast to speculate about.
-[] Anti-Psychic Materials (0/7)
There are some materials that, for one reason or another, seem to repell psychic phenomena and works, which, in the right hands, could prove to be a boon in our anti-daemon efforts.
(Gain: Anti-Psychic Materials collected and understood.)
-[] Psykana-Repelling Persons (0/4)
Though they are rare, some people seem to not merely be uncomfortable to be around but possess an...anti-soul if one would say something so base. Yet, while normal people find them unpleasant, our Hymnals would rather run away or self-harm themselves than be in their presence. This...could be useful.
(Gain: Anti-Souls?)
-[] Arcanum Psyker Staves (0/9)
The ability to create psychic focii is no longer a mere beginner's art within the Glimmering Federation, and with knowledge and familiarity comes the ability to strive further than yesterday. With The Sun Melody having become a measuring stick upon which one can see progress, it is estimated that further refinement will be capable of reducing the damages incurred into "mere" full-body second-degree burns.
(Gain: Improves Choir efficiency and might when using Songs and Melodies.)
-[] Arcanum Psychic Hoods (0/9)
Thanks to the work done in figuring out how to psychically tune and shape cloth and metals to weave together into one whole, a "Psychic Hood" for the layperson, the Celestial Choir is eager to not only begin large-scale dissemination of knowledge and practice but also delve deeper into their understanding of how they function and can be improved.
(Gain: Improved Psychic Hoods are equipment that shields your Psykers from backlash to varying degrees.)
-[] Choir's Tangle (0/6)
The Choir's Tangle is a system of Psykana married with Technology capable of providing minor guidance to the Federation's Choirs singing Bound To The Stars, thus speeding up their traveling speed.
(Gain: Improved speed between Federation Systems. It requires a choir to operate and will automatically apply the necessary numbers.)
-[] Discordant Shriek (0/11)
Utilizing the same underlying principles as the Choir's Tangle, the Discordant Shriek is a series of five installations that will be put in a perfect orbit around the local star in predetermined patterns, each housing one part of a Choir, that will, when enemy ships approach the system, activate and try to disrupt and rip the approaching vessels out of the Warp at best and seek to damage and delay them at worst.
(Gain: A means to inflict damage to approaching Fleets. It requires a choir to operate and will automatically apply the necessary numbers.)
-[] Applied Anti-Warp Corruption Sigils - (0/15)
Anti-Warp Sigils of potent etching, carved into the leather born from the willing, carved by hands that shiver in cold and burning pain, wrought into reality itself with the blood of ichor dripping from violated souls carrying out their creation. Shield these places, guard these items, know no rest and adhere to no master beyond this: hark against Thought and Cancer from the Deep Beneath Growth.
-[] Aethyrmetric - Null Thoughts (0/59)
It is one thing to debate with reality to alter a state. Another to order it to cease reality in totality.

[] [General] Ministry of Subversion, Infiltration, and Interstellar Communication
A new age of peace dawns on the Glimmering Federation, and with it rises the required needs of its various branches and plans to come to fruition, from subverting hostile polities to maintaining friendly relations with good neighbors. Thanks to an expansion in resources, the Ministry of SIIC can now focus on multiple things simultaneously.
[] [AUTOMATIC] System Subversion (Choose Two)
With the allocated funds, a slow subversion of a singular system can be undertaken. However, these efforts can be focused and accelerated with dedicated attention.

Modifiers: Isolationist Society

Rose-Torn Heralds - Subsector Gulf's Edge

[] ISC Access - (Shipwright's Grove)
The Federation's ISCs are eager to spread their markets and customer bases beyond the Glimmering Federation, willing to brave the (relatively safe and profitable) unknown.
(Gain: Disables one random ISC per Turn and significantly improves relations with the Lords of Eternity/Watchtower Confederacy/Shipwright's Grove.)

[] [AUTOMATIC] Improve Relations (Choose Two)
Though tedious work, improving relations over time with steady hands instead of bold declarations and treaties will enable more of the latter to be wrought without any complications.
(Targets: Mashan Temple Authority, Van Zandt Free Duchy, Watchtower Confederacy, Shipwright's Grove, Black Ash Clan, Black Cat Company, Lords of Eternity.
Gain: Slowly improved relations.)

[] [Military] Create Three Grand Armies (Write-in Names) for (Sub-Sectors) or 5 Knight Orders (Write-in Names)
Grand Armies are composed of 2 SAGs per Sub-Sector System, which are composed of 4 Units each. Though each SAG will have its own Battle Standard and Motto, only those existing will be recorded in detail. A Grand Army requires you to specify each SAG as either Light, Medium, or Heavy, with the further moniker of Infantry/Mechanized/Tanks/Augmetic Legions Formations attached. All other specializations will be taken care of within the Grand Army itself. A Knight Order contains 20 War-Packs, one War-Pack consisting of One Questoris per Four Armigers, of variable Patterns.

(Add 50% Progress to another choice when taken.)

From what we can tell, thanks to our history, what information we, the Kil'drabi, Yeeni, and the archives of our planets tell us, the difference between a prosperous interstellar polity and one naught but ash is the strength of their navy. At the moment, we have the beginning of a proud Void Fleet, yet purely defending against our enemies is a great way to get ground down into dust over time; we need to be able to bring the fight to them.
(Information: Ship Classes requiring more DP than you possess take more than one Action to design.
Gain: Newly designed and built Ship Class/es.)

(Add 50% Progress to another choice when taken.)

Hippity Hoppity has revealed to us a site where technology, rites, knowledge, or culture of the Ancients yet remain...if not how intact. It is far away from our borders, and thus the fleet sent there to uncover the truth must be guarded.
(Gain: One plundered Ancient Site.)

There is war to be had and battle to be made. Send troops to resolve issues, squash opposition to the Star Child and Humanity and all Their Protectorates, and send ships to scout neighboring systems to understand what is happening there.
(Gain: Military dispatched to put down opposition violently. Scouts are sent to look at other systems.
Scouting Range: ~20 Systems from Claimed Systems. Scouting Efficiency: N/A (75% Three+ Systems, 50% Eight+ Systems, 30% Fifteen+ Systems.)

[] [Psykana] Conduct Six Melodies (0.4/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
The Celestial Choir has been given the means; with time, they shall conduct their songs. They will listen to the Warp and filter out the false whispers from the slumbering guidance of the Star Child. In halting prayer and stumbling humming, the truth will be stripped until nothing but it remains in the hands of those who shall make it anew into power to be wielded by the Choirs to come. As there are 10 Celestial Choirs free to pursue research, the High Council can ask them to pursue a target instead of what comes close. This will, naturally, be lost once they dip below 10 Choirs.

392.M43 - "Entombed" Within These Machines
Warcaskets. A...deceptive name in more than one sense, as they are neither made for war nor useful as caskets. In truth, these black boxes are advanced life-support systems capable of sustaining even the most injured and mauled people in, if not life, then at least an approximation of almost-life within these boxes, these "caskets" as it is. Within them, one can still enjoy most things that make life worth living, as advanced sensors and machine-mind-interface implants used in many bionics and war machines of the Federation enable these large caskets to approximate attached limbs to a still-functioning torso.

That such a thing can be used for war, and that humanity would utilize them as such, should not come as a surprise to anyone, as the second the first stone was thrown by humanity's ancestors it was a race to see what weapons could be made, created, found, and changed, with nothing too sacred or too costly to be turned toward war.

Yet, though a warcasket should have been impossible to use for the average human, as the injuries they would need to have sustained should have either killed them or been cheaper to replace with full-body augmetics, they were very useful for Space Marines and, surprisingly, Piscarians. The physiologies of both are capable of making full use of the abilities that warcaskets enabled once a user was implanted, or more accurately "entombed" within these machines.

The problems in their creation came about when it came time to decide what types of weapons and equipment the warcaskets would be equipped with. Though individualizations were sound, the scale of the conflicts the Federation and the Lamenters had engaged in required a particular irreverent approach with an eye toward mass production rather than eking out the last percentage points of performance.

Thus, these were the designs chosen:

400.M43 - Tears Of The Void
Reality buckles. Daemonettes scream in disappointment. Leviathans of adamantium, durasteel, and plasteel peel off the remains of months of travel through the Warp. The laughter of a clown echoes through eternity.

And the Tears of the Void blares its identification signals through the battle raging around it, its prow already splaying apart the guts of a Symphosium Heavy Cruiser, batteries thundering with un-diminished ferocity and un-broken defiance.

The task force sent to kill the Daemonworld of Festerspire returns triumphant, with their internal clocks placing them only two months after their deed rather than decades.

They return to a Federation bloated with conquest and unification, a Duchy recovering from war yet sending materials to aid Grove and Authority, and a Grove and Authority fighting valiantly as Glimmerlings set forth to settle dozens of systems in a land of holy death.

The Sector has been changed irrevocably, and the coming years will show how the peace will be won.

[] [Free] Consecrate In Sacred Sand (Write-In Sub-Sector)
Works of generations started today.
(Gain: A Consecrated Sub-Sector.)

[] [General] Develop The Federations'...
-[] Food Production XI (0/2) - [1x 50% Discount]
-[] Civilian Infrastructure XVI (0/2) - [2x 50% Discounts]
-[] Heavy Industry XI (1/2) - [2x 50% Discounts]
-[] Void Industry XVII (1/2)

-[] Military Industry XI (0/2)

(Gain: A boost in production focusing on the chosen option.)

[-] [General] Integrate The New Territories (3/17)
A lot of work is in front of us. Many of these systems, and even Sub-Sectors, are in dire need of...everything. People, food, medicine, protection against Chaos, and more mundane threats. Everything needs to be built, and everything needs to be done. Thankfully, the Federation is overflowing with billions of people willing to volunteer to raise these new homes for new citizens to the heights they deserve.
(Gain: 1 Sub-Sector per Action put in is raised to Federation Standards.)

[] [General] Construct Aethyrmetric Engines (0/2)

Habitable Sub-Sectors: Chery (1/9 Systems), Gulf's Edge (9/14 Systems), and Gutson (11/11 Systems).)

(Gain: 10 Destroyers and 3 Frigates every Turn.)
-[] Arcanum Psyker Staves (1/9)

Hereteks Refuge - Reduce Research Cost by 20%, Rounded Up. +0.20 Research per Action Spent.

(Gain: Allows you to slowly convert two [2] random systems simultaneously to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)
Orbital Habitat - Jak-Hal
Suspected Subversion Time: ~50 Years
Modifiers: Isolationist Society

Rose-Torn Heralds - Subsector Gulf's Edge
Suspected Subversion Time: ~80 Years
Modifiers: Extreme Misandry +~80 Years
[] ISC Access - (Shipwright's Grove)
The Federation's ISCs are eager to spread their markets and customer bases beyond the Glimmering Federation, willing to brave the (relatively safe and profitable) unknown.
(Gain: Disables one random ISC per Turn and significantly improves relations with the Lords of Eternity/Shipwright's Grove.)

[] [AUTOMATIC] Improve Relations (Choose Two)
Though tedious work, improving relations over time with steady hands instead of bold declarations and treaties will enable more of the latter to be wrought without any complications.
(Targets: Mashan Temple Authority, Van Zandt Free Duchy, and Shipwright's Grove.
Gain: Slowly improved relations.)
Van Zandt Free Duchy
Current Relations: Longstanding Friends.
Trend: Slowdown
Modifiers: End of Maggot War

Mashan Temple Authority
Current Relations: Coldly Cordial
Trend: Glacial Increase
Modifiers: Long-Standing Professional Relationship.

[] [Military] Create Four Grand Armies (Write-in Names) for (Sub-Sectors) or 7 Knight Orders (Write-in Names)
(Gain: Five Grand Armies or Seven Knight Orders.)

Hippity Hoppity has revealed to us a site where technology, rites, knowledge, or culture of the Ancients yet remain...if not how intact. It is far away from our borders, and thus the fleet sent there to uncover the truth must be guarded.

[] [Psykana] Conduct Six Melodies (0.6/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
The Celestial Choir has been given the means; with time, they shall conduct their songs. They will listen to the Warp and filter out the false whispers from the slumbering guidance of the Star Child. In halting prayer and stumbling humming, the truth will be stripped until nothing but it remains in the hands of those who shall make it anew into power to be wielded by the Choirs to come. As there are 10 Celestial Choirs free to pursue research, the High Council can ask them to pursue a target instead of what comes close. This will, naturally, be lost once they dip below 10 Choirs.
(Total: 23
Uncovered: Revenant and Prophecy III.
Secret: Slumber.
Star Child: Mercy III, Ruthlessness III, Brutality II, and Love III.
Kil'drabi: Paths III, Community II, and Family II.
Irrita: Growth II, Plants, Harmony III, and Hunger.
Msk'fa: Comfort, Revenge, and Retribution.
Dirut: Peace II, Clockwork, Candle, Time III, Sunset II, and Dawn II.
Gain: Six Melodies newly Conducted.)

[] [Psykana] Sing two Songs (Choose at least Three below.) - (0.2/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Song]
Mere Melodies are not the end of the journey, nor should they be the start. They are the middle, from which all things shall grow and wither.
(Uncovered: Technology III and Prophecy II.
Secret: Perception III, Silence III, and Grounding III.
Star Child: Protection III, Fire III, The Sun V, Humanity III, Creativity III, Song III, The Home III, Logic III, Unity III, Progress III, Compassion III, Hope III, Health III, Death III, Justice III, Wisdom III, Innovation III, Machinery III, Ruthlessness II, Brutality I, Mercy II, The Star, and Love II.
Kil'drabi: Void III, Struggle III, Paths III, Community I, and Family I.
Irrita: Growth I and Harmony II.
Dirut: Time II, Sunset I, Dawn I, and Peace I.
Gain: Two Songs.)

[] [Psykana] Sing a Symphony (Choose Five Songs)
Words beyond meaning, songs beyond uttering, a hum of power that is the Warp reveling in its own power unleashed. A Symphony crafted from labor centuries long, and one that shall burn itself into history eternal, both mortal and Immaterial.
(Gain: A Symphony)

[] [Faith] An Unborn Guide Sought Out (Write-In)
...
(Gain: Guidance on how to deal with or gain something.)

[] [Knightly Orders] Unto The Titans (0/?)
Let this decade end centuries of pain.
(Gain: Wiped out the last organized Chaos Resistance.)

[] [Chapter] Brothers For The Barge (4.5/?)
They must be ready for battle and barge.
(Gain: The Lamenters gain 6 Companies per Turn.)

410.M43 - WHAT THE FUC-
Holy Diaconate Of The Brandished Sword Of The God-Emperor's Faithful
Government Type:
Unitary Theocratic Elective Absolute Monarchy
Culture Type: Holy Crusaders
Attitude: Righteous Cleansers
Specie/s: Human (Primary), Assorted (Minor - Permanent Genocide)

1) Basic Economics
1.a) Trade

We have no information regarding the internal trade relations of the Diaconate, though we suspect they exist.

Every attempt at communication has been met with extreme hostility. Attempts at communication with Imperial-Era vessels have been met with initial successes, though the second the captain of said vessel refused to convert to their (heretical) religion, extreme violence ensued. The nature of the refusal does not matter, as even attempts to delay conversion have been met with violence.

It is unknown how many ships the Diaconate possesses.

1.b) Shipbuilding
Their total ship production capabilities are unknown.

We have encountered every class of ship up to, and including, Grand Cruisers. Their dimensions seem to be on the edge of what is possible, even for us.

Their armaments are primarily based on Lances and Macro-Cannons, with a trend toward lighter but numerous versions of them. Avenger-Class Grand Cruisers are present in enough numbers to make up the spine of every fleet encountered. It must be noted here that though most ships are reminiscent of Imperial-Era designs, they have been changed, upgraded, downgraded, improved, side-graded, worsened, and had all manner of modifications enacted upon them to make them functionally distinct ships. The most notable of which is frankly jaw-dropping amounts of armor and voidshields.

2) Socio-Economics
The Diaconate is ruled by a class of Priest-Lords that oversee the population and ensure a horrific level of zeal and fanaticism among the populations we have discovered and located, both colonists and those of already-settled worlds. This zeal is channeled into anti-..........everything! WHAT THE FUC-

The Diaconate has a perpetual genocide directive against its own population, "culling" everything not deemed "human" enough by the whims of the Priest-Lords, which seems to change depending on how many bodies are required for the frontlines. That these soldiers are then murdered en mass after surviving being used as frontline fodder is seen as a matter of course by everyone.

Their military is headed by what seems to be Space Marines, but we can't confirm that as we have not found them outside propaganda broadcasts. Further, the Diaconate bolsters its troops with the inclusion of convents, called "Sororitas," which are women-only Miliaristic Faith Orders that make use of power armor, mechanized armor, and what seem to be oversized personal armor on the scale between power armor and Armiger Knights, though the latter have been observed among some battles against locals.

3) Corruption
If such a thing as "holy" corruption exists, the Diaconate has wholly fallen to it. Beyond that, we cannot make any assumptions.

4) Propaganda
The usual for small-minded heretical sects with too many guns to be opposed in a meaningful way by their opponents. "Kill everything not Us, and then kill everyone that is "Us" we tell you to because they aren't "Us" at all.

[-] [General] Integrate The New Territories (4/17)
A lot of work is in front of us. Many of these systems, and even Sub-Sectors, are in dire need of...everything. People, food, medicine, protection against Chaos, and more mundane threats. Everything needs to be built, and everything needs to be done. Thankfully, the Federation is overflowing with billions of people willing to volunteer to raise these new homes for new citizens to the heights they deserve.
(Gain: 1 Sub-Sector per Action put in is raised to Federation Standards.)

Habitable Sub-Sectors: Chery (1/9 Systems), Alatre's Home (4/5 Systems), and Gutson (11/11 Systems).)

-[] Shipyard Automatization IV (0/4)
(Gain: 10 Destroyers and 3 Frigates every Turn.)
-[] Arcanum Psyker Staves (2/9)

Hereteks Refuge - Reduce Research Cost by 20%, Rounded Up. +0.20 Research per Action Spent.
Academic Publishing Institutes - +0.15 Research per Action Spent.

(Gain: Allows you to slowly convert two [2] random systems simultaneously to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)
Orbital Habitat - Jak-Hal
Suspected Subversion Time: ~40 Years
Modifiers: Isolationist Society

Rose-Torn Heralds - Subsector Gulf's Edge
Suspected Subversion Time: ~70 Years
Modifiers: Extreme Misandry +~80 Years
[] ISC Access - (Shipwright's Grove)

(Gain: Five Grand Armies or Seven Knight Orders.)

[] [Military] Fleet Construction - (2.600 Points per Action)
-[] 5x Nomadic Fleets [Automatic] (0.2/1)

Chose Names for Fleets: Triumph of Obliteration, Unfettered Zeal, Pathfinding Maw, Causal Wound, Tombmaker.
See Informational - Military Forces for Fleet Compositions/Point Values.

[] [Military] Design New Voidship Classes - [Available: Destroyer (1 DP), Frigate (2 DP), Light Cruiser/Freighter (4 DP), Heavy Cruiser/Freighter (8 DP), Grand Cruiser (16 DP), Temple Ship (25 DP), Battleship (50 DP)] - [100 DP]

[] [Military] Construct God-Engines (50x Grandis (0/1), 30x Modeste Immensus (0/2), 10x Immensa Immensus (0/2), 5x Magnificus (0/3), 2x Momentus (0/4), 1x Deus Machina (0/5))

[] [Military] The Ancient's [Bone-Mender Temple/Jubilant Den/Circus De Meniue/Great Fire/Flirtatious-Indolent Bay Resort/Flowergarden/ Stone Of Water] - (Write-In Military Forces)
Hippity Hoppity has revealed to us a site where technology, rites, knowledge, or culture of the Ancients yet remain...if not how intact. It is far away from our borders, and thus the fleet sent there to uncover the truth must be guarded.
(Gain: One plundered Ancient Site.)

[] [Psykana] Conduct Six Melodies (0.8/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
The Celestial Choir has been given the means; with time, they shall conduct their songs. They will listen to the Warp and filter out the false whispers from the slumbering guidance of the Star Child. In halting prayer and stumbling humming, the truth will be stripped until nothing but it remains in the hands of those who shall make it anew into power to be wielded by the Choirs to come. As there are 10 Celestial Choirs free to pursue research, the High Council can ask them to pursue a target instead of what comes close. This will, naturally, be lost once they dip below 10 Choirs.

420.M43 - Scrambling For Defenses
Somewhere in the Warp, the Star Child looked up from their map after getting, once again, hopelessly lost. You would imagine that having three of their Seals broken would help them navigate, but apparently, that ability was behind the last one. Typical.

Anyways, they looked up at the feeling of being poked and concentrated on who was poking them, which quickly resolved itself to be the souls of several dozen priests, all of whom pointed at a patch in space where the fanatics of his father were particularly ornery in conquering stuff.

Looking back, the priests did the universal humanoid gesture of "What the fuck, dude?" in their direction.

"...yeah, I agree. But they are typical Imperials, if a bit high on their own supply. You just forgot due to being surrounded by non-Imperials for long enough. They are all more or less like that."

Emergency Coalition of the Triumvirates
Government Type:
Emergency Coalition
Culture Type: Assorted
Attitude: Scrambling For Defenses
Specie/s: Human (Primary), Assorted (Minor)

1) Basic Economics
1.a) Trade

The Coalition comprises several disparate states working together against the Diaconate, pressured long enough to realize they will all be on the chopping block next if they fail to defend themselves now. As such, trade agreements that existed previously have been expanded widely and recklessly, all in pursuit of aiding their defenses.

Early envoys to these planets and system polities have been met with varying degrees of politeness, but now they are being bombarded with requests for all aid that can be provided and/or sold to the Coalition.

The Coalition possesses less than 200 ships counted together.

1.b) Shipbuilding
Their total ship production capabilities are pitiful.

They primarily use Light Cruisers, with only three Heavy Cruisers across all systems.

Technologically, the Coalition is far behind the Federation and only slightly above Imperial-Era tech.

2) Socio-Economics
The Coalition comprises dozens of nations and systems, multi-system governments, planetary coalitions, and more, in a patchwork of diplomatic genius geared toward ensuring they won't be killed by the Diaconate. As such, every type of government can be seen, from the functional to the barely existing.

Some varied Xeno Species exist, though they are primarily mercenaries, transitory, or so minor as to not be worth writing down due to their distance to the Federation.

The Coalition is currently trying to figure out how to work with each other on a large scale while fending off scout fleets of the Diaconate.

3) Corruption
Chaos Corruption ranges from "Concerning" to "Tiny." Mundande corruption ranges from "Concerning" to "Rampant." The latter case of corruption is currently being brutally curbed in the name of survival.

4) Propaganda
They are massively mobilizing their every member-society to provide materials and production for the anti-Diaconate war.

[-] [General] Integrate The New Territories (5/17)
A lot of work is in front of us. Many of these systems, and even Sub-Sectors, are in dire need of...everything. People, food, medicine, protection against Chaos, and more mundane threats. Thankfully, the Federation is overflowing with billions of people willing to volunteer to raise these new homes for new citizens to the heights they deserve.

-[] Arcanum Psyker Staves (1/9)

(Gain: Allows you to slowly convert two [2] random systems simultaneously to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)
Orbital Habitat - Jak-Hal
Suspected Subversion Time: ~30 Years
Modifiers: Isolationist Society

Rose-Torn Heralds - Subsector Gulf's Edge

[] Cross-Cultural Idea Harmonization (Choose Target)
Through centuries of trade and good relations, sworn friends on the battlefield, to sharing secrets of technology pried from the uncaring reality that wishes for our destruction. Two friends who know each other well and want to stand together, side by side, against the dark, but do not wish to lose what makes them unique, to become just another face within the crowd. For this union, preparations must be made to ensure that this tide lifts all involved.
(Selected Peer Nation exchanges a weaker copy of their Primary Trait with the Federation in exchange for their Primary Trait (Chaos Resistance).
(Targets: [Shipwright's Grove/Van Zandt Free Duchy])

[] Military Aid To The Coalition
Well, we should at least help them defend themselves.
(Gain: Improved Relations with, and increased defenses of, the Coalition.)

-[] Design Ships For The Coalition - [(Write-In) DP]

From what we can tell, thanks to our history, what information we, the Kil'drabi, Yeeni, and the archives of our planets tell us, the difference between a prosperous interstellar polity and one naught but ash is the strength of their navy. At the moment, we have the beginning of a proud Void Fleet, yet purely defending against our enemies is a great way to get ground down into dust over time; we need to be able to bring the fight to them.
(Information: Ship Classes requiring more DP than you possess take more than one Action to design.
Gain: Newly designed and built Ship Class/es.)

[] [Psykana] Conduct Six Melodies (0.0/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
The Celestial Choir has been given the means; with time, they shall conduct their songs. They will listen to the Warp and filter out the false whispers from the slumbering guidance of the Star Child. In halting prayer and stumbling humming, the truth will be stripped until nothing but it remains in the hands of those who shall make it anew into power to be wielded by the Choirs to come. As there are 10 Celestial Choirs free to pursue research, the High Council can ask them to pursue a target instead of what comes close. This will, naturally, be lost once they dip below 10 Choirs.

421.M43 - Competition For Primitives
The initial desire to aid the Coalition with (steeply discounted) sales of arms and equipment soon ran into a problem that, quite frankly, nobody within the Star-Mechancium had ever anticipated, so coddled and wrapped up within their temples and universities between nearly three trillion sentients who all, to a fault, had at least enough education to create the most fundamental circuit out of some wires and diodes found in any electronics shop of the Federation, which was further enhanced by being surrounded by two polities that had enough educational funding to ensure a solid block of sentients for their own Mechanicum's to recruit from.

This problem, shockingly, was that the Tech-Priests of the Coalition looked at the second-hand equipment being offered, blinked (or the equivalent thereof if no more eyes were present), and then straight-up told the Star-Mechanicum that they couldn't possibly maintain such highly advanced artifacts, especially if they are to see combat and regular use.

However, while this quite embarrassingly was true for the ships and equipment being collaborated on, the vehicle fleets of the Federation only had to switch out a few parts on their venerable designs, the millennia-old creations having had every possible fault either removed or reduced thanks to dozens of centuries in service seeing constant updates and new patterns emerge.

Yet, the matter of the fleet still remained. The Coalition was not as technically advanced as the Federation, which turned the design process into a competition for primitives.

425.M43 - Age Of Tears
They promised him a short deployment and a longer life. Ten years here, train the Coalition on the ships provided, then go back and get fifty years on the Federation to enjoy as he saw fit.

He had heard about the ships being sold being...sub-par due to the Coalition's less-than-stellar technological base, but he had thought, foolishly, that they would still be able to at least have something approaching modernity within the vessels.

Alec was not entirely convinced the ships he was supposed to train the Coalition on weren't being powered by coal and steam if the...everything surrounding them was any indication.

The worst part was that the ships being sent along were trash, even for his untrained eyes. Almost every single one could be improved in a dozen ways...if only they could implement the knowledge that had been gained in the last millennium of warfare to the ships instead of being stuck operating these machines with mud and sticks shaped like levers.

Alec took another shot of the cheapest rotgut he had smuggled into his room, trying to burn out the memory of figuring out how to operate the Maul-Class Battleship, the massive slab of metal's only redeeming quality being the enormous bay of contagion bombs that he had enforced extreme levels of biohazard prevention measures, with even the servitors put into biohazard protection suits to drive the point home for the gunnery section on how important it was to not fuck around with them.

A hand shot out beside him, grabbed the bottle from his hands, and began to drink it on ex, desperation driving the need to burn her synapses out. Thule Gyllia had, if that was even possible, it even worse than he did. Where he was trying to tell people to not be idiots with the Stilleto and Caltrop Destroyers, that they were raiders and area-denial ships, or that the Javelin was meant to stick around while the Catapult shot its shot and fucked off (though they readily got the purposes of the Venom, Longship, and Brick Light Cruiser and Heavy Cruisers,) she had the unenviable task of training strike craft pilots for the Coalition on the Arrow-Class Carrier.

He had known that the Federation was blessed with the Thules and their primacy in all things piloting-related, but he had never thought that they may as well be miracles given flesh if the crop of the pilots sent to crew these carriers was any indication.

...

Okay, but she didn't have it worse enough to drink all his damn booze!

Stagelight burned, drumming with the pounding of the fans, screaming with the joy of the groupies; it was a stage of a trillion colors as Titans walked and boomed their songs into the flesh and bones of the enemy, receiving their chance for duets and battles of the bands with the Golems of the Temples and their Titan Brethren from the Federation, even twins of biological majesty racing against the world and its strings playing melodies of perfect ecstasy.

Here! See the Biotitans of the Grove was their glacial advance, hear the pumping of hearts thousand tons heavy and the swell and roar of throats and veins flooded with ichor-like plasma and blood of plants guiding them by melded minds in dances unified beyond melding!

There! See the Golems march, see their weaponry spark, see the flesh of silicon underneath the rock and metal, know their thumps synchronized and their thunderclaps underpin the retorts of their foes!

Yonder! Find the Legio Gladius and the minor Orders of the Federation, see their charges of the Blades against the Fortresses and the Titans, see Brother and Sister Armiger's cross blade and gun, know the snarls and the howling yipping yapping yowling screams of the Machine Spirits shout across the battlefield as they clash and fight, denying the Grand Singer their souls to her and him and them! Find the earth shacking and cracking under thunder and fire; find it torn apart and made one with flesh and bone and blood and brain as mortals are crushed beneath the feet of Titans!

See the Hope Ascendant march through the continent, followed by machines as tall as mountains in its wake like children; behold its radiant halo hum behind it, burning with the faith of billions fighting in its shadow, knowing that the God-Machine marches for their cause. See its spirit roused and angry, directing itself more than its pilots direct its ire; see its weapons fire beyond the glow of white and beyond the point of melting, thundering away as miracles manifest by its will, by its faith, by its march into the maws of the Warp itself.

Know the enemies it faces, and faces gladly, for what is a battle of bands without an enemy? What glory is to be had in a foe easily conquered? They have come, they have heard, they have tasted the superiority of the Great Mistress and his Gifts, let his poisons run through veins and stiffened spines shattering under the thrum and jump of millions in arenas roaring their approval of the songs, throats bloody and skins flayed in the workings of the Gods.

Feel the shiver of skin upon the blade, the beat in your lungs, let the galaxy entire hear your dedication and burn through all your eyes and limbs to pursue the perfection of the final symphony that shall be heard in this place.

The Machine God may rest a finger on the scales here, in this place, at this time, for its Avatar to roar and its Halo of Grinding Gear to tick onward, but Slaanesh rewards its followers well and grins at the burning passions flickering in gyrating hedonisms beyond counting, cities of skinned instruments denying all Song and Melody of Choir, their dreaming avarice shattering silent tenderness soft and glistening hearts splayed for the feasts to come, an erotic work of art for He Who Dances Eternal to gaze and defile upon.

Oh, if only it weren't for the Lamenting Ones, for their songs of souls is one so dreary and one-toned, minuscule strings plucked one after the other with no variation, only sacrifice for others, never to take glory upon themselves, with all who rise unto the truth given nothing but a single note to start their journey only to end it all.

Oh, if only they did not ride with the Seducers of the Thule, the howling giggle of swooning Daemonettes, and the Keeper Thu'nar-Viru for their perfect forms and soft fur to display upon their bodies after skinning and turning their minds to soup with flawless song!

Oh, if only they shattered beneath the attention of the Keeper, Her Sacred Daemon forced to fight with scores of its lessers as the Great Heroes denied their coming for days and weeks and months, only to step up in triumvirate beats to dance in circles for six days!

Blood was spilled to the strings of flesh and sinew being plucked by the bands!

Armors shattered by hands and whip, chainsword and spear!

Bones were broken, organs ruptured, and skin turned purple in the tapestry of tender love!

Oh, if only it was not for the Silver Tear Sword, grasped in undying hand and iron mind, given by one Hero who died for the love of His Brothers that made the Daemonettes scream in adoration to another, the sword trading hands once more, a scared oath unto reality sworn, a sacred battle delivered, and a holy number invoked, cutting a head from the lovely neck in precious tenderness, a slice so clean it left no blood to splatter upon the unworthy, only upon the one that died by the claw of Thu'nar-Viru in return, the lovers taken to the grave as one.

And the groupies screamed and cheered, the Brothers yelled and charged, the skies burned with a thousand more Lamenting Ones and a billion plaything descending alike, as the ground shook under the steps of Titans and the seas boiled by the joy of the planet.

This was what it was about, this spilling of gut and love, emotion and passions, driven to insanity and beyond to return sane and hale into the grasp of slicing breaths upon the skein of bone and soul.

Stagelight was a stage for war.

And then the Star Child gazed upon the planet...and wrapped a Five-Fold Wing around its tortured form.

Stagelight was a stage for desolation.

It would take millennia to purge the location where the planet once stood.

All forces that could be evacuated had been, and all others had been given the mercy of a swift death as the Temple Ships had finally been able to rip the world out of the Warp into full Realspace.

It would remain a wound in reality.

But it was over.

Finally.

The Age of the Cult Wars had come to a close.

The Age of Tears was upon the Sector.

There were Heroes to mourn.

430.M43 - HALLOWED BE THESE
HALLOWED BE THESE WHO GAVE ALL THEY COULD GIVE UNTO OUR FUTURE
HALLOWED BE THOSE WHO DIED IN GLORY FOR THOSE THEY CHERISHED
HALLOWED BE THEIR NAMES, NOW AND FOREVERMORE

Sergeant Rafial Danro - An Apothecary who held the line on a field hospital stuck under siege. Serving as both protector and healer to any soldier who was under his care, Ragial held the line even as his body was battered and broken, keeping to the oaths of healing others before himself. His will was unquestionable as he faced any threat to his charges with a grim acceptance and unwavering resilience. His death came at the head of a massive final attack by Daemonic forces to take the isolated hospital for their own use; he had evacuated all of his patients and charged the horde, setting off a chain of explosives he had set up, slaying most of the despicable monsters and his honorable self in the process. All that could be found of his remains was his broken Narthecium and his broken torso. Melted armor fused to his flesh and a skull-like visage on his face.

Brother George - He never shared his last name, not even to his friends, as it was a secret he kept to himself for reasons that the Chaplains sanctioned. He was shorter than normal for a Lamenter and even seemed a bit pudgy if such was possible for a Space Marine. Brother George fell in battle against the hordes of Stagelight during the opening months, valiantly carving a path for following drop pods and invasion forces to land and establish secured landing zones, fighting with his customized bolt-pistol and force sword in hand, a bright beacon of Melodies and Songs of such potency that even the Veil, weakened by the Daemonworld festering upon the mundane, wrapped itself around him in embraces of malicious protectiveness, his figure one of shining faith in the righteousness of his deeds, his determination to bring an end to the foul forces of Ruin an honor to behold and fight alongside. Such was the mastery of his voice and power that even a Keeper of Secrets, his name sealed and forgotten by the scribes of the Chapter, yet given the moniker of "The Nectar-Voice's Allure" all the same, unbeholden to the festival of sensation that was Stagelight, manifested itself with his legions of daemonettes and their Steeds of Slaanesh to duel against himself and claim his voice for himself. He failed. Even as Brother George, growing mightier by the day in this realm of "could be's" and "what ifs," was forced to kneel, he sang two last Songs against the Keeper, defiance and faith in his heart and soul to the last. [SILENCE] he commanded to reality...and the Warp obeyed, shutting down, leaving the daemon and himself stranded in utterly and full mundane mundanity. [SOUL BOMB] he chanted, grasping the knot of the daemon in its entirety...and erased it wholly, annihilating himself in the process yet denying another pawn to the forces of Chaos.

Chaplain Kolbas - Born 239.M43 on Croaf world of Ettar, Kolbas caught the eye of Lamenters participating in Operation Free Skies. Despite being just nine years old, he was one of the fiercest and most determined fighters in a pro-Glimmering resistance movement. Questioned later, he revealed he joined them after his sister was taken to become a paramour of a noble. Moved by his tale and impressed by his prowess, the Astartes took him as an aspirant. He passed the trials with flying colors, and his deep devotion to the Star Child virtues of justice, wisdom, and righteous brutality made him a perfect choice to become a Chaplain after just a few decades as a Scout. He served for nearly two centuries with great distinction, particularly in the Cult Wars, where he distinguished himself in the arts of daemon slaying. During the final days of Stagelight Assault, Kolbas, a veteran by then, was stationed on Thunderous Gunnery-class Heavy Cruiser Promise of Dawn, which was running a supporting bombardment of enemy-fortified positions. The mission was going well until a moment of weakness of one of the crewmembers, later revealed to be broken by the targeted attention of a Tzeentchian Daemon, led to assault by Daemons of Excess led by Farae'chess'assan the Ever-Yearning, an infamous Herald of Slaanesh that terrorized the most loyal and faithful lovers of the galaxy for millennia. She slayed many during her assault until her entourage was stopped by Kolbas himself. Already distinguished in fighting Slaaneshi daemons, Kolbas defeated lesser daemons one after another, repulsing them all at the cost of heavy wounds, and then stood before Herald. There he stood, measuring the daemon, until, to the shock of everyone, he kneeled in prayer to Star Child for mercy on her soul. Initially enraged by this, the Ever-Yearning struck blow after blow until she heard him call the name of a mortal long dead. Her name. Gifted with supernatural insight, Kolbas recognized the daemon before him and realized who she was by an echo in his soul. Farae'chess'assan the Ever-Yearning was, as it happened, a daemon born from love denied and desire undying, from a woman whose husband was taken away to serve as a bed plaything for some particularly deviant noble who, in desperation, performed a ritual suicide in devotion to Goddess of Love to rise as punishing specter... only to be deceived and twisted by She Who Thirsts. Kolbas, who still remembered well how the rapaciousness of Croaf tyrants took from him his beloved sister, recognized the wounds of grief hidden under daemonette's perfect skin. Armed with only this understanding and faith, he made his death a ritual of purification that struck at the Herald's vulnerabilities and banished the entire daemonic legion she commanded.

Sergeant Aurum - A Lamenter mostly known for his vow of silence, taken for an unknown reason. He was one of the soldiers who lasted on Stagelight for the longest time (discounting innate time distortions of the demon world), and he was one of the first Lamenters to make planetfall. He became notable due to his immense resistance to any esoteric effect Stagelight had to offer; spells that turned his brothers literally inside out failed to take hold of him, powerful illusions and hallucinations were simply ignored, and any sonic attack in his vicinity simply vanished into nothing. His final act was destroying a ritual, led by 66 demonettes and sung by 6666 captured and corrupted Federation soldiers, meant to desecrate the souls of any who heard their song. All participants of the ritual were personally slaughtered by Aurum, as his companions were at this time either dead or part of the ritual. His body was found in the middle of the auditorium where the last stand took place, lying on top of a literal mountain of corpses, missing both his helmet and his ears.

HALLOWED BE THESE TOOLS OF RIGHTEOUS VENGEANCE
HALLOWED BE THESE TOOLS OF JUSTICE NO MORE DENIED

HALLOWED BE THESE TOOLS OF HOPE CLEANSED OF UNLCEAN BLOOD

The Silenced - A Heavy Bolt Gun. Despite its sheer caliber, it makes no sound upon firing. Many marks of heavy usage and damage are visible on the gun. It is possibly one of the personal-scale weapons responsible for the most significant amount of deaths among the Stagelight's demonstrates due to its service time and efficient usage. When fired upon any warp-bound entity, they become incapable of directly making any noise. More notably, the lesser daemons of Slaneesh hit with this weapon tend to be immediately banished.

George's Armaments - This set of weapons can only be utilized by worthy Lamenters, the weapons refusing to be worn and swung by those they deem as undeserving of their crafter and wielder's legacy. No matter their use, they always appear well-maintained, far above the high standards of the Librarius. When wielded by those with righteous faith burning in soul, heart, and Song, they glow with their Faith materialized, which has earned them a dedicated Faith Order seeking to always be near the wielder of the weapons to feed them their faith in supplication of the deeds done and the deeds enabled. It forces all to understand the wielder's faith and what Brother George felt when he sacrificed everything for those behind him. Even Corruption itself now quakes before the Bolter and the Sword of George.

Moon/Star, the Diver — Onwards Little Heroes: a Singular Drop Pod with a capacity for 24 marines; of the 100 deployments it undertook, no marines it carried have died without arriving on the battlefield. The machine spirit within is a cheerful little thing that sees each launch as a new game to play, with the more dangerous, the more challenging to overcome a drop is, the easier it seemingly weaves between anti-orbital fire and atmospheric interceptors that start a chase. Even though its fall matches the gravity of any celestial body or station it's deployed to, the impact craters are several dozen times stronger than they should be, massive craters clearing away enemy forces and being now utilized to break defensive emplacements. Because of the Machine Spirits' playful nature, the Marines within always land in the most dangerous situations surrounded by enemies. When the smoke clears and ceramite plating lies in ruin, the Drop Pod is always seemingly intact, to an almost unbelievably pristine condition to be used again. One time, during 360.M43, a "small" Warp storm rift opened above its target of Festerspire; after a short time getting lost in the warp, the 2 dozen marines came back out confused about how a moment ago they were to be purging Nurglites but somehow ending up on the frontlines against the gore-sword duelists.

Light Horizon - The Sleepy Night Sky, it's Bright and Clear. If one looks back to the olden myths of distant terra, many depictions of the divine were described as traveling the heavens upon master craft vessels, whether they were boats, chariots, or flying thrones. Just as the Star Child sails across the galaxy in a cradle, this Air-Void Strike craft pays homage to the divine vessel that ferries our Star. Unmatched in interception, for none can rival our Lord up high, bringing Judgement with bombing for none below can challenge Them. One can hear the soft melody of lullabies as they breach the sound barrier, and shockwaves reach one's ears; to listen to the hallowed dead, the other world rests easily and falls into slumber, calming the Warp around itself with every moment of gleeful speed. Armed with every type of weapon as the situation demands, a Librarian can even use the Light Horizon as a Foci to channel their Melodies and Songs against the foe.
Heart's Deliverance - Originally a Crozius used by Chaplain Kolbas during his final mission, Heart's Deliverance is now a symbol of the Star Child's Mercy and Ruthlessness. Its metallic pieces have a color of white-gold, no matter how dirty, and its head is a near-perfect ruby that glows subtly. It can only be carried by those who understand the purity that love brings to one's soul and how the same can be torn apart if the recipient of such love were to die. The bearer, however, will find that their strikes grow mightier and less fatiguing as long as they fight in the name of what they cherish. All daemons fear its touch, especially those born of perversions of love, capable of banishing them in a single strike and preventing reincorporation for much longer. However, the most unique property of this weapon and the source of its name is that it grants truly worthy bearers the ability to see the truth in the heart of any person reflected in the head of the Crozius. Such insight, limited in its worth for a simple soldier might be, for a Chaplain means they can act with complete certainty in their cause, knowing that the hearts of those beside them, friend and foe alike, shall be delivered to deserving place.

-[] Arcanum Psyker Staves (1/9)

(Gain: Allows you to slowly convert two [2] random systems simultaneously to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)
Orbital Habitat - Jak-Hal
Suspected Subversion Time: ~20 Years
Modifiers: Isolationist Society

Rose-Torn Heralds - Subsector Gulf's Edge
Suspected Subversion Time: ~50 Years
Modifiers: Extreme Misandry +~80 Years
[] Cross-Cultural Idea Harmonization (Choose Target)

Current Relations: Longstanding Friends And Allies.
Trend: Increase.
Modifiers: End of the Cult Wars.

Mashan Temple Authority
Current Relations: Cordially Thawed.
Trend: Sharp Increase.
Modifiers: Long-Standing Professional Relationship and Star Child Intervention.

[] [Military] Create Four Grand Armies (Write-in Names) for (Sub-Sectors) or 7 Knight Orders (Write-in Names)
(Gain: Five Grand Armies or Seven Knight Orders.)

[] [Military] Fleet Construction - (2.600 Points per Action)

[] [Military] Design New Voidship Classes - [Available: Destroyer (1 DP), Frigate (2 DP), Light Cruiser/Freighter (4 DP), Heavy Cruiser/Freighter (8 DP), Grand Cruiser (16 DP), Temple Ship (25 DP), Battleship (50 DP)] - [100 DP]

Hippity Hoppity has revealed to us a site where technology, rites, knowledge, or culture of the Ancients yet remain...if not how intact. It is far away from our borders, and thus the fleet sent there to uncover the truth must be guarded.

[] [Psykana] Conduct Six Melodies (0.2/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Melody]
The Celestial Choir has been given the means; with time, they shall conduct their songs. They will listen to the Warp and filter out the false whispers from the slumbering guidance of the Star Child. In halting prayer and stumbling humming, the truth will be stripped until nothing but it remains in the hands of those who shall make it anew into power to be wielded by the Choirs to come. As there are 10 Celestial Choirs free to pursue research, the High Council can ask them to pursue a target instead of what comes close. This will, naturally, be lost once they dip below 10 Choirs.

[] [Faith] An Invitation To Preach
The Van Zandt Free Duchy has, after intense internal deliberation, chosen to extend an offer to the Glimmering Federation; that of allowing our preachers to carry with them the word of the Star Child to their people. Absolutely a result of the shattering of Stagelight and the end of the Cult Wars with the very evident intervention of the Star Child's Still-Unborn-Might, alongside our relations having vastly improved over the centuries. To not accept would be foolish.
(Gain: Sanctioned Star Child Cults within the Van Zandt Free Duchy.)

[] [Faith] Monuments For The Fallen
Many have died in the Cult Wars. Too many to count, so many that the monuments dedicated to the nameless fallen, forgotten in the ruin of war, have overflown with the prayer seals and benedictions, trinkets and grieving amulets, without pause in the last decades. As far as we know, the only great threat that remains is the unknown enemy that will arrive through the lands of the Duchy, for the Zealots of the God-Emperor won't be able to break through our fortresses for generations yet. So now is the time to mourn, the time to remember, and the time to cherish those we have lost in body, but not in memory.
(Gain: Monuments for the many billions that died in the Cult Wars..)

[] [Faith] An Unborn Guide Sought Out (Write-In)

433.M43 - Faithful And Loyal
With over a millennium of faithful and loyal service, upgraded and improved throughout the long history of the Glimmering Federation and its predecessor state, the vehicle pools of the military have, finally, been graced with the attention and budget of the highest orders, its highest ranks of Generals and Magos of the Star-Mechanicum seeking to improve and create new, better, vehicles to cover all of the needs of the soldiers of the Glimmering Federation.

A thousand different designs already swirl around the heads of the various design teams of the military-industrial complex, and a thousand unique tools are at their disposal to ensure their vehicles are the ones that will end up becoming the new mainstay of the Federation military. Technologies as old and true as missile launchers to servo-skull drone nests, plasma cannons to railguns, biological weaponry to archeotech shenanigans are all at the hands of these designers.

One can only dread what they will create.

[-] [General] Integrate The New Territories (7/17)
A lot of work is in front of us. Many of these systems, and even Sub-Sectors, are in dire need of...everything. People, food, medicine, protection against Chaos, and more mundane threats. Everything needs to be built, and everything needs to be done. Thankfully, the Federation is overflowing with billions of people willing to volunteer to raise these new homes for new citizens to the heights they deserve.
(Gain: 1 Sub-Sector per Action put in is raised to Federation Standards.)

[] [General] Colonize (Sub-Sector)
It is time to bring more worlds into the fold. Thanks to the Irrita becoming our Kin, we will not lose any Development when colonizing worlds that are less than habitable due to them being terraformed into habitable worlds.

Warning: Already occupied systems are not colonized.
Habitable Sub-Sectors: Chery (1/9 Systems), Gutson (11/11 Systems), Long Tower (4/9 Systems), Broken Tower (17/19 Systems), Yearning Tower(16/16 Systems), Palace of Stars (4/26 Systems).)

-[] Arcanum Psyker Staves (1/9)

(Gain: Allows you to slowly convert two [2] random systems simultaneously to the Glimmering Federation without Action cost.)
Orbital Habitat - Jak-Hal
Suspected Subversion Time: ~10 Years
Modifiers: Isolationist Society

Rose-Torn Heralds - Subsector Gulf's Edge
Suspected Subversion Time: ~40 Years
Modifiers: Extreme Misandry +~80 Years
[] Cross-Cultural Idea Harmonization (Choose Target)

[] A Soul Smeared
An exploration fleet of New Dawn has stumbled upon an ocean world in a system between the major Warp Lanes. Normally, it would be flagged foe colonization, however when the fleet drew closer to confirm some strange readings, the entire planet seemingly tried to shoot at the fleet via incredibly primitive weaponry. The problem is that, as the Choir with the fleet confirmed, there is only one soul on the entire planet, not enough to coordinate the attempted attack, even with the use of machinery (which would have been noticed). And that one is smeared across the entire planet. Someone should investigate that.
(Gain: ???)

Current Relations: Longstanding Friends And Allies.
Trend: Slow Increase.
Modifiers: End of the Cult Wars.

Mashan Temple Authority
Current Relations: Cordiall.
Trend: Slow Increase.
Modifiers: Long-Standing Professional Relationship and Star Child Intervention.

[] [Military] Create Six Grand Armies (Write-in Names) for (Sub-Sectors) or 7 Knight Orders (Write-in Names)
(Gain: Six Grand Armies or Seven Knight Orders.)

[] [Military] Fleet Construction - (2.800 Points per Action)
-[] 5x Nomadic Fleets [Automatic] (0.6/1)

[] [Military] Design New Voidship Classes - [Available: Destroyer (1 DP), Frigate (2 DP), Light Cruiser/Freighter (4 DP), Heavy Cruiser/Freighter (8 DP), Grand Cruiser (16 DP), Temple Ship (25 DP), Battleship (50 DP)] - [100 DP]

Hippity Hoppity has revealed to us a site where technology, rites, knowledge, or culture of the Ancients yet remain...if not how intact. It is far away from our borders, and thus the fleet sent there to uncover the truth must be guarded.

Scouting Range: ~10 Sub-Sectors from Claimed Sub-Sectors. Scouting Efficiency: N/A (80% Three+ Sub-Sectors, 50% Five+ Sub-Sectors, 35% Nine+ Sub-Sectors.)
Note: For use outside your territory or in support of forces specified within another Action.)

(Total: 22

[] [Psykana] Sing two Songs (Choose at least Three below.) - (0.6/1 - Auto Complete) - [Choose Song]

[] [Faith] An Invitation To Preach (For Material Gain)
The Coalition has, after not-so-intense-yet-swift internal deliberation, chosen to extend an offer to the Glimmering Federation; that of allowing our preachers to carry with them the word of the Star Child to their people...for the lending of more war materials. Absolutely a result of the current intensification of their war of survival against the Diaconate, as the same has begun sending actual fleets at the Coalition instead of scouting in force. Thankfully, the fleets we sent them, alongside the trainers and time since, has allowed the Coalition to stand against the Diaconate...for now.
(Gain: Sanctioned Star Child Cults within the Emergency Coalition of the Triumvirates)
