A little of the latter, a little of something related to Gwarlon's Aspects.

Oh, she would definitely take it seriously. Not taking it seriously just isn't in Terwyn's nature. Please note how running Avawyr is her job when you or Bronwyn aren't doing it.
Hmm, in that case

Let's try having them both become priests, one to exemplify our more Paternal nature while the other exemplifies our Chief aspect
Inspiring followers and bolstering harvests both seem like in general good things to work on, and could go together pretty well with the Aid sent to Bedygan.
Continuing with the Stone wall, to ensure we are better protected against danger.
Visiting people we haven't talked to in a while, as we have some breather time and I would like it to stay that way.
Not sure what to do for leadership actions, so leaving it blank for now.

Edit: also put leadership actions onto smoothing over the transition of having two priests, as well as hopefully improving the rolls on creating our first priests.
Put leadership actions on both the visits as well, to avoid any diplomatic incidents and work on fostering good relations.

If anyone has any further suggestions, please let me know!

Couple of questions:
-Whats our daughter's thoughts on marriage?
-Does Bedygan need more aid?
-What does a Fatherhood blessing do anyway if applied to an inappropriate target?

Couple of questions:
1) Whats our daughter's thoughts on marriage?
2) Does Bedygan need more aid?
3) What does a Fatherhood blessing do anyway if applied to an inappropriate target?

1) Vardyn is an acceptable husband and she has no problems with him. Would happily have his babies.
2) Need? No. But they could always use more aid, especially if things go wrong and they wouldn't turn away aid even if everything was fine. Also, Evatine is planning to send aid to Bedygan this year now that the Eva Isle Boat Pens are complete.
3) Improved leadership and authority, bonuses when dealing with family and to protecting family and only really effective on males and even then is lessen if they aren't a father.

So I am going to close the vote in ten minutes or so. At the moment, Plan Raichu is winning with the Priest Vote being tied.

I mostly didn't have time to go over the various options and plans, so I only voted for the priest part.

So I'm going to close the vote. Plan Raichu wins for the normal actions and since I count abnormal votes separately to the normal vote, I can either merge the priest vote or someone can roll me a D3 using the SV dice roller.

Rolled the dice myself. Both it is.
Oshha threw 1 3-faced dice. Reason: Priest Vote tie Total: 1
1 1

So totally random question, what are everyone's thoughts on Seryn being the final boss of the region? Cause she is causing you more trouble this turn.

Oh no.

Do you mean final boss against us, or do you mean final boss on our side?
I wouldn't mind if it was the latter, since she seems to be stupidly powerful for a Spirit, but I would be quite confused if it was the former, especially since we crit on our visit with her last turn and we now have constant contact through our shrines.

Plus, I imagine that her lead in power isn't going to be that way forever, right?

Honestly, it is going to be the latter at this point unless I introduce a new player into the mix and you already gave the reasons why the former wouldn't happen.

I hope so. She just to become a Goddess a couple of decades early. At this point, only Unknown could take her on with Evatine defending Eva Isle only being able to hold his own against her. Anyone else would be crushed without any effort on her part.

I'm sorry to hear that.

If it's becoming too frustrating for you, I wouldn't have an issue with you making a retcon to nerf her power somewhat.
Although from what I'm seeing on the stat sheet, she doesn't seem too powerful in comparison to the rest of us.

More combat focused sure, and more powerful Mortals with the Blessing of the Mighty Body, but she doesn't really have any support skills or diplomacy skills of the sort, and is thus only really able to solve problems with brute force.

I think its mostly the effects of being forcefed traits via ritual spam earlier. Easy fix would be to put her in growth 'debt' for ritual acceleration, since thats basically the Amber Age mistake. Ritual bootstrap and spiritual predation is just that strong compared to natural trait adaptation

It's not a problem for me. Just inconvenient because one of the NPC allies has grown more powerful than I originally planned. Unexpected stuff like this happened due to player choices and dice rolls happens in every quest and I am accustomed to dealing with it by now. I would just prefer it if the dice and votes go a certain way, but if they don't, no biggie. I am writing a quest and not a novel, something I knew going in.

Fortunately I had plans for something like this happening so part of the rules is that her growth slows down a lot now she has Ascended from Spirit to Goddess.

As for her character sheet. That's rather out of date. Try tripling her power on that with a focus towards martial aspects.

Unfortunately, Seryn has enough brute force to solve all, but two of her potential problems if she didn't have morals and principles installed by her father and mother (all that time with your daughters in the early days of the quest is paying off). Still, she has to focus on dealing with her villages because at the moment, only Bedywn is looking decent and even then, it is nowhere at the level it could be.

Nah, it is her eating habits. Spirits will fatten you up real good and real quick. :V

I imagine you could have her go into a sleeping state in her ascension from Spirit to Goddess, maybe take her out of the game for 5-10 turns or so?

Gives you enough time to throw something at us without The Hammer(tm) in the way, while also not nerfing Seryn?

Except there isn't anything to throw at you right now because the Nomads(tm) are still busy and haven't had time to form their WAAAGH yet and the Dragons haven't taken flight yet. :V

Throw catgirls.
Actually for the matter, quite a few old warriors in their 50s would probably quite gladly become catgirls for another 30 years in their prime healed of all the damage of a rough life. Even happily married ones, since their wives would be past childbearing anyways.

Would probably spawn social issues even if she took just volunteers.

But why would he throw catgirls at the cat father? =O
And I just noticed, we are a cat father. We just don't make much use of our wildcat aspect, but we could give cat parts as blessing, even if not the martial prowess. Also, after we unlock the Earth Aspect, we can make "mages" instead of warriors, with small earth manipulation. This wouldn't only help with our buildings, but also in combat, and be a nice special and unique mark for our followers.

Only initially and then it would become accepted as something that just happens after a few generations and it won't be seriously questioned as folks will have grown up with it.

You will be able to bless certain followers with the ability to use Earth magic when you get the Aspect of Earth. Evatine is already doing this to make Metal mages called the Myrymar as mentioned in the last update.

True. Population effects would probably come in further once it normalizes. Theres going to be a distinct and stable female relative overpopulation WITHOUT war cutting down men.
